I love all of you have stuck by this story, and the new followers! I hope you enjoy this chapter.
Her plan had failed miserably, it didn't even have a chance. Sydney was right, Regina definitely had eyes everywhere. She should have listened to him. Even as a kid Regina would always know everything she did. She would just know.
Emma had always wondered how she knew. She had magic yes, but was she watching her every second. Didn't Regina have anything better to do with her time. How was Emma suppose to get past her is she knew everything.
Now she was stuck back in this metal hell. The place she had nightmares about. Where bugs crawled over the walls and it smelled of something rotten. Emma hated it in here. Where she heard screams of people who were on trial for crimes Emma presumed were unreasonable.
Emma's next plan would have to be flawless because she didn't want to be back down here. It was one of the worst places she had ever been and Emma had seen a lot of horrible things.
She used to think her time in the system would be the worst she could imagine. But that was until she met Regina. Not until she came to storybrooke where there were dark ones and evil queens who stole people's hearts.
She was definitely in hell. All she wanted was to be back in storybrooke where at least some things made sense. Where there were real criminals in metal cages and not innocent people who didn't deserve their horrible fate.
There was a lot of time to think when it came to Regina's punishment. All she could do was lay on the damp bed and look up at the rock ceiling above her. It was only her and her brain. So even though it was horrible, being down there. She could come up with a better plan.
Emma thought and thought, but nothing came to her. Even if it did she would find some reason she couldn't do it. There was always a way for her to get caught.
She wondered if Mr gold had came to fairytale land like her parents had. If he did she could ask him for help. She didn't particularly know if he would even help or not. He would always have a price and Emma was positive she wouldn't like it. His prices were always high.

Two days has past now, and she was still in the dungeon. Emma must have made Regina very mad this time because when she was a kid it wouldn't last more than two hours. Never two days.
Emma guessed it had to do with Regina's deal. She wouldn't let go of that. Yes Emma had made an agreement with her but it's not like they signed a contract or anything. Emma was a free woman.
At least she wished she was, it wasn't like she was a child anymore. She could do everything thing herself, she didn't need someone to look over her. So why did Regina act like she did. It annoyed Emma, she didn't need Regina.
A couple hours later Emma suddenly found herself in her room. She knew it had to be Regina who sent her back there. It definitely felt weird, one second she was in the dungeon. The next she was in her room. Emma wasn't complaining though, she was glass to be out.
The first thing she did was get in the bath. She felt nasty after living with the bugs for two days. Once she was done, she made her way to the library.
She liked reading the books that were inside, they were full of things she would need to know in this world. She didn't know many things about it. She did know some things though like the creatures that filled the forbidden forest, the games that were played and the food they ate. But those things couldn't help her defeat Regina, so she read books. Hopeful that maybe one had the answers she was looking for.
Regina appeared in the room an hour later. Emma didn't notice her at first which made her jump once again when Regina started saying "I missed you at supper today."
Emma said "would you please enter the room like a normal person."
Regina said "I like how it makes you jump, I find it funny."
Emma said "I'm glad that it makes you laugh Regina, truly."
Regina said "you didn't answer my question."
Emma said "I didn't want to see you, plus I'm sick to my stomach after hearing your people's screams from down below."
Regina said " punishment is not suppose to be pleasant dear. Nevertheless, you're expected to be there everyday."
Emma said "is that all you wanted, because I would like to get back to reading."
Regina sat down on the sofa next to Emma and crossed her legs. She wore a tight red dress, which looked like velvet. Once she looked comfortable she said "no actually it wasn't, I was wondering if you would like to learn magic."
Emma had found out a little before she was made into a child that she had magic. She hadn't learned much, so there wasn't much she could do with it. With magic she would at least have a chance against Regina. But she wondered why Regina wasn't afraid of that, Regina was a smart woman. So Emma wasn't to keen on the idea.
After taking a moment to think Emma said "what do you get out of teaching me magic."
Regina said "I get to spend more time with you, it's hard to with you always hiding away from me."
Emma said "you act like you're surprised that I don't want to see you."
