Chapter 15: Some new "Friends"
Normal POV
" Lucy " Mira whined clinging on to her blond friends arm " lets stop training it's been going for about a week and we are all tired"
"Okay okay " Lucy sighs shaking Mira off her arm " lets get back to the guild"
Lucy and her friends have been training so they can better chance of being a S - Class mage (with the exception of Mira Rosa and Carla)
"Wh...what we don't need to go back to the guild yet I mean everyone will be there a...and we have no reason to" Lisanna stammed
"Ye..yeah Lisanna's right we have no reason to go back" Wendy put in
Lucy Mira and Sage all exchanged glances it's was Sage who spoke first "what's wrong" "why are you scared"
"We are not scared" they said at the same time
"Yes you are" Lucy put in "we can taste your fear"
Lisanna started shaking and Wendy crying Mira ran over and hugged them both "tell us what's wrong"
"The guild ever...ever since we made a team they have been rude and mean to us" Lisanna mumbled
"Especially Natsu" Wendy chocked through her tears
"Its getting to much" Lisanna added she was crying now as well
"Lucy, what should we do" Mira asked worriedly
"We go to the guild do the S - Class trials and then go from there" Lucy replied "master is telling us who is doing the trials at 3 O'clock, and the time is... 2:58..." "CRAAAAAAAP"
"Okay Mira take Lisanna" Mira nodded and changed into her demon soul picking Lisanna up in the process. "Carla can you take Wendy" the white she cat also nodded and picked her up "Rosa you fly Sage and I will fly on my own" as she said this a pair of flame wings sprouted from her should blades "right lets go".
(Time Skip: inside the guild)
Team demon Sky Tiger managed to arrive on time and settle them selves at a table. The guild was full of excited talking mostly from a screaming pink haired idiot who was standing on a table yelling something about an awesome S - Class mage. Even though there was such a bubbly atmosphere a few glares were sent in Lisanna and Wendy's direction only to have them met by Lucy, Mira or Sage.
"Brats, shut up" master Makarov yelled silencing the hole guild "its time to announce who will be attending the S - Class trials"
"Natsu Dragneel " ( " yosh " )
"Gray Fullbuster" " (okay )"
"Wendy Marvell" ("eep " )
" Freed Justine"
"Levy McGarden"
" Elfman Strauss" ("MANLY")
"Sky whitewood" (" tsk")
"Lisanna Strauss" ("w..what")
"All of the members chosen get into pairs and start training the trials will begin in 3 days" Makarov called then turned on his heel and walked back Into his office
"Go with Lisanna" Lucy whispered to Sage "she may end up with Natsu and besides if we went together that might be a bit over powered" Sage smirked and nodded his reply. Then walked over to Lisanna "Rosa me and you yeah"
"You got it Sky chan" Rosa squeaked
"Lisanna" Sage called to the silverette who had a sad look on her face "Shall we pair up"
The look quickly disappeared and was replaced by a happy smile "course Sage" "but I thought you would go with Lucy"
"That might be a bit over powered if we went together" he lowered his voice "we also thought you may end up with Natsu"
Lisanna nodded slowly then a evil smirk plastered it's self to her face "is that the only reason you won't go with Sky" Sage looked at her confused. She recognised this confusion and whispered something in his ear causing him to blush.
"Lisanna!" He yelled in embarrassment and chased the giggling silverette around the guild.
Time Skip: At the Training location
Lucy and her team made they way away from the fairy tail group so they could train privately, so told everyone to look around for a fairly large clearing where they could train.
"Found one" Lisanna called over head, she was in her half bird form so instead of arms in their place were a pair of bright coloured feathered wings
"Awesome " Sage replied back "Lead the way"
Time Skip At the Clearing
"Okay Wendy" Lucy called to the bluenette who was talking to Sage but abruptly finished her conversation and ran over to Lucy "Wendy attack me"
"What" Wendy questioned utterly confused by the blond request
"Attack me, use a roar" Lucy replied calmly
"O..okay" Wendy stammered still slightly confused "Sky Dragon, ROAR" she yelled sending a jet of whitey silver wind towards Lucy. It hit her dead on causing her to strain for balance after a few seconds Wendy's power increased pushing Lucy back a good 3 feet soon the roar died down leaving a tired Wendy and a proud Lucy.
" Wow Wendy that was awesome! !" Lucy practically screamed " I felt your power increase half way though that roar when you knocked me back "
" Thank you Lu chan " Wendy replies her eyes gleamed with joy
" Okay you carry on practising use Sage as a test dummy " Lucy told her firmly ignoring Sage who was yelling with disagreement "I will help Lisanna " Lucy told them "and Mira can you train Carla and Rosa please" Mira nodded "right lets get to work"
Time Skip : Late evening ( 9-10 O'clock time )
" Thats it lets go eat then sleep " Lucy called to no one in particular
"Yay" Lisanna yelled jumping to he feet and running towards the edge of the clearing that was in the direction of the Fairy tail camp
"You go on ahead I need to go for a run" Lucy tells them "and I also need to practise my magic but I can't do it in the day time"
Wendy perks up at the mention of Lucy's magic. Lucy smiles "I will show you tomorrow Wendy"
"Aww okay" Wendy grins " cya at camp"
" are you to going as well" Lucy asks turning to Sage and Rosa
"We were unless you want us to stay" Sage replies
"its fine you go meet ya back at camp, okay" Lucy smiles they nod and walk off towards camp Lucy watches them go.
