I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus,
Underneath the mistletoe last night.
She didn't see me creep, down the stairs to have a peep,
She thought that I was tucked up in my bedroom, fast asleep.
"I'm not doing it."
"Please." Rachel begs.
"You told me that when you were younger, every year your father used to dress up as Santa Claus for you and I thought that since our children are old enough now, you could dress up for them."
"It's Christmas Eve tomorrow, where do you expect I get a Santa costume this late?" Santana asks.
"I already rented one. It's in the closet."
"Well it can stay there. I'm not doing it. Why can't you do it?"
"I don't have the stature to pull off a believable Santa Claus. If you won't dress up as Santa then I won't dress up in that special elf costume that I also picked out."
"Is it a sexy elf costume?" Santana asks suddenly interested in where the conversation is going.
"The only way to find out is if you dress as Santa."
Santana weighs up the options in her head for a few seconds before answering.
"Fine. I'll dress as Santa but if it's not a sexy elf outfit, I'm gonna be pissed."
"Thank you baby and I'm sure our children will thank you too" Rachel says pulling Santana in for a kiss.
It's Christmas Eve and the family have spent the night watching Christmas movies and now it was time for the children to go to bed and for Santana to turn into Santa.
Santana had left the suit in the garage so she was going to pretend to leave the house and quickly get changed into the Santa outfit before surprising her children.
"Have you got everything?" Rachel asks.
"I've got the suit, what else do I need?"
"How about a positive attitude" Rachel suggests.
"Ha ha."
"I think it's Ho Ho Ho actually."
"You know you become a smart ass since marrying me. NiƱos come and say goodbye to Mami" Santana calls.
"Where are you going?" Mia asks.
"We forgot to give Auntie Quinn a present so I'm going to go and give it to her" Santana explains giving her daughter a hug and a kiss.
"Just think when you wake up it'll be Christmas morning."
"Yes, so the sooner you go to bed the sooner morning will come" Rachel says.
"Good night Mami" Mia says before pulling away from her mother and running up the stairs.
Brice walks over to his mother next and wraps his arms around her the best he could.
"Night, night Mami" he says snuggling into her chest.
When he finally pulls away from one mother he walks over to the other one and opens his arms, asking to be picked up. Rachel obliges and picks up her son and places him on her hip.
"I'll see you later baby" Santana says placing a kiss on Rachel's lips.
Rachel carries Brice upstairs who is nearly falling asleep in her arms. Thankfully she had already dressed the children into their pajamas so she could put Brice straight into bed.
She pulls back the covers and places her son in the bed. As she pulls the sheets back she notices little brown eyes staring at her.
"Will you read me a story?" Brice asks.
"Sure, what do you want to hear?"
"Can we read The Night Before Christmas?" Mia asks from the doorway, holding the book.
"Of course we can."
"Mia get in bed with me" Brice says shuffling over to the side to make room for his sister.
Mia makes her way over to her brother's bed and gets under the covers with him. She hands her mother the book and allows Brice to hug her.
Rachel smiles at the scene before her before she starts to read the story.
"Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house."
"What was that?" Brice asks.
"What?"
"It sounded like bells."
"I'm sure it was nothing" Rachel assures.
She goes to continue the story again when the sound of bells became clearer.
"Is it Santa?" Brice asks.
"I don't know. You two stay here, I'll go and have a look" Rachel says.
She places the book on the bed and makes her way over to the door.
She makes her way downstairs and into the living room where she finds her wife.
"Don't laugh" Santana says.
"I'm not going to laugh, you look great. You just have to speak with a deeper voice."
"My beard itches."
"That beard may be covering your face but I can still tell that you're pouting." Rachel wraps her arms around her wife as best as she could with the big belly Santana was sporting.
"Thank you for doing this" Rachel says before kissing her wife.
Rachel attempts to pull away from her wife but Santana keeps a firm hold on her.
"You're right, your beard is itchy."
"Go get the kids then I can get out of this suit."
Rachel makes her way upstairs and enters Brice's bedroom.
"Is it Santa?" Brice asks.
"Yes it is, he said you can come and meet him if you want. Where is Mia?"
"She went into her room."
"Okay, let's get her and then we can meet Santa Claus."
When Rachel enters her daughter's room she finds Mia in her bed under the cover.
"Mia" Rachel calls.
"Mia, Santa Claus is down stairs" Brice says.
"I don't care!" Mia yells.
"Don't you want to meet Santa?"
"No!"
"Come on sweetie, Santa is really looking forward to meeting you."
"Please Mia" Brice begs.
"Fine."
Rachel carries her son down the stairs whilst Mia follows behind them with a scowl on her face. As soon as they enter the living room Rachel puts Brice down on the floor and he runs straight at Santana, hugging her legs.
"You must be Brice" Santana says in the best deep voice she can muster.
"You know my name?"
"Of course, I know every little boy's and girl's name. That's how I also know that you are Mia" Santana says looking at her daughter.
"Mia why don't you give Santa a hug?" Rachel suggests.
"I don't want to" Mia says crossing her arms.
"Santa did you get my letter?" Brice asks trying to get back Santa's attention.
"Of course I did Brice."
"Mia why don't you say hello to Santa?" Rachel says trying to get her daughter involved.
Mia walks over to Santana and swiftly kicks her in the leg.
"Son of a bitch" Santana yells bending down to rub her throbbing leg.
"San..ta" Rachel berates, quickly correcting herself.
"She kicked me" Santana whines.
"What? Mia you are in trouble young lady."
Rachel walks over to her wife and puts a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "Are you okay?" Rachel asks.
Mia makes her way over to where they are standing and puts herself in between them.
