Thank you all for your continued support, I hope you enjoy the chapter. I really enjoyed writing it.

Emma was going absolutely insane, it had been a week since she had been sent to this miserable room. There wasn't a thing to make the time pass. She has a couple books from the library but she had read them a couple times over now.

Each day Emma would ask the guards if she could talk to Regina, but they would say she didn't want to speak to her. Emma knew making up with Regina was the only way to get out of her room, but how was she supposed to do that when Regina wouldn't even see her.

She decided Regina most have been extremely mad. Emma knew Regina must miss her, she had to. But Emma knew Regina was making a stand this time. This punishment was going to be worse than all the others.

On the seventh day, Emma woke up and asked the guards if they could get Regina. To Emma's surprise they told her that Regina would be up to see her after tea.

Emma didn't understand why tea time was so important to Regina, it was absolutely the most boring thing she had ever experienced. Regina didn't make her go anymore. She had to all the time when she was a kid.

As Emma's foot jumped up and down she thought of what she would say to Regina. She was nervous. How was Emma ever going to get Regina to forgive her. What would she even say? She wasn't sorry, she didn't want to be Regina's captive anymore. She wanted her son.

Emma didn't even care so much about going to go live with her parents. She knew that they would treat her different now that they were in the enchanted forest. All she wanted was to be back in storybrooke with Henry. He was the one she cared about most.

She was a grown woman, she could take care of herself. She didn't need to be saved by her parents or kept hostage by Regina. Back in the real world she knew it would be back to normal. Emma would visit her parents like a normal person. Not live with them, and taken care of by them.

She didn't even really hate Regina, the only thing she wanted was to not be a captive. Emma was raised by Regina, in her heart she knew she loved her. She also knew she didn't want to be taken care of Regina either, or held captive.

Emma just wished she could show Regina that. They could still be family, but not like this. She just wished that everyone would get along. Emma never had a family and now she did and they wouldn't stop fighting.

It wasn't all her parents fault, it was mostly Regina's. But that didn't change that they shouldn't be fighting her. All the people who were most likely dying from this war, she would think her parents would care. They were the good ones.

If Emma could just get them all in the same room together she thought maybe she could convince them all. But with Regina being a controlling mother bear, it would be hard to accomplish that.

Regina came soon after Emma had talked to the guard. Emma sat at the end of her bed. Her hair was quite messy. She hadn't really taken good care of herself. It must have something to do with the fact that no one was going to see her.

When Regina came inside she looked around the messy room with a disgusted glare. She raised her eyebrow at Emma before saying "all this time, and you didn't even try to clean this room."

Emma said "I'm a grown woman, I can choose to be dirty if I want." She made sure not to sound too rude.

Regina said "it's still my castle dear, and I would appreciate it not being dirty."

Emma said "I'm sure you can have a maid come in do it."

Regina said "that's not the point, you need to take of your own possessions. But that's not what I came. What is it."

Emma said "you know why I asked to see you."

Regina said "well how about you stop being sassy, and we can discuss your punishment like adults."

A smile escapes Emma's lips, discuss her punishment like adults. It was Regina who was treating her like a child. Regina was so oblivious sometimes. Emma got herself together before saying "would you please let me out of here."

Regina said "I can't trust you Emma, you are difficult. I am sure you have another big plan on escaping the second I let you out of here."

Emma said "actually I don't, you have ruined any possibility of that." Emma heard her voice rise a little but she quickly tried to relax herself before saying " I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. It's just what do you want from me. I want to be free."

Regina looked a little upset as she said "I want you to want to be here with me, for you to not feel like a captive."

Emma said "how am I supposed to do that when you treat me like one. I understand that you love me, and don't want to let me go. But the harder you hold me, the more it makes me want to leave."

Regina started to tear up, Emma couldn't believe it. She had never seen the woman cry ever. Regina said "I want you to be happy here Emma, I don't want you to feel the way you do. But if I let you go you would forget about me, and I would be alone once again."

Emma put her hand over Regina's and said "I would visit, I do love you. But I love my parents too. They mean a lot to me. I miss them very much. I know you hate them but there my parents and I don't hate them. You don't have to like them, but you could at least try to forgive them."

Regina wiped the fallen tear off her cheek and sat a little straighter as she said "but your mine, I'm your mother too. Your parents won't ever agree with that."

Emma said "they wouldn't have a choice, I'm a grown woman. I make my own decisions. I mean not at the moment but you know what I'm getting at."

Regina nodded as she said "they would stop you, I don't even know if I believe you."

Emma said "I'm telling the truth, you're my mother. You raised me kinda, right? You hold a place in my heart and I couldn't change that If I wanted to."

Regina looked as if she were in deep thought, a second or two later she stood up and said "I will think about it. Your punishment is over, but before you leave make sure you clean this room. A lady doesn't live in filth." She straightened herself before continuing. "I will tell you my decision at supper."

Regina then turned to leave but before she could make it out Emma grabbed her hand and took her in an embrace and said "thank you, It means a lot."

