212. The Time I've Spent With You
I can never forget
the time I've spent with you:
all of you, even though the world
is now drying out
inside
With all of you gone
those times lose their colour,
those happy pictures behind the glass
fall…and shatter
But the times themselves will always stay
even as they turn grey
from age, and misuse
in my memories
And maybe once I'm dead,
that dream will come back and we'll be
those four friends again
in our perfect life
before it all fell apart.
