This one took way, way too long to post. Sorry for the wait, but I cut the end of my middle finger pretty badly, and now its hard to type with the bandage on it. Another chapter should be out Sundayish. And I know it's a little late, but Merry Christmas!

As a side note, I've reach nearly 4000 views! Yay! Hopefully I can reach it by the end of the year! Remember to follow, favorite or review if you like the story! Thanks for reading!

"Damn…"

Annie cursed as she once again cut her finger with the knife she was using to peel potatoes.

That's the third time… All that time being pampered in Jotunheim really did a number on my useful skills…

But she knew that was only partially true. In the few days since their escape from the Inner Wall, Ragnar and his family had proven themselves to have a number of practical skills that most would not associate with royalty.

"All thanks to Luigi being a hardass," Was all Ragnar had said of it, as he helped to clean the deer that Sasha had killed. "He always expected me to devote myself to practical skills as well as my martial abilities."

She smiled to herself as Krista opened the door, carrying in her own sack of potatoes.

"Hey, Annie. I brought some more potatoes for us to peel."

Annie held her tongue. Most of the people who resided with them either treated her with open hostility, like Mikasa or Jean, or simply ignored her. But Krista…

"Hello, Krista."

"Annie, I thought I already told you," The girl seemed a little miffed as she plopped down into the chair opposite Annie, the little bucket of skinned potatoes between them, "My real name is Historia. Historia Reiss."

Annie stopped peeling for a moment, making eye contact for a moment with Krista's warm blue eyes, before nodding and putting herself back into her work. Only a few minutes went by with the two of them working before Krista… No, Historia, began to talk. And ask questions, and annoy Annie.

"So, why did you do it all?"

The question caught Annie off guard, and she nicked herself again. A small trickle of steam escaped her hand as the wounds healed.

"Why did I do all of what?"

"You know what I mean, Annie," Krista said, stopping her peeling and turning a hard eye on Annie, "What happened in the forest of giant trees. The incident in Stohess… All of what happened leading up to them."

Annie put her knife down, feeling that darkness welling up inside, those unwanted memories.

You must become a Warrior! Her father's voice screamed for the hundredth time.

"I… I don't have a good reason," She finally said after several moments, "I was just following orders…"

"You wanted to become a Warrior, or whatever? Like Reiner and Bertolt?"

Annie looked up in surprise as Krista named her two comrades.

So, they tried to make their move without me… I should have known. And they were as successful as I was.

"Yes," Annie said, feeling a number of questions well up inside her, "What happened in the last few months? Are Reiner and Bertolt dead? And where is Ymir?"

Historia's eyes narrowed.

"Well, not long after the battle in Stohess," She began, her voice cool, "We had a number of Titans… appear, within Wall Rose. We believe they were led by some kind of Beast Titan, though we only caught glimpses of it. Ymir revealed herself as a shifter to save us, and nearly died because of it…"

Annie sat back hard in her chair, her eyes wide.

A Titan leading Titans within the Wall?

"Then," Historia went on, "Your two allies, decided it would be a perfect time to 'return to their homeland'… They kidnapped Eren and Ymir and made it as far as a forest of Giant trees in Wall Maria, before we caught up to them. The Scouting Legion and Military Police lost so, so many people to get Eren back… But Ymir is still out there. She chose to stay with them, even as the Titan's Eren controlled attacked them."

"Wait, so Eren can control Titans?" Annie blurted out, much to Historia's surprise, "Um, sorry, it's just that… Ragnar can do that too. I guess its part of the reason they're connected. But… Ymir is out in Wall Maria? I'll need to tell Ragnar that, he and his brothers will want to find her as soon as possible."

"What do you mean? Are they the ones who are hunting her?"

Historia's chair thumped to the ground as she stood, a dark glint in her eye.

"No," Annie said, "Ymir is… she's their long lost elder sister."

Thwack. Thwack. Thwack.

"Ragnar, comeon, take a break, man!"

Ragnar slammed the axe into the tree once again, letting it remain embedded in the trees body, before turning to look at Eren, and the other man, the one with the shaved head.

"Ah, yes, that sounds like a good idea," Ragnar said, flexing his numb fingers as he turned to face them, "This is a fruitful land, I must say."

"Yeah, my families live here for quite a long time," The shaved one said, Ragnar kept trying to place his name, "The lands always been good to us… Or, it was good to us."

A somberness settled over them for a minute, before they heard a distant ringing coming from the village.

