Thunder: ahhhhhhh I'm sorry I had a horrid amount of writers block
Sorry it's so late I new what I wanted to do for this part but that was later on so I got stuck, and when I finally did come up with an idea I forgot so save it so I ended up sulking in the corner for two days.
Thanks for all the support you guys have given me it helps me get off my lazy butt and write. Well that's enough of me talking enjoy da chapter

Chapter 16 Part 3:
Lucy's POV
" 3...2...1...Go" master Makarov yelled
Elfman and Evergreen, Carla and Wendy, Levy and Gajeel all shot forward disappearing into the surrounding forest only 4 stayed (technically 5 but Mira is not part of the race)
" Sooo, are any of you going to go or what" Mira questions
"We will" Lisanna giggles turning to Sage "hold your nose" she commands
"Why?" He said
"Just do it" Lisanna replies pulling something out of her pocket. Catnip. " Oh Sky Rosa look what I have here" she calls waving a fist full of catnip In there face.
The two Tigresses pupils turn huge slowly walking towards Lisanna
" That was a real bad idea you no that right" Sage comments still covering his nose
"Why..." Lisanna trails off when she sees a overly excitable Lucy bouncing towards her "shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit" she swears and runs of into the woods.
Wendy's POV^
" Wendy save me" Lisanna bellows scaring the living daylights out of me, causing poor Carla to nearly drop me
"What's wrong Lisanna" I say landing in front of her
"Rosa and Sky and going to kill me" Lisanna cries hiding behind me
" Lisanna what's that" I ask gesturing to her curled up fist
"Oh um it uh... Catnip" she says sheepishly
"What" it was my turn to yell "Carla go"
She nods at me sleepily, spreading her angelic wings and flying away
"Get rid of the catnip Lisanna" I warn trying to pry it from her hand, she reluctantly lets go and I throw the sweet smelling herb a little way in front of us. Just in the nick of time to, a tigress Lucy comes running threw the trees. She walks towards us in a daze her pupils wide, she seemingly walks into an invisible wall stopping just in front of the discarded catnip. With one sniff the white tigress drops go the ground and begins to roll mewing like a newborn kitten searching for its mothers milk.

Sage appears first closely followed by Mira struggling to keep a over excited Rosa from tackling Lisanna.
Sage notices Lucy "catnip" me and Lisanna nod "figures, at least I now know how to get her on my side easily" he grins
As Sage is talking Mira pulls a recording lacrima from who of knows where and starts filming Lucy muttering something about more blackmail items, I sweat drop she worries me sometimes.
Time Skip: 20 minuets later
Normal POV
Wendy, Mira, Sage and Lisanna have been sitting here for ages watching a near to being fully grown Tigress and a teenage Tigress rolling around like kittens.
" Does the effect go away" Wendy asks to know one in particular
" It should do soon" Sage answers "Lucy will be the first to wake up"
"How do you know that?" Lisanna asks
" As far as I'm aware catnip is new to Rosa so she will like the smell more, but for Lucy this is like her second or third time" he replies "me and Lucy used to run really far away from camp exploring new areas looking for food and so on" he sighed sadly at the memory. "Once we were exploring the side of this massive hill like mountain and found some catnip hidden within heather, and Luce went mental" he let out a half heated laugh " she was running around rolling on the floor falling over her own feet, it was hilarious she looked so happy. Then her training started and our adventures ended..." he trailed off playing the memory over and over in his head.
There was a comfortable silence between them all, bird song carried in the wind or the occasional mew would break it. The male tiger starred at Lucy's mewing form before quickly excusing himself. As he disappeared threw the bushes Lucy started to wake.
"Ugh what happened" she groaned sitting up changing forms mid way
All eyes shot to Lisanna "uh um hehe I um might of used um catnip" Lisanna mumbled rubbing the back of her neck
Lucy sighed she opened her mouth but a small voice interrupted her "what happened" it was Rosa
" Catnip" Lucy said Rosa nodded sleepily "where's Sage" Lucy asked her eyes scanning the area they were in
All the girls shared a glance before quickly explaining what happened. Once they finished Lucy eyes were wide tears threatening to leak out
" I'm gonna go and talk to him" Lucy said sadly walking in the direction of Sage the to others followed, the soon found themselves on nearing the a cliff. Making they way throw some trees the 5 saw the tiger sitting on the edge starring out to sea.
" I want you all to stay here, if we fight stay here you could end up being seriously hurt" Lucy gaze shifted to Rosa "that includes you" Rosa nodded solemnly sitting down in the bushes the others followed suit sitting down hiding themselves. Lucy nodded before turning towards Sage.
