DIMERA MANSION
Nicole walks into the living room. She opens the bottle of prenatal vitamins and puts one in her mouth. She takes a sip of water and flashes back to when she found out that Brady and Arianna got married.
Brady & Arianna:
"We're married"
Nicole comes back. EJ walks in.
EJ:
"Good morning darling. Did you get any sleep?"
He walks up to her and kisses her cheek. Then pours himself some orange juice.
Nicole:
"Not really"
She says sadly.
EJ:
"What's wrong?"
Nicole turns to face him.
Nicole:
"Brady and Arianna are married."
EJ:
"Wow. When did this happen?"
EJ trying to hide that he already knows.
Nicole:
"The other night. Like why would he do this to me and our baby? Just marry that bitch."
EJ's about to speak but Nicole interrupts.
Nicole:
"And don't even say you don't know if he's the father or not."
EJ puts his hands on Nicole's shoulders.
EJ:
"I know you're hurting, but you have to focus on staying healthy and happy for the baby."
Nicole:
"I'm not going to be happy until I have Brady back. And you're going to help me."
EJ sighs.
JAVA CAFÉ
Chad is getting his morning coffee. He has his DNA test in his hand that shows EJ is his father. Gabi walks over to him.
Mia:
"Hey Chad"
Chad:
"Hey Mia."
Mia:
"What's that?"
She points to the DNA test. Chad puts it back in the envelope.
Chad:
"It's the DNA test."
Mia:
"So you're just going to carry that around with you wherever you go?"
Chad:
"No. Just today. I'm going to confront EJ."
Mia:
"Wow, really?"
Chad:
"Yeah I wanna know if there is any truth to this."
Gabi puts her hair behind her ears.
Mia:
"Well hope you get the answers you're looking for. EJ DiMera is a real jerk."
Chad:
"Yeah. That's very true."
Chad stands up.
Mia:
"Okay. Well let me know how it goes."
Chad:
"I will."
Chad grabs his stuff and leaves Java. Mia watches him in worry.
SALEM PD
Bo, Roman, and Evan arrive at the police station with the evidence they collected from Colin's apartment. Natasha greets them.
Natasha:
"Well, well, well. What do we have here?"
Roman:
"Enough evidence that proves that Colin shot my daughter."
Evan:
"And that he was going after Nicole Walker."
Bo:
"And it has something to do with Stefano DiMera."
THE PUB
Kate, Stefano, and Victor stand around. Stefano and Victor still have their shock faces on.
Victor:
"How do you know this?"
Kate:
"I just heard it from Phillip and Chloe."
Victor:
"And they're sure?"
Kate:
"Yes. They were practically glowing with excitement."
Victor:
"Dammit. Dammit. Now I might have 2 grandkids produced by sluts."
Kate:
"What are you talking about?"
Stefano:
"Nicole Walker"
Kate:
"What about her? Don't tell me she's pregnant too."
Victor:
"Yes and the baby could be Brady's."
Stefano:
"Or EJ's"
Kate:
"Wow."
LUCAS' HOUSE
Sami sits down on the couch still looking at the file with tears coming down her eyes.
Sami:
"This can't be happening."
Lucas walks in.
Lucas:
"Sami? What's wrong?"
Sami turns to him.
Sami:
"Lucas!"
Sami gets up, dropping the file on the floor, and rushing over to hug Lucas. Lucas hugs her back with a confused look on his face.
DIMERA MANSION
EJ:
"Brady's married. What do you want me to do?"
Nicole:
"Seriously EJ?"
Nicole knocked EJ's hands off of her.
EJ:
"Okay if Brady means that much to you."
Nicole:
"He does, more than anything."
EJ:
"I'll help you but not right now. I have some business to take care of."
Nicole:
"Great. What am I supposed to do?"
EJ:
"Go to the spa or a shopping spree. On me. How does that sound?"
Nicole:
"Sounds pretty good."
EJ:
"Great. So why don't you go out and get started."
Nicole grabs her purse. She and EJ walk to the door. EJ opens it and Nicole walks out. She turns around before EJ could shut the door.
Nicole:
"I want Brady back."
EJ:
"And you will have him back. Now run along."
Nicole rolls her eyes then walks away. EJ closes the door.
EJ:
"Finally. Now where is that tape?"
EJ starts to walk away from the door then the doorbell rings.
EJ:
"What now?"
EJ reluctantly turns around and opens it. It's Chad.
EJ:
"Chad? What do you want?"
Chad:
"To talk to you."
EJ:
"About?"
Chad:
"About this."
Chad holds up the envelope with is DNA test in it.
EJ:
"You want to talk to me about an envelope?"
Chad:
"It's about what's inside."
EJ gets impatient.
EJ:
"What is inside? Look Chad, I don't have time for this. Whatever it is that you want, just come out and say it."
Chad opens up the envelope and pulls out his DNA test.
EJ:
"What is that?"