After fleeing Utopia, the Scouting Legion had broken into groups, taking portions of the freed prisoners and scattering. Ragnar and his group had joined Eren's group, as they headed south, nearly to Wall Rose itself. No sign of pursuit had materialized during their journey, but Ragnar didn't wish to let himself or the others grow lax.

Especially since Luigi disappeared… He thought bitterly.

Ragnar didn't know when, but Luigi had seemingly vanished, before they even made it over the Wall Sina. He knew why he'd left, because he had dug too deep…

Maybe I shouldn't have confronted him until now…

"Looks like it's time for lunch," Eren said, covering his eyes for a moment to peer up into the sky, looking at the suns position, "Yep, wonder what we're having."

Ragnar followed the other two men, trudging through the thick snow, his boots squelching as he sank past his ankles with each step.

"So, Connie, how are you and Sasha?"

Connie… that was his name! Thank goodness, it'd be very strange to ask his name after already being introduced.

"Pretty good," Connie said, "Once Historia talked to her after that asshole…"

"Yeah, Jean is an asshole," Eren said, before stopping. Ragnar nearly ran into him, stumbling a little, "So what's the deal with you and Annie?"

They both looked at him, their faces serious.

"Well, as you know," Ragnar began, feeling slightly trapped, "We are betrothed…"

"Yeah, yeah, we know that," Eren said, stepping close, "But… comeon, have you two kissed."

Oh…

"Um… I believe that is business between she and I…" Ragnar said lamely, feeling redness creeping up his neck.

Eren and Connie burst into a chuckling fit.

"We understand," Connie said lightheartedly, "But… to see Annie acting like a woman, and actually being affectionate! It's like… like…"

"A fish walking on land," Eren finished.

"I understand what you mean," Ragnar said, smiling wryly, "After I rescued her and got her back to our camp, she attacked me as soon as she woke up. Took quite a bit of skill to keep from getting the snot beat out of me. Though she did whip me pretty hard at one point."

"Wait," Eren said, "So you beat her? You know… none of us were ever able to beat her…"

"Only because I've trained since the age of four in the Way of the Fist."

Trained by Luigi…

"The Way of the Fist? Sounds… strange," Eren said, "I think I'd like to see it, sometime."

"How about after lunch, Eren," Connie mumbled, "We've been chopping wood all morning, and I'm starving."

Eren nodded, and the three of them made their way back to Ragako. He saw Connie cringe as they passed a house that still had rubble around it.

"Eren, Connie," Ragnar said quietly, "May I ask what happened here?"

He gestured his hand towards the house, with one wall torn down and its brick spread over the ground.

"This… this was my home," Connie said. Ragnar noticed his shoulders were shaking nearly imperceptibly, "Months ago, around the time I guess you were rescuing Annie, something came here and turned my entire village into Titans, then… then, we had to kill them. Because we didn't know."

Such a cruel place, this world we live in…

"So," Ragnar said, "They were changed into Titans… Like Anya…"

"Who?" The other two asked together.

"The little girl," Ragnar put his hand at about Anya's height, "This tall, follow Annie and I around."

Eren chuckled.

"The one that calls Annie 'Mama'," He smiled, "I know who you're talking about. But what do you mean?"

Ragnar let out a breath, visible in the freezing air.

"We… found Anya when we were traveling here. I cut her out of the neck of a feral."

"What?"

"It's truth," Ragnar said gravely, as the other two looked at each other, "I was able to control her while she was in her Jotunn. Similar to the way that you did, Eren."

Eren nodded.

"Well, I think that may open some possibilities… Connie, where is that Titan, the one that you think is your mom?"

"It was… it was taken to the old Legion southern headquarters, a few hours ride from here," He looked at Eren sharply, "Do you think… do you really think…?"

Eren put a hand on his shorter friends shoulder, but it was Ragnar who spoke next.

"If it is within my power, Connie, then it shall be done. But…"

He looked towards the village.

"I think we should go now," Eren said hastily, "Before the Captain or the others can tell us it's a bad idea."

Ragnar smiled, his white teeth glinting in the noonday sun.

"I see. Better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission. Shall I get the horses?"

"Damn… Who'd have thought the church would send men out here…"

It had actually taken them nearly three hours to reach the old headquarters. It had taken Ragnar several minutes to requisition their trio of horses, and for the others to grab the gear they would need. Ragnar's swords and knives rode at his hip, while Eren and Connie wore their maneuver gear.