" Sage, you okay" Lucy asked waking towards his slumped figure the sound of her boots gently drumming against the soft earth
"What do you want" he sighed refusing to look up
" I want to know what's wrong " Lucy replied trying to get him to catch her eye
"Being here" he sighed "we are not suppose to be here"
"You could of left Sage, you didn't-" Lucy got cut off
"Yes I did I needed to come here and stay with you, I'm here to protect you" Sage told her
"Why do I need protecting I'm-" once again Sage cut her off
"I'm here to protect the clans alpha, our alpha, my alpha" Sage replied raising his voice slightly
"Alpha " Lucy mumbled "b..but fairy tail is my" she trailed off
"I didn't here that your what" he said harshly standing up "don't you dare say family this group of people aren't your family the one thing we all have in common is this mark" he said gesturing to his tigress striped guild insignia, Lucy breathing turned raspy he could smell salt "Tch, I don't know why I was interested in you your not worthy of being alpha" he snarled turning away
" did you just say I'm not worthy" Lucy snarled/whimpered back getting to her feet "you have no idea how hard it is"
" actually I do, I went threw all the training, I proved to everyone I was the best, I was about to be made a beta that day you arrived"
" even if I didn't arrive you still wouldn't of been alpha, you need alpha blood, I. Am. A. Better. Alpha. Than. You." Lucy snarled in reply walking away a little
"Prove it, prove that you are worthy of being leader of the almighty Thunder clan" Sage taunted "or are you to scared tigress"
" Don't you mock me I could wipe the floor with your ugly face any day" Lucy replied her back to him
" How dare you" Sage shot forward leaping into the air towards Lucy, who by now had spun round and was mid flight with Sage. What happened next seemed to jump one moment they were flying gracefully though the air then the next the two were a swirling storm of teeth and claws. Lucy jumped back only to immediately fly forward raking her claws deeply into Sage's side, the male tiger roared in pain then bite down hard on Lucy's tail throwing her way from him. The two tigers made sure not to use any magical power because it will attract attention. After about 20 or so minuets of non - stop fighting, the two were beginning to tire. Well Sage was.
" Tsk tired already how pathetic" Lucy mocked
" N..not y..yet" Sage snarled sleepily, clearly most of his anger was gone
"Good" was Lucy's blunt reply shooting toward him ramming her head Into his side knocking the breath out of him as well as the ground from under. " Do you submit defeat yet" Lucy asked/snarled walking over to Sage's weak figure trying desperately hard to get up on managing a sit
"Nev-" Lucy cut him off
"Bow down to me" Lucy commanded placing her blooded paw on his head forcing him to lower it
"N..no" Sage mewed weakly
"Do as I command" Lucy snarled nipping the side of his ear drawing blood
Sage let out a startled yelp and fell to the ground, bowing down to the tigress
" I..I'm sorry" Sage said weakly " I'm sorry alpha" his head lowered eyes fixed on the ground trying to ignore the pain and embarrassment circulating threw him.
Lucy gently licked a deep gash on the side of his face, he jumped at her touch. "There is nothing to be embarrassed about you clearly had a lot of cooped up anger, and I'm glad I was the one you let it out on " she paused to lay down next to him so they were side by side "if it was someone else the may not stand a chance against a raging tiger"
Sage let out half hearted sigh "but still I thought it would be a smart idea to challenge the alpha of Thunder clan to a battle somehow thinking I would win"
" You could of, Sage even though Sora is my deputy your name was there when I was choosing, you Sage are the strongest warrior I have encountered so far and one of the few people with enough power to take down an alpha so be proud of that" she said in her alpha voice (proud full of authority and all that shit)
"Why thank you alpha" Sage grinned and started to clean a long cut along her left fore leg.
Whilst this is happening everyone apart from Rosa (seen it before) and charla (not here) were completely dumbstruck.
" I'm confused" Lisanna stated trying to process what just happened
"First they were talking then fighting then talking again all in the space on an hour" Mira said thinking out loud
"Rosa need help here" Wendy stated
"Well basically we tigers fight to do 1 of 3 things,1 to train 2 prove power 3 play fighting, and I think that was kinda a mix of the second and third one" Rosa replied
"That was only a play fight " Lisanna gasped " but there both seriously injured"
" yes this is a mere play fight, but it is fought with emotion. The reason the are injured is to leave a scar we call them De Commotio Cicatrices (Latin) or scars on emotio the cuts on Lucys fore leg and Sage's side will scar most likely" Rosa informed them
" Ohhhhhhh I still don't get it" said Lisanna causing the rest to face plant
"Wait" Wendy said "aren't we suppose to be finding first masters grave"
" Oh I forgot about that" Rosa said sheepishly
"I wanna stay here and watch this is cute" Mira whined
"Your not even suppose to be here and besides your technical not even part of the trails" Lisanna replied to her sisters whining
"Yeah Yeah but still" Mira sighed "lets just stay pweeezzzz" she gave the group her best puppy dog eyes.
