199. Born to Fly

He'd been born to fly,
to glide through the skies
without it screaming
profanities
in his ears…

He belonged in the sky:
there was something there
that wasn't there
on land…

Or rather, the weight of the land
wasn't there…when he flew
without gravity's pull
in the sky.