"Maybe we should have asked for help," Connie said, from where he laid, watching over the peak of the hill the three of them were sheltering behind. "I count at least a dozen men. No uniforms. Though they have rifles and a few have blades… Where are the men who were left to guard the headquarters?"

Eren shrugged, sliding back down the hill.

"I don't know," He said, "But I think we can take them."

"It would be long odds, Eren," Ragnar said, "Unless we used our Jotunn…"

"Why do you call Titans Jotunn?" Eren asked, seemingly annoyed.

"Because… that is what we are. I believe Annie once referred to it as being a 'titan shifter'. Jotunn simply encompasses those two words into one."

"Ah. Well I don't know if we should use them, the Captain forbade us, remember?"

Ragnar did remember, and he still bristled at how that little man had talked so derisively to him.

"Well, I am not under his command." Ragnar said brusquely, before hesitating, "But… I am a guest here, and am indebted to all of you for the kindness you have shown myself and my family. So, we shall do what you wish, Eren."

Eren looked into his eyes, the bronze band in his eyes seeming to glow slightly.

"We wait until it starts to get dark, should only be another hour or so. Then we go in the hard way. Take the men of the church out, then try to get your mother out of that Titan, or Jotunn. Whatever."

Ragnar nodded.

Not a particularly complicated plan.

Night fell, and soon he found himself trotting quietly down the slope of the hill, Eren and Connie flanking him. Their foes, all of them wearing strange necklaces with three concentric rings with a medallion at the center of each, had built a large fire, and were huddled around it, their rifles leaning against the wall of the headquarters.

Ragnar held up a hand, calling the trio to a halt as a sentry stepped around the corner of the headquarters. He peered into the darkness, towards Ragnar. But then he shrugged and continued on.

That is the last mistake you'll likely be making…

Ragnar approached silently, as the sentry rounded the corner, his feet barely making a noise, even as he slid on of his knives out of its sheath. His arm went around sentry's neck, his hand clamped tightly over his mouth. His blade flashed, and its milky crystal was stained crimson with the man's blood.

He held the man until the body went limp, then held it for another few moments, just to make sure. Eren and Connie were behind him, their eyes wide in the tiny bit of light from the crescent moon.

"You really are a cold bastard, Ragnar." Eren whispered, watching Ragnar wipe his blades on the dead man's jacket before sheathing them again. "Where did you learn that?"

"Like most things, from Luigi," Ragnar whispered, checking his sword belt, making sure it was tight around his hips, "And what must be done, must be done. Now let's get the rest of them."

They spread out, coming at the lounging men from the corners of an equidistant triangle. Ragnar's swords were in his hands, his knuckles white as he felt the familiar rage building inside him, the euphoria that came with battle, with the clash of blades, with the smell of blood in the air…

Eren struck first, stepping forward into the firelight, his blade slashing downwards towards one man.

Just slightly too early…

Ragnar pounced, his blade stabbing forward. He felt it slide into the man's back, plunging into his heart. He ripped the blade out, twirling around, slicing through another man's neck. Blood splattered onto his face, onto his hands.

I am the Death Prince.

One of the men pulled a dagger, his hands shaking as one after another his comrades were killed, no, butchered. Finally, he stood alone against Ragnar, Connie and Eren.

"Who are you? Demons of the Night? Come to destroy our holy walls! The walls that God himself placed upon this Earth for mankind to protect! Are you-"

Ragnar had had enough of the man's blathering, stepping near him and slapping the side of his head with the flat of one of his blades. The cultist dropped to his knees, holding the side of his head, his dagger falling into the snow beside him.

"Be quiet," Ragnar said, his voice cold and unyielding, "Who are you, and why are you here?"

"And where is the Titan that was here?" Connie put in from where he stood.

"I was just hired to do this job, man," The cultist ground out, his eyes pleading, "My son Lucian is at home, I'm all he has, please don't kill me!"

Ragnar sheathed his blades, before coming to stand beside the man.

"We shall not harm you, good sir. But only if you tell us what happened."

The man looked from Eren to Ragnar to Connie, then back to Ragnar.

"That Titan, we was hired to move it you see," He said, seemingly groveling before them, "They sent us with two dozen guards, from the Church, which we was all a parts of. Then when we had the Titan loaded up… They told us that they didn't need all of us, and left."

"Which way did they go?"