The group sighed in defeat to Mira's so called cuteness, "fine" Wendy said
"Yay" Mira whisper yelled and did a mini celebration dance "not lets si- wait when did they go?" They did not realise as they were talking both Lucy and Sage had snuck off and were currently hiding in a bush near them trying there best to keep themselves from laughing at there confusion.
"when I give the signall" Lucy said to Sage keeping her voice at a hushed whisper not in Rosa enhance hearing could pick it up. Sage gave a nod. Lucy crochet down low putting her weight on her haunches Sage mirrored her pose and waited, after a few seconds Lucy flicked her ear and the two shot forward barrelling into the group of girls.
"Surprise" Sage purred sitting on Lisanna's back who was currently spiraled out on the floor her face shoved in the dirt
"God dammit you two" Mira yelled glaring at a Lucy's smug face who was using Wendy as a head rest
"Your mean scaring us like that" Wendy grumbled trying to push the Tigresses head off hers but failing miserablely
"I have got no idea what your talking about Wendy " Lucy giggled
"Gmfph dhk tufb bty sd eh ufb " Lisanna said well trieed to say seeing as her face was currently under ground
" What ya say Lisanna" Mira asked still half glaring at Lucy
Lisanna pulled her head up "I said" She started "SAGE GET YOUR FAT BUTT OFF ME!" Lisanna hollered
Sage jumped into the air and spat in surprise his fur standing on end "hahaha you baby look at you" Lucy laughed rolling on the floor laughing. Sage sulked.
" Okay okay, jokes over lets get on with what we are supposed to be doing" Mira giggled brushing off dirt
"Agreed" they all said in unison (charla is back now)
" So we need to find Mavis-" Lucy got cut short by a load almost deafening roar the entire island suddenly became dark, an enormous shadow loomed over but the creature was hidden by the clouds. Everything was silent the only noise was the sound of wing beat.
" No way that can't be" Wendy said
" A dragon" Lisanna finished "lets find everyone else" they all nodded and sprinted forward Sage and Lucy were still tigers
"Head for the beach" Mira puffed,
once the beach came into sight Lucy and Sage's pelts started to glow a bright white and changed shape everyone was awe struck even Rosa they had seen to two tigers change forms before but that usually happened quickly and no light show. As the light faded the two were reviled but something was different, like dragon slayers the two had fangs which is normal but now their entire mouth was filled with long sharp teeth especially their canines which seemed to spill out there mouths but unlike the the dragon slayers both hands were replaced with dangerous claws, the pupils in their eyes turned into cat like slits that seemed to follow every movement.
"Wow" Rosa breathed "this is new" the rest of the group shot her a questioning glance "like you have second gen of magic we Tigers have multiple generation I guess this is There second gen" everyone was dumbstruck even Sage and Lucy looked a little shocked at what just happened.
"Lets go to the beach" Mira repeated then looked at Sage and Lucy "maybe you two should stay here until you have 'grasped' what you can do in that form"
Lucy looked at her In understanding "very well" Lucy growled so she and Sage shot into the undergrowth
The rest of the group (Mira, Lisanna, Wendy, Rosa and Charla) raced towards the beach only to see the great dragon breaking though the clouds
"Oi dragon where's Igneel" shouted the pink haired idiot only to be flown backwards by the dragons powerful wing beat
"Master" Mira yelled "what do we do"
He looked thoughtful for a moment "attack"-he yelled "with everything you've got"
" You heard him attack" Mira echoed changing into satan soul herself
"Wait Mira" Makarov called "where's Sky and Sage"
"Uhh they will be here soon"
"Very well" he said than ran off
As soon as he left Sage pelted out the bushes and ran straight to her "something is wrong with Lucy" Mira's eyes widened she called Wendy Lisanna Rosa and Charla over. Following Sage they soon found Lucy still in her half form siting stiffly on the ground starring into somewhere distant but her eyes were blood red.