Regina raised her brow and said "you better watch yourself dear. Your cage in the dungeon is just waiting for you to slip up. If you do decide to let me teach you, meet me in the dining hall tomorrow morning and we will begin your lessons."
Regina stood up then, she brushed her dress. Getting rid of the wrinkles before pointing to her cheek that was closest to Emma and said "now give me a kiss goodnight."
Emma hesitated, she hadn't done this since she was a child. It brought back many memories, she didn't want to now. It felt as if it was wrong. Now that she knew the truth, knew the Regina from before.
Emma knew If she resisted Regina wouldn't be happy. It was only a kiss, but it wasn't not to Emma. It felt as if by doing this she would be giving in to Regina. Like she alway did as a child, she never resisted before and before it wasn't about being punished.
With clenched fists Emma stood up. She went close to Regina and Emma suddenly smelled the scent of sweet apples. Emma quickly kissed Regina's soft cheek before sitting back down.
Regina smiled warmly at her as she said "good night dear, I love you." And she walked out.
Emma wanted to scream, Regina still saw her as a young child. Treated her as such as well. Emma didn't want to give in. She hated thinking about how Regina treated her. It made her want to punch someone in the face. That someone preferably being Regina herself. What was it about Emma that made Regina look down at her like that?

The next morning Emma decided she would go to Regina's magic lessons. Emma would just have to suck up her feelings about Regina, magic was her only option at the moment.
Emma found Regina waiting for her in the dining hall like she said she would. When she saw her Regina said " you came, I didn't expect you to show."
Emma said "well I'm here, our we doing this in here."
Regina said "yes, I will start with small things. Today I'm going to teach you how to lift this fork up using magic. Then I think we should go over some potions."
Emma said "how about instead you show me how to teleport like you do, I feel like that should be something I should learn."
Regina said "you have to learn the basics first, it took me years to master teleportation. We will get to that."
Emma said "it took you years! For something as simple as that?"
Regina said "yes dear, magic isn't an easy hobby. It's like with anything knew, you become better with practice."
Emma said " but I'm the savior, you would think I would learn it faster."
Regina said "just because you're the savior, doesn't mean you get a free ride. You're going to have to learn just like me."
Emma stopped arguing and went over to the fork and said "so how do I lift it."
Regina said "focus your mind, and your eyes on it. Make sure that moving the fork, is the only thing in your mind."
Emma focused, staring down the fork. Thirty minutes later and the fork still hasn't moved. She was starting to become very frustrated. Regina rubbed her back and said "I know it's hard but I believe you can do it."
This didn't help. It just made her more frustrated. She said "it's not going to move, it doesn't even move a little. I feel like I've been watching a fork for thirty minutes."
Regina said "you don't just watch it, you have to bring it to the front of your mind. It has to be a all you're thinking about."
Emma went back to watching the fork, five minutes later and the fork was an inch above the table. Emma jumped up happily and said "did you see that, I did it!"
Regina nodded "yes Emma you, I want you to keep practicing. During your free time, it has to be something that doesn't weigh much. We will check your progress, during every lesson."
Emma nodded, she still couldn't believe she actually did it. She was almost ready to give up when it moved.
After this Regina brought Emma to her potion room where she showed her different ingredients. At the end she gave Emma a book and said "read this as well, it will give you even more knowledge."
Emma took the book and said "does it have spells I can make?"
Regina giggles softly and said "do you really think I would trust you with spells?"
Emma said "no, but simple ones I thought that maybe you would."
Regina shook her head and said " I know the only reason you're doing this is because you think you can find a way to fight me with it. I'm not an idiot. I'm going to tell you this now, If I for one second I get the feeling you're up to something, I will end this."
Emma said "I'm not up to anything Regina, I just wanted to learn."
Regina said "yes I am sure dear, I have to go. You should go practice until supper which I expect you to attend."
Emma said "I will Regina."
Regina said "don't call me that anymore, it's either mother or my queen. You don't address a queen by her first name."
Emma nodded, and Regina disappeared.