"East, towards the town of Berhogen, they-"

Crack.

Ragnar's eyes widened when the man's head exploded, blood and bits of skull and brain matter peppering the three of them liberally.

"What in the hell?"

Another shot rang out, and Ragnar felt a hammerblow in his shoulder, and doubled over in pain. He looked over, and noticed that his left arm was hanging by only a thread of skin.

Eren's eyes had become adjusted to the darkness, so because he had been looking in the direction of the first shot, he kept seeing afterimages of the gunshot. He shook his head, trying to dispel the afterimage.

When he was finally able to rid himself of them, he looked out towards where the shot had come from, and saw the shape of a man. A man trying to reload a pistol. He was only a handful of meters away…

Eren burst forward, sprinting as hard as he could. He slammed into the man, who he noticed wore the clothing of a priest, and they tumbled to the ground, the pistol flying out of his hand.

"Eren, hold him still!"

Connie slammed a booted foot into the side of the man's head, as the man struggled. Finally, Connie delivered a punishing blow that caused the man to fall limp.

As Eren rolled the man over, his eyes widened in horror as he recognized the middle aged face.

"Pastor Nick?"

"Where do you think those three could have gone?"

Annie felt incredibly strange and out of place as she stood with the other gathered men and woman of Ragako. Eleanor stood close beside her though, and she felt a strange sense of comfort knowing that the woman was there for her.

Captain Levi and Commander Erwin stood before them, each wearing the uniform of the Scouting legion. Though Erwin's was marred by the numerous bandages that he was forced to wear. None of the others wore a uniform. Armin was sitting in a chair nearby, Annie winced as she looked at his badly broken body.

I wonder if he still thinks I'm a good person…

The commander had shown up to speak with Ragnar and Suttungr, but when Ragnar hadn't returned from his woodcutting with Connie and Eren everyone had mobilized to search for them. Sasha had discovered that Connie's gear was missing, along with three horses. When Annie had inspected the room that Ragnar had taken, she'd also found that his sword belt was gone.

But I honestly don't know where they could have gone…

"I don't think they, especially Ragnar, would have run off for no reason," Suttungr put in from where he stood, his thick arms crossed over his chest, the beginning of a beard showing on his chin and cheeks. Arnora and Griselda stood close by him, all the children having been put to bed, "They had a goal in mind. But I don't know…"

I'm coming home.

The head of every Titan shifter snapped in a single direction, as those unspoken words drifted into their minds, to the north towards the beaten path that ran into the village. A trio of figures were riding down towards them, barely visible in the scant moonlight.

"They're coming back," Suttungr said, pointing up towards the hill in the distance, where they could barely see movement in the darkness.

Sasha darted towards the road, followed closely by Annie and Mikasa. They made the edge of the tiny village in only a moment, and came to a stop opposite the three horses. Ragnar swung off of his horse, and walked over. She put a hand to his shoulder, where the clothing was ripped and torn.

"Bad fight?"

Ragnar grunted in confirmation, then jerked his head over towards the man who was lying across the back of Eren's horse.

"We… were a little rough with him," He said quietly, before raising his voice, "Someone please get that man medical attention, he may be important."

Annie's eyes narrowed as she noticed a priest of the Wall cult, those conniving bastards, she also noticed how bruised the man's face was. She gave Ragnar a sideways glance.

"It couldn't be helped," He said, shrugging, "He's the one who shot me. Also killed the man we were questioning about where Connie's mother went."

"So that is what you went after?"

Everyone around the horses turned to see Erwin standing there, with Levi advancing towards Eren and Connie.

"Yes, that is exactly what we went after, Sir."

Ragnar voice carried out over the snow, strong and clear, though she noticed a weariness that had settled into his tone.

"Did you recover it?" The Commander approached Ragnar, coming to stand before him. "What happened to that Titan?"

"The Wall Cult took it, according to what we were told." Eren said, as Levi gave him a dirty look, "What, Captain? We wouldn't have even got that much information if we hadn't left when we did!"

"You disobeyed a direct order, you shitheads," Levi said calmly, removing his jacket and handing it to Sasha, who looked at it with barely contained horror. "'Don't leave the area around the village.' And you were supposed to watch them, you shaved pig."

Annie felt Ragnar moving, even before she saw Levi's hand reach back, to deliver what would likely be a punishing blow. Mikasa, the dog that she was, moved in front of Eren, preparing to take the blow, but she didn't need to. Ragnar's brawny fingers wrapped around the slighter man's, stopping his strike.