Chad:
"It's my DNA test."
EJ:
"Ok?"
Chad:
"It says that you're my father."
EJ's stunned.
SALEM PD
Natasha:
"What about Stefano DiMera?"
Bo:
"Seems like Colin was working for him."
Bo hands a file to Natasha.
She opens it up.
Bo:
"Proof Stefano transferred money into an account. Colin has the account and routing number. I bet that account is Colin's name."
Roman:
"Not only that. But that money went into that account the name night Anna DiMera was poisoned in her cell."
Natasha looks up from the file.
Natasha:
"So you think Stefano paid Colin to kill Anna DiMera to keep her quiet about the kidnapping? Because you guys think that EJ kidnapped his own daughter?"
Roman:
"Not think, we know. We just need proof."
Natasha:
"Where does Nicole come in on this?"
Roman:
"Nicole probably knew something about it."
Natasha:
"Now we're reaching."
Bo:
"Look, this could be the last thing that could tie EJ and Stefano to Sydney's kidnapping."
Natasha:
"Fine, what do you want me to do?"
Roman:
"Get a search warrant for the DiMera mansion."
Natasha raises her eyebrows.
THE PUB
Kate:
"I need to sit down."
Kate sits down. Victor and Stefano follow.
Kate:
"Nicole's pregnant and EJ or Brady could be the father. Wow. Now I see why Chloe and Nicole are such good friends. Neither know how to keep their legs closed or use birth control.
Victor:
"Unfortunately."
Stefano:
"Well I'm happy about the possibility of having another DiMera running around."
Victor:
"Like the world needs another one of those."
Stefano:
"Like being a Kiriakis is somehow better?"
Victor:
"In fact it is."
LUCAS' HOUSE
Lucas and Sami stop hugging.
Lucas:
"Sami, what's wrong? What happened?"
He wipes the tears from her eyes.
Sami:
"I just found out something horrible."
Lucas:
"Like what?"
Sami bends down and picks up the file.
Lucas:
"What's this?"
Sami:
"My file from Dr. Baker's office."
She hands it to Lucas. He opens it up.
Sami:
"It says that…that my baby is dead."
Lucas looks up at Sami in shock and confusion.
THE PARK
Nicole walks into the park and sits down on the bench.
Nicole:
"What should I do first? Oh I know. I'll call Chloe."
Nicole takes out her phone to call Chloe but Dr. Baker walks up.
Baker:
"Hey Nikki!"
Nicole looks up.
Nicole:
"Oh my gosh. Not you."
Nicole puts her phone down.
Baker:
"What? Not happy to see me?"
Nicole stands up.
Nicole:
"Shouldn't you be in prison or something?"
Baker:
"That's why we need to talk."
Nicole:
"We have nothing to talk about Dick."
Baker:
"Oh yes we do. You need to help me stay out of prison."
Nicole:
"Oh really? And why is that?"
Baker:
"Because I could make it your worthwhile."
Nicole stares curiously at Baker.
DIMERA MANSION
EJ:
"I'm your father? Really? What kind of games are you playing here Chad?"
Chad:
"You think I want this to be true? Do you think I want to be a DiMera? Because I don't"
EJ:
"Well then good. We're done here."
EJ goes to close the door, but Chad stops him.
EJ:
"Get the hell off of my property."
Chad:
"Not until we figure this out."
EJ:
"There is nothing to figure out. That so called DNA test is a lie. So you need to go to wherever you got this from and tell them they got it wrong."
Chad:
"Fine. This was a waste of time."
EJ:
"Yes it was. Now, goodbye."
EJ closes the door in Chad's face. Chad turns away from the door.
Chad:
"I will do that."
Chad leaves the mansion.
SALEM PD
Natasha:
"Yes because after all this time Stefano will have evidence just laying around for you to find."
Bo:
"Natasha's right. We're not going to find anything at the mansion."
Roman:
"Then what are we supposed to do?"
Natasha:
"Bring Stefano in for questioning. As well as Nicole. Maybe she knows more than she thinks she knows."
Natasha walks away. Bo turns to face Roman.
Bo:
"Alright, Roman you talk to Nicole and I'll talk to Stefano."
Roman:
"Of course. Stick me with the hard work."
Roman leaves the station. Bo is about to also but stops to talk to Evan.
Bo:
"Evan, stop pass the hospital to see if that surveillance video from when Nicole was hit by the car yet."
Evan:
"Sure thing sir."
Evan and Bo leave the station.
THE PUB
Stefano:
"Oh really? So we need another useless cop roaming around the streets?"
Victor:
"Bo is not useless. He knows what he is doing."
Stefano:
"Oh really so why hasn't he found who ran over Nicole and almost killed my grandchild then?"
Victor:
"I'm sure he's on the case. And the child Nicole's carrying could easily be a Kiriakis."
Stefano:
"But it's not so what does it matter?"