Regina put her arms around Emma and held her close as she said "you're welcome Emma, but I haven't said yes yet."

Emma said "you're at least trying and that is all that matters."

Regina put her head on Emma's shoulder and said "I love you Emma, but before you come downstairs also make sure to take a bath. You are very smelly."

Emma giggles a little as she let go of Regina and smirked before saying "your smelly to you know."

Regina looked offended as she said "I am not."

Emma said "yes, you do. It's not a bad smell though. But you are smelly... like apple cider."

Regina said "well you smell like old socks, so you should really clean yourself up."

Emma nodded before Regina let herself out, followed by the guards.

The servant girl came in soon after and filled the bath with hot water. It hasn't taken Emma long to clean the room. She was excited for the bath. There was nothing better than hot water on your skin.

After Emma's bath it was close to dinner time. The only thing Emma could think about is what Regina would decide. She still remembered when she had just gotten there. She had spoken to Regina about close to the same thing and she had freaked at Emma when she wanted to discuss it later on that day.

Emma walked down the huge spiral staircase towards the dining hall. Her mind was going crazy. Emma really hoped Regina would be reasonable. If she didn't Emma would find a way to escape, and she would fight with her parents against her. This was Regina's last chance.

Regina was already seated at the head of the table. She was always early, Emma herself was always late. Another thing she would get in trouble about.

This time as Emma rushed in like normal and sat down Regina didn't yell at her instead she said " you look and smell much better dear, how was your bath."

Emma said "very nice, but bathes here are difficult. All that magic can't you like make pumping appear somehow."

Regina said "I like our way of things, this realm is where I grew up."

Emma said "I didn't grow up here and I hate it."

Regina smirked as she said "well you did the second time."

Emma said "don't remind me." She smiled at Regina to make sure Regina knew she was kidding.

They ate dinner after this, it was pork today. Not pork most people are used to. It was different. Regina and Emma talked about what they missed about the other world. For Regina it was the grocery store. Emma told Regina she missed hot chocolate with cinnamon.

When dinner was done and the table was cleared, Regina and Emma sat in silence. Regina was the first to speak, she said " I have a surprise for you."

Emma raised her brow remembering the week before and she said "um, I don't know if I particularly like that idea."

Regina laughed as she said "don't worry dear, it's a good surprise." A cup of hot chocolate appeared in front of Emma. When Emma saw it her eyes went wide and she said "thank you Regin..."

Regina looked sadly down at the table and Emma patted her shoulder and said "I do see you that way, I just don't feel comfortable calling you that now. You're going to have to let me get used to it."

Regina looked up at Emma and took her hand off her shoulder and held it as she said "that's all right dear."

Emma took her hand from Regina's and sipped her hot chocolate. The first thing Emma could taste was the cinnamon. She couldn't believe Regina had remembered that.

When Emma put the cup back down Regina said "I am going to allow you to visit your parents."

Emma eyes popped out of there sockets as she said "really, thank you so much."

Regina shook her head and said "there is a catch dear, I have enchanted a necklace that will send you back to my castle when your time is up."

Emma said "how long do I have." She was starting not to like this.

Regina said "you will have every weekend, week days are mine. You will be here exactly on time. There is no way for you to break the spell of the necklace so I advice you not to waste your time. If you do the necklace will send you back here as well."

Emma couldn't believe Regina was saying this, she never thought in a million years that Regina would be letting her go. All this time she thought the only way to get to her parents was to escape. But now this, Emma couldn't believe it. Emma said "I hope this ends the war as well."

Regina shook her head, looking stressed as she said "your parents are never going to end the war."

Emma said "I believe they will, why wouldn't they?"

Regina laughed as she said "Emma, why do you think? They will never accept me as your mother too."

Emma said "it might take time but they will sooner or later. But I would understand their reasoning if they didn't. They did give birth to me, and you have tried to kill them many times. But my parents are forgiving people so maybe I can change their minds."

Regina said " good luck with that dear, I had the servants pack your things, one of my guards will lead you safely to your parents. I don't trust your safety alone in the dark forest." She took the necklace from her pocket and said "lift your hair."

Emma lifted her long blond hair over her head as Regina hooked the necklace around her neck. Emma grabbed it. It was a small diamond with liquid inside. It was actually very pretty for what it was.

Regina said "I will let you get going, remember all I have told you."

Emma nodded before taking Regina into another embrace. Regina kissed the top of her head as she said "I will miss you Emma."

Emma said "I will be back soon as you know it, thank you so much."

Regina said "your welcome." As they parted from the hug Regina said "I love you very much Emma, I want you to be happy."

Emma smiled Regina's way and said "well I better get going, thank you again." She wished she could tell Regina she loved her back, but Emma still remembered what Regina had done. She hadn't fully forgiven her.

Emma made her way down to the gate, she ran a little. She couldn't wait to see her family. It felt like forever since she had. She wanted to hug them. Talk to them. Hold her son. She had many things to tell them. She couldn't believe she would be with them soon.