"Let go of my hand."

Levi's eyes twitched towards Ragnar, while jobs dropped all around. Even Annie knew the Captain's reputation, remembering how he alone had been able to defeat her in her Titan form.

Ragnar… I don't think you know what you just got yourself in to…

"No, sir," Ragnar said, still gripping the other man's hand. The two stood likes statues, only their eyes and mouths moving in the firelight, "You shall not harm them for this."

Levi ripped out of Ragnar grip, taking a few steps back. Ragnar moved to stand between Eren and Levi, his fists clenched.

"Listen, you potluck prince, you have no right to give orders within these Walls."

He moved like a ghost, drifting forward, seemingly moving faster than her eyes could follow him. Ragnar caught the kick on his arm, his hands coming up into what she remembered as one of the combat forms from the Way. He drifted back, right foot in front of his left, his right hand in front of his left cheek, and his left hand level with the top of his head.

Levi delivered another powerful kick, this time connecting with Ragnar ribs. She heard Ragnar grunt in pain, before countering with a powerful right hook. Levi dodged it, barely, and weaved in between Ragnar's desperate follow up blows, sending the larger man flying with a hard uppercut.

Ragnar lay on the ground, his chest heaving. Annie could tell that his jaw was broken.

Who is Levi really… He shouldn't be that strong.

Levi drifted over to Ragnar, preparing to stomp down on his face, when Commander Erwin raised a hand.

"Levi, that is enough. Let him be."

"That man is quite a prick, is he not, Annie?" Eleanor said, not so quietly. Levi flashed a grimace towards her, before turning on Eren and Connie, and launching into a tirade that sent them cowering away from him. "If only Luigi were here…"

Erwin reached down, offering Ragnar his hand. He helped Ragnar to stand, then watched with seeming fascination as Ragnar closed his eyes, and steam began to trickle out of his mouth, and several place around his ribs.

"It is rare for a man to stand up to Levi as you did, even not knowing who he is, especially for someone who is not well known to you," They shook hands, as the steam from Ragnar's jaw ceased. "You have my respect."

The Commander looked at all those around, his blue eyes flashing.

"I think that it may be time for all of us to sleep. We shall resume this tomorrow morning."

And with that he was gone, Levi following after him. Eren came over to Ragnar, scratching the back of his head.

"Sorry about that… You getting shot and having to deal with Levi."

Mikasa was there, glaring at Annie, but remaining a few steps back. Connie and Sasha were walking back towards the pair of buildings that they were using as men's and women's barracks. The rest of the small crowd had disappeared, leaving only the four of them in the snow.

"Its fine," Ragnar said, flexing his jaw and moving it about with his hand, "By the sky, that fucking hurt. What's wrong with that guy, it was like fighting the wind!"

Eren chuckled darkly.

"I don't know, but I'm kind of surprised that you were even able to keep up with him for the few moments that you did. I just wish you could have landed a blow!"

"Yeah…"

"Eren," Mikasa spoke up from behind him, pulling her scarf a little tighter around her neck, "I think it's time to go to bed. I think tomorrow may be pretty busy…"

"I guess we should," Eren said almost sadly, "Well, g'night Ragnar, and… you too, Annie."

Then they were gone, trudging through the snow.

"Ragnar," She said quietly, "I… I was worried about you. Why didn't you tell me you were leaving?"

He looked at her, his strange eyes partially lidded.

"It just kind of came up…"

"I guess I can understand," She reached up and tweaked his nose, "But don't do it again!"

He laughed, running his index finger down the bridge of her nose.

"You better watch with that nose tweaking, you have a bigger handle for me to grab."

She rolled her eyes. Then Ragnar's smiling face grew serious.

"Annie, who was that masked man," He said, his voice low, "Hackett told me that he seemed to know you…"

Those loudmouths… She thought derisively.

"I didn't want to involve you," She said, looking askance, "But it's my brother, Ackilles."

Ragnar eyes widened marginally.

"The one that you and your grandfather thought were dead?"

Annie nodded.

"Our families do seem to like popping up in strange places… By the way, have you any word of my sister?"

"I spoke with Historia, the little blonde girl, who was always close to Ymir. It's not good, Ragnar…"

"Is she dead?"