"Lucy" Lisanna yelled in horror and ran forward only to be grabbed by Sage
"Don't go near her" he said seriously
"Why" Lisanna said stubbornly
"Can't you feel it" Lisanna sent him a look of confusion "the magical energy that's Lucy's she has broken some of her limiters, it won't her the plants around here but it will hurt you so stay behind the trees" without waiting for an answer he slunk forward towards her slowly .
"Sage" Rosa's voice sounded "I wouldn't wake her up if I were you" Sage opened his mouth to argue but Rosa continued "look at her she's not physically hurting anyone, she's thinking"
Sage was quite for a moment then spoke " when did you become to smart "
"Someone needs to be it, you rarely think at all apart from fight strategies"
"Hey!"
"Lucy thinks to much and not about logic" Rosa grinned only to be cut off by a sudden gasp, Lucy.

"I know... I know what I need to do" her voice was as shaky as her legs she dropped her half form so did Sage
Sage was by her side I an instant "what do you mean"
"I know how to get rid of the dragon" Lucy replied
" But it could kill you-" Lucy put a finger to his lips
"I know it could, but it's my job as an alpha to protect my clan and you must promise me one thing"
"What is it?" Sage questioned
"Don't follow me protect them" Lucy said her voice not rising above a whisper. Slowly she raised her hands and un clipped her chocker collar pulling it away from her neck she twisted it around Sage's wrist clapping it into place, "you must lead the clan if I die I never truly set a deputy and that deputy is you" Lucy mumbled her words mixing up making little sense but Sage understood.
"But you won't die" Sage said desperately "you will come back "
"I can't promise anything all I know is that I will be safe"
"How do you know you can't-" he was cut off when soft lips touched his own, flinching in surprise her saw who they belong to, her eyes were full of emotion. As quickly as the kiss started it was over, resting her head on his shoulder she whispered
" He is my farther" then she shot off changing into to her second tier form.
"Holy shit" Lisanna yelled
" I will do this for you Lucy" Sage muttered "come on" he growled to the rest changing into his second tier half form.
With Lucy
" please keep them safe please" Lucy thought to herself as she raced towards the highest cliff near the dragon " Come on Acnologia fight me" she roared as she reached the cliff edge
The dark dragons eyes shifted to the furious Tigress, a flicker of surprise lighted in his eyes but disappeared immediately. The great black and blue dragon flew closer to Lucy looking her up and down.
"Fight me" she yelled again ignoring the protests of her guild mates. The dragon smirked then flew back out, he opened his mouth showing off rows of sharp slightly yellowed teeth. Gathering up great breaths of air he prepared to roar, "no!" Lucy screamed and shot forward preparing her own roar.
"Everyone quickly join hands and focus your magic on all the mages with protection spells" Master ordered
Everyone quickly conjoined hands except Sage Mira Lisanna Wendy Carla and Rosa. Sage and Rosa pushed the other girls forward "go we must return to our clan before the attack happens, thus is in an order from our alpha"
Wendy opened her mouth to argue but Carla cut her off "Wendy they no what they are doing"
"She's right" Rosa put in "oh and girls" -she moved forward out of Sage's ear shot- "this is a message from Lucy, wait for her" turning she ran back to Sage before questions could be asked "lets go" and the two ran towards the beach away from the guild. Using her magic Rosa creature a pair of angelic wings, grabbing the back of Sage's shirt they flew off.
Both Lucy's and Acnologia's roar were now ready, letting out a huge wave of magic the dragon shot his roar forward the twisting spiral of black white and blue magic bulleted towards the mages. At the same time Lucy jumped infront of her guild and bellowed her own roar forward it was made of magic she had never used/learnt before yet seemed so natural...but it was identical to acnologia roar. The two roar collided mid air forming a great wave of magic the literally blew the guild off its feet, slowly acnologia's roar started to over power Lucy's slowly eating away at it. Just before his roar reached the island and Lucy a giant scaled tail banged her too the side, knocking the breath out of her and the last thing she rembered was feeling rough scales under her hands and an almost blinding flash, then darkness.
YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSS, THE BLOODY CHAPTER IS FINALLY FINISHED. OVER 3,000 WORDS MY HAND HURTS BUT IT'S FINALLY DONE WHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
As you can tell I'm excited and I have one thing to say...
I DESERVE TO BE YELLED OUT FOR BEING LATE SO GO RIGHT AHEAD. I am really sorry I'm late I'm having problems with school with exams, stress and teachers being bloody ass holes and a crap ton of writers block. So like I said already YELLED AT ME.
Now that I get a chance I would like to thank all you people for taking time to read this story, even if you are sitting their going it's shit you still read it and I'm grateful. All you people are amazing have a cookie.