"Stay away from my mommy" Mia yells.
"Mia, what's going on with you?" Rachel asks.
"You two were kissing. Mami's going to be angry."
"Oh crap. How are we going to handle this?" Santana whispers to her wife.
"Mommy, what's wrong?" Brice asks.
"Nothing sweetie. Santa has to go, he's very busy so come and say goodbye."
Santana legs go of her sore leg and bends down on one knee so that she is at the same height as her son.
"Will I ever see you again?" Brice asks.
"Maybe next year, if I have time in between dropping off presents then I'll come and visit you again."
"Goodbye Santa. Thank you for the presents" Brice says hugging unbeknownst to him, his mother.
"You're very welcome Brice."
Rachel picks up her son and takes him upstairs leaving Santana with her angry daughter. Even at five years old Mia had perfected that Lopez glare.
"Mia, what exactly did you see?" Santana asks.
"I saw you and mommy kissing, you're a bad man Santa."
"I'm not a bad man."
"Yes you are. You kissed mommy when she's not yours, she's Mami's."
Santana is sure that Rachel would have something to say about being described as a possession that belongs to Santana but she kind of likes that idea.
Santana hates the look on her daughter's face and she doesn't want Mia to have a bad impression of Santa Claus even if he is some made up old dude. So she makes up a decision and pulls down her beard.
"Mia it is me."
"Mami?"
"I'm sorry we lied to you baby."
"Hey, what's going on?" Rachel asks as she re-enters the room.
"I just told Mia it was me" Santana explains.
"Does this mean that Santa isn't real?"
"No sweetie, Santa is real. He's just so busy that me and Mami thought that we'd give you the experience of meeting him."
"It's something that my dad used to do for me so we thought it would be nice for us to do for you."
"I don't think we should tell Brice. He was excited to meet Santa" Mia says.
"I think that's very thoughtful Mia."
"Let's get you to bed so the real Santa can come and delivery your presents."
"Can we finish The Night Before Christmas?"
"Of course we can. I left the book in Brice's room so I'll get that and you can get Mia into bed."
"Okay mini me, let's get you to bed" Santana says picking up her daughter, which is a difficult task in itself with the large belly Santana is wearing.
Santana carries Mia upstairs and into her room before gently laying her down on the bed. She pulls the covers over her daughter and tucks her in.
"I'm glad it was you that mommy was kissing."
"Your mommy and I love each other very much. The only people we'll be kissing is each other, apart from you and Brice of course" Santana says before kissing her daughter to illustrate her point.
"Mami, your beard tickles" Mia giggles.
Santana had forgotten about the beard hanging around her neck.
"What are you two laughing about?" Rachel asks as she enters the room.
"Mami's beard is tickly."
"How's Brice?" Santana asks.
"He's fast asleep. He was practically falling asleep in my arms before and I think the excitement over meeting Santa fully tired him out."
"Did you bring the book?" Mia asks.
"Yes I did. Do you want me to read it or Mami?"
"Can you both read it?"
"Sure we can. Mommy why don't you take a seat here" Santana says patting her knees.
Rachel sends her wife a look but takes a seat on her lap anyway.
"So what would you like for Christmas?" Santana ask through a smirk.
"I already have everything I need" Rachel replies before kissing her wife.
Rachel opens the book and begins to read.
"Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse."
"So that was a disaster" Santana says as they enter their bedroom.
"It just happened to be an unfortunate incident. I told the children to stay upstairs."
"At least Brice thought it was real. He was adorable, he even whispered I love you Santa in my ear" Santana smiles.
"You enjoyed yourself didn't you?"
"I only did it because you bribed me."
"Yes and you're glad that I did. You enjoyed yourself and you want to do it again next year" Rachel says with a smirk.
"Okay fine, I enjoyed it. I like to make my kids happy okay?"
"Thank you. I know you were apprehensive so I really am grateful" Rachel says wrapping her arms around her wife and pulling her in for a kiss.
"This got us into trouble last time. You know since I'm Santa, there must be an elf around here somewhere."
"You still want to?" Rachel asks.
"Of course I do. It was my reward after all."
"Okay, you stay here and I'll get changed" Rachel says before walking over to the wardrobe.
She opens the door and pulls out the costume which is hidden in a black clothing bag so Santana can't have a sneak peak.
Once Rachel disappears behind the bathroom door Santana decides to make herself more comfortable. She starts by taking of the Santa jacket and removing the large fake belly. It felt strange having a large stomach again, it reminded her of when she carried Mia.
She decides to keep the Santa pants and boots on and finishes the outfit with a simple white tank top. She pulls up the black suspenders that are connected to the pants up over her shoulders and places the Santa hat back on her head.
She has a quick look in the mirror and considering Santa isn't the sexiest of looks she thinks she just pulled it off. She can't wait to see what her wife is wearing.
Santana takes a seat on the bed and kicks off her boots, it might ruin the look but Rachel would kill her if she put them on the bed. She lays back against the pillow just as the bathroom door slightly opens.
"Are you ready?" Rachel asks.
"Hell yes" Santana replies.
She should have known that her wife would have wanted to make a proper entrance.
Rachel slowly walks out of the bathroom and leans against the door.
"Is this sexy enough for you?"
Santana tries to reply but her throat has gone dry so she nods instead. Rachel is wearing a tight green dress that barely covers her thighs, complete with a black belt with a gold buckle. She's also wearing green and white striped, knee high socks that reminds Santana of Rachel in high school.
Rachel slowly walks over to the bottom of the bed and climbs onto it. She crawls up the length of Santana's body, stopping when she's face to face with her wife. Rachel lowers her head to connect their lips in a slow kiss.
"Merry Christmas baby."