"No. But Ymir is with my allies, Reiner and Bertolt, in the Wall Maria someplace. She and Eren were kidnapped a few months ago, but they were able to recover them. Ymir chose to stay out there for God knows why…"

Ragnar looked at her dejectedly.

"So, another wrench in our plan."

"Yeah…"

"I'll get you home soon, my love. Don't worry about that."

She felt a smile trying to stretch her lips, but fought it down.

"Don't worry about getting me home," She said, putting a hand on Ragnar's chest, "We need to get inside though, and you need to get some sleep. You look terrible."

Ragnar smiled, white teeth flashing in a feral grin.

"Fine, lead on, my lovely."

"That boy is trouble."

Erwin looked up at Levi from the desk he was using, the little house that he'd claimed on the edge of town for himself and his guards.

"What do you mean, he seems to be a good sort. You saw how he stood up to you for Eren."

Levi held up his fist into the lamplight, showing the bruising that covered his knuckles.

"I felt him stand up to me," He said coolly, "He's got an iron jaw. He also is better at hand to hand than almost everyone else, Erwin. If he'd been able to hit me, I'd likely have quite a few broken bones. And I don't have that damn healing factor of his and Eren's."

Erwin raised an eyebrow questioningly.

"What is your assessment of that boy and his followers?"

"I've only had prolonged contact with Ragnar," Levi sat heavily into a chair left over from when the residents of Ragako were transformed, "He isn't a bad guy. Stubborn, thick-headed, a lot like Eren. But he seems to be pretty sharp. His elder brother, the one with the funny name, is even sharper. The other one, the one that always has that giant with him, is… Well, you've head of the fights he's had with some of the people we've left around here."

Erwin nodded, he knew there'd been several incidents between that brother and a pair of soldiers over something totally superfluous. He'd beat both of them senseless, before another pair had been able to restrain him.

"Yes, I've heard of those incidents. We may need to corral that one somehow. But the others seem to be competent, correct?" Levi nodded slightly in response to his questions, "So we now have a solid core of Titan shifters, without having the Codex Titanica…"

"You really weren't able to acquire it from the King's Library?"

Erwin put down his pen, pulling part of his jacket back, revealing the bandages that crisscrossed his chest.

"There were… I don't know how to describe them," Erwin's memories flashed through his eyes, though his expression remained stoic and unmoving, "When we opened the vault to find the Codex, it was gone. Someone beat us to it. But… our opening the vault unleashed several something's. I don't know how to describe them. Like Titans… just on a regular human scale. They moved with speed and agility that I've never seen before."

Levi's eyes narrowed slightly.

"Guardians of the King's Library?"

Erwin nodded.

"And vicious ones at that. You saw what they did to Armin Arlert. We only escaped because of Ken's sacrifice. They tore him apart, Levi. Tore him to shreds."

"Well, did we get anything out of your little foray?"

Erwin pulled out a leather bound book, its ancient cover being in surprisingly good condition.

"Armin found this. 'The Titan War'," The Commander said as he flipped through the pages, "It's… quite an interesting read. Take a look at this."

He held the book up, passing it to Levi so that he could look at the photograph.

Erwin had already studied the photograph closely, comparing it to the image he had in his head. It was, compared to most of the other pictures within the book, rather boring. It contained only ten people, sitting in two rows of five, their faces serious. The man sitting front and center, was the spitting image of the three brothers Mosher. Sitting to his right, was the man known as Dio, his red hair much shorter.

His eyes had widened just as Levi's did when he looked at the ancient photograph.

"Read the bottom of the page." Erwin pointed to the list of names.

Back Row: Lieutenants Ralph Wadeu, Zenobia 'Sina' Waldstrop, Rose Waldstrop, Maria Waldstrop, Jorgen Jorgensen. Front Row: Lieutenants Chase 'Silver Knight' Night, Rob 'The Killer' Thurston, Captain Diomedes 'The Mad Titan' Johnson, General Hoenor 'The Crystal King' Mosher, Captain Lucius 'Ramrod' Rammerton.

Under the names in bold was 'Titan Hunter Squad Two'.

"Strange… all those names being together," Levi said, running his fingers across the three women in the top center. "'Sina', Rose, Maria… Do you think?"

"I have little doubt," Erwin said, taking the book back and closing it, "Wheels within wheels, Levi. Everything is so interconnected, and to see how all of these people have come together… I have a feeling there is another force at work here."

Levi nodded, his grey eyes looking through the window over Erwin's shoulder.

"It seems very likely."