Kate:
"Okay, boys. Boys, boys. Let's not fight over Nicole and her unborn child."
Victor:
"Kate's right, we shouldn't be fighting over Nicole. Can't believe I'm wasting my breath talking about her."
Stefano:
"Yes because you have more important things to discuss?"
Kate:
"Yes like what to do about Chloe."
Victor:
"Well we can't do anything to Chloe to after she gives birth."
Kate:
"Damn it. Chloe, Nicole, Chloe. I can't take it. I need some air."
Kate stands up and walks out of the Pub. Stefano and Victor watch her leave then focuses their attention back onto each other.
Victor:
"This all has been a very nauseating conversation."
Stefano:
"As any would be while having it with you."
Victor:
"Likewise."
Stefano:
"After all, you're not only trying to stake a claim to my grandchild, but also on my clients."
Victor:
"Oh, you're referring to Alex Santiago?"
Bo walks into The Pub.
Stefano:
"I knew you knew we were in talks."
Victor:
"So what?"
Stefano:
"So what? We were doing business first."
Bo:
"And what business is that?"
Stefano and Victor look up at Bo.
LUCAS' HOUSE
Lucas:
"That doesn't make any sense. Sydney is alive."
Sami:
"I know. But what if…what if Grace was really my daughter?"
Lucas:
"And Sydney is Mia and Chad's?"
Sami:
"I don't know. This is all…I don't know."
Lucas:
"I know someone who would know. Dr. Baker."
Sami:
"I don't want to talk to him."
Lucas:
"How else are we going to get the truth?"
Sami:
"Who's the say he would tell the truth?"
Lucas:
"Only one way to find out."
Lucas pulls out his phone and dials a number.
Sami:
"What are you doing?"
Lucas:
"Finding out where Dr. Baker is so we can get to the bottom of this."
THE PARK
Nicole:
"And what do you have that I could possibly want?"
Baker:
"You have no idea."
Nicole:
"Well enlighten me."
Baker:
"It will rock your world."
Nicole:
"Just spit it out Dick."
Roman walks up behind Nicole.
Roman:
"Yes. Spit it out…all of it."
Nicole and Baker stare at Roman.
JAVA CAFÉ
Chad walks in. He takes a deep breath then walks over to Mia's table. She's drinking coffee and typing on her laptop.
Chad:
"Hey Mia."
Mia looks up.
Mia:
"Hey Chad."
She pauses. Chad sits down across from her.
Mia:
"I would ask you how it went with EJ, but I can tell by the look on your face how that went."
Chad:
"He said that it was false. Not even entertaining the fact that it could maybe true."
Mia:
"Well if you really wanna know if it's true. There are other ways to find out."
Chad:
"Like how?"
Mia:
"We can do our own DNA test?"
Chad:
"Yeah like EJ would agree to that."
Mia:
"You don't need his permission."
Chad:
"So you wanna me to get DNA from EJ how?"
Mia:
"Not from EJ, from Will."
Chad:
"Will and EJ aren't related."
Mia:
"But Will is related to Sydney and Johnny who's daddy is EJ."
Chad:
"So you wanna take DNA from a couple of kids?"
Mia:
"Do you have a better idea?"
Chad:
"No."
Mia:
"Alright then. I'll call Will."
Mia picks up her phone and dials Will's number.
THE PUB
Stefano:
"None of your business."
Bo:
"Are we sure it's not?"
Stefano:
"It's nothing illegal if that's where you're going with this Commissioner."
Bo:
"Maybe not that, but maybe working with Colin Murphy is."
Stefano:
"I don't know anything about Colin Murphy."
Bo:
"Some information we uncovered at his apartment states otherwise."
Stefano:
"Like what?"
Bo:
"Maybe we should talk about this down at the station?"
Stefano stares at Bo who's smiling.
LUCAS' HOUSE
Lucas:
"Thank you."
Lucas hangs up his phone.
Lucas:
"Baker is in the park with Nicole."
Sami:
"Oh great. What could those two be talking about?"
Lucas:
"Let's go see?"
Sami:
"I can't. The kids are asleep."
Lucas:
"Fine, I'll get Baker and bring him here."
Sami:
"Great. Thanks Lucas."
Sami and Lucas hug.
Lucas:
"Anytime."
Lucas leaves the house.
THE PARK
Nicole:
"We're having a private conversation here Roman."
Roman:
"A private conversation? In public?"
Nicole:
"Please go away."
Roman:
"I will but you're coming with me."
Nicole:
"Why?"
Roman:
"To discuss Colin Murphy."
Nicole rolls her eyes.
DIMERA MANSION
EJ comes downstairs and enters the living room frustrated.
EJ:
"Damn it. That recording isn't here. Where could it be?"
EJ pours himself a drink. He's about to take a sip but is interrupted by the doorbell.
EJ:
"Who the hell is that?"
EJ walks to open it. He opens it.
EJ:
"What the hell do you want?"