Once they were out of site she morphs into her Tigress form the gold on her strips glittering in the moonlight her golden eyes gleamed like a polished gem, she raised her elegant head and sniffed the air, a disgusting scent filled her nostrils. Bear. She charged after it following the smell. She finally tracked the bear to a small clearing. Crouching low to the ground she slunk forward silently the soft fur on her under belly brushing the ground, with the wind blowing towards her and the dappled light coming throw the trees branches Lucy was completely undetectable and able to get in pouncing distance. Lucy tensed up her muscles rippling under her fur, and at the last second she jumped into the air landing square on the bears shoulders. The fuzzy creature below her yelped in surprise and shot forward trying remove whatever was clinging on to its back, but Lucy wouldn't budge digging her claws deep into the bears flesh she swung her head round grabbing the creatures throat, clamping her jaws down hard suffocating the beast killing it in a matter of seconds. Lucy stood atop her catch and let out a roar of success. Jumping down from the bear she took a bite out of its side. But her meal was cut short by a twig snapping in the bushes near her.
"Who's there " she growled the hackles on her back raised, the bush moved again and out stepped 3 cat like creatures at first Lucy thought they were tigers then she noticed they had no strips "lions" she thought "who are you"
"The question is who are you, you are trespassing on our territory" spoke the largest Lion Lucy guessed he was there leader of the group
"This is not your territory no scent markings were found on my way, therefore you are accusing me of something that does not exist" Lucy replied her voi ce dripped authority and power
The largest Lion noticed the change in her voice and took a step back then snarled but a smaller one stopped him "we understand your point But it is possible that you entered though here when the marking were old but the have been renewed so you still on our territory and will need to see our alpha" Lucy thought for a moment the nodded telling him to lead they way.
After a short time of walking they reached the camp it was a round clearing much smaller than Lucy's home at the edge of the clearing were many stone dens. The small tiger who spoke before lead the way though the mass of dens towards the largest one, Lucy's scent had clearly blown around the clearing causing other Lions to leave there den looking curiously at Lucy. Walking though Lucy noticed there were know cubs or Lionesses but she ignored it.
"In here" the small Lion told her motioning into the den Lucy followed him in the cave was dimly lit even with her advanced eyesight she struggled to see, soon the cave widened and in the far corner sat a extremely large Lion. "Alpha we found this tiger"
" Tigress" Lucy snarled causing the leader to look up
"This tigress in our territory when she came in the scent markings were old and undetectable"
The alpha got to his paws "very well" he turned to the small Lion "you may go"
" Alpha" he said then left the den
"What is your name" the alpha asked Lucy
"Tell me your name and I will tell you mine" Lucy replied calmly
The alpha growled in annoyance then spoke "Eclipse Alpha of Lion heart clan"
"My name is Lucy but call me Sky I am alpha of Thunder clan" Lucy told him who looked some what shocked learning that Lucy was alpha
"By trespassing on our territory I here by" Eclipse started but interrupted by Lucy
"Your clan don't know do they" Lucy interrupted
"Excuse me" Eclipse replied
" They don't know about your little secret" she paused and lowered her voice to a whisper "about your little human secret"
Eclipse looked at her shocked but for only a second, he soon flattened his ears and jumped towards her claws out stretched but Lucy was to quick for jumping out of they way then kicking his side so he went flying into the wall
"Tut tut that's no way to treat a guest is it" Lucy scolded "I will be leaving now, nice talking to you" Lucy turned on her heel and walked towards the entrance to the den. To Lions were standing guard "Excuse me boys" Lucy said sweetly blinking her golden eyes raising her head she walked past them bot. Gently placing one paw in front of the other she made her way though the camp winking at any Lion who caught her eye.
Time Skip: Back at Fairy Tail camp
"Sky chan they you are" Lisanna yelled hurtling herself towards Lucy pulling her into a massive bear hug
"Sorry Lis chan" Lucy giggled returning her hug "now go to bed you look tired" Lisanna nodded and ran towards the tent she Wendy and Mira were sharing then stopped
"Sky, where do you sleep there are no more tents" Lisanna asked
"In the woods because well you know why" Lucy replied with a yawn. Lisanna nodded they bid there good night's to each other and walked away. Lucy ran to where she was sleeping Sage and Rosa were waiting for her.
"Hi L..."Sage trailed off "what happened" he demanded
"I made some friends" Lucy sighed "friends which are lions and just lions no females"
"WHAT " Sage screamed
"Shut up!" Lucy screamed back "let me explain"
Time Skip: After explanation
"You idiot" Sage sighed ruffling Lucy hair
"Can we sleep I'm tired" Rosa whined
"Fine fine" Lucy grinned and walked into the den they had found earlier changing to a Tigress as she went.
"Yay" Rosa exclaimed and padded into the den curling up with her back against Lucy's belly, Sage walked in as well and layed down on the other side of Lucy his head resting on her back and his tail curled round her and Rosa protectively.
Little did they no Wendy (being dragged by Mira) Mira and Lisanna had followed Lucy and heard the hole story but they (Mira) had also snuck into the den and taken many photos of the sleeping three curled up together.
"Mira nee, what are you going to do with those photos" Lisanna asked her older sister who was grinning evil
"Blackmail them of course" Mira grinned and started skipping back towards camp, Wendy and Lisanna exchanged a glance before running after the slightly phycopathic girl.
