192. Foolishness and a Hope
She was a foolish woman,
but even she had something to fight for:
some goal to attain
even if time took it away
from her fingers.
Her goal was a world bound
by control; where no conflicts rose,
where no foolishness came forth –
where the progression of the world
made sense, and could be predicted by all.
She didn't want a war
and that is why she refused to believe
in that black smoke
on the horizon.
