…AND BABY MAKES 3…OR MORE
At the cabin, Nicole is trying to process that Sydney is her daughter.
Nicole
"What did you just say?"
Sami
"You heard me. Sydney is your daughter. Yours and EJ."
Nicole
"Is this some kind of joke?"
Sami
"No it's real. I have the DNA test to prove it."
Nicole
"Oh really? So you've known for a while?"
Sami
"Yes, but I had to keep quiet or Dr. Walters was going to hurt Sydney and my kids. You have to believe me."
Nicole
"Why? Because you said so? You do know you're Sami Brady right? The lying manipulative bitch of Salem. And they say I'm a horrible person."
Sami
"It's the truth Nicole. I didn't want to believe it at first when Dr. Baker told Lucas and me that my daughter died and that Sydney was yours. Lucas made me to the DNA test."
Sami starts to cry.
Nicole
"So Lucas is in on this too."
Sami
"Lucas didn't know that Sydney was yours for sure. I kept the test from him."
Nicole
"Wow, so you not only screwed EJ and I over, but Lucas to. Well I can see that for sure. You've always treated Lucas like dirt. And he just keeps on coming back like some lost puppy."
Nicole walks away from Sami as she tries to calm herself down.
Nicole
"Of course, the day I decide to be a better person is the day that I find this out."
She states getting louder. She turns around and walks back towards Sami.
Nicole
"I swear I could choke you right now."
Nicole pauses to think.
Nicole
"You know what? I think I am going to choke you right now."
Nicole grabs Sami on both sides of her neck and begins to choke her. Sami tries to fend her off, but with no luck. Nicole gets an abrupt cramp causing her to release her hands from around Sami's throat. Sami coughs as she gasps for air. Nicole holds her belly as she leans against the couch. Sami clears her throat as Nicole's cramp gets worse. Sami walks over to Nicole.
Sami
"Are you ok?"
Nicole
"Get away from me baby stealer."
Sami
"I didn't steal Sydney from you. I was screwed just as much as you were in this. My baby died."
Nicole
"Whatever."
Nicole's water breaks.
Sami
"Uh oh."
Nicole
"Yeah big uh oh."
Sami
"Um…yeah."
Nicole's cramps get sharper. She screams. Across town, Chloe continues to scream in pain as her baby girl is ready to come into the world.
Mia
"I think you should like start pushing."
Joy
"You think?"
Mia
"Yeah."
Joy
"Don't you need to check or something?"
Mia
"Sure. Open up Chloe."
Mia says. Mia takes a look at Chloe then quickly comes back up with a shocked look on her face.
Chloe
"What's wrong?"
Mia
"So that's what a vajayjay looks like."
Chloe and Joy chuckle.
Mia
"Oh yeah and I can see your baby's head so you should like push."
Joy takes Chloe's hand as Chloe prepares to push. Mia gets into position to grab the baby.
Joy
"Alright it's time to bring your baby into this world."
Chloe
"I'm ready."
Mia
"Alright push."
Chloe lets out a loud scream as she pushes her baby girl out. Back at the cabin, Nicole lays on the ground in agony while Sami paces back and forth.
Sami
"What are we going to do? What are we going to do?"
Nicole
"You need to go get help."
Sami
"I can't. We're snowed in remember and…and isn't EJ on his way? Yeah. He is so you like keep the baby in till then."
Nicole screams in pain.
Sami
"Or not. Okay."
Sami gets on the floor next to Nicole.
Sami
"Looks like you're going to have the baby here."
Nicole
"No I'm not. Get away from me."
Sami
"Nicole, your water broke. You're about to have this baby and you can't have it by yourself."
Nicole
"Yes I can. Get away from me."
Nicole tries to crawl away, but doesn't get too far.
Sami
"Nicole, you need my help. So let me help you."
Nicole
"Women deliver their own babies all the time."
Sami
"But it makes no sense to do it by yourself when I'm here."
Nicole
"It makes perfect sense."
She says before letting out a loud cry.
Sami
"Your contractions are too close apart. Let me help you.'
Nicole lays on her back.
Nicole
"Fine, but you better not kidnap this one."
Sami
"Don't worry I won't."
Sami says she makes her way over to Nicole. She checks and sees that the baby is crowning.
Sami
"I can see the head. Time to push."
Nicole
"Ok."
Nicole lets out another loud cry as she pushes really hard. Just as Nicole pushes out her baby, Chloe does as well. Mia pulls Chloe's baby up and wraps her in her hoodie then hands her to Chloe. Chloe cries and smiles as she holds her arms out. She holds her baby girl in her arms.
Chloe
"Hello there."
Chloe says as she gazes as her newborn daughter. Sami hands Nicole her baby girl. Nicole gazes at her in amazement.
Nicole
"This moment is so special to me. After 2 kids, I finally get to be there from the beginning. My number 3."
Sami
"Yeah."
Sami stops to think.
Sami
"3? This is your third child?"
Nicole
"Yeah, you're not the only one who can have 3 kids."
Sami
"Where's your other kid?"
Nicole
"In Salem."
Sami
"And that is?"
Nicole
"Oh yeah Mia."
Sami
"Mia? Mia McCormick? My Will's girlfriend Mia?"
Nicole
"Yeah."
Nicole says with a smile as rocks her baby girl in her arms. EJ appears in the living room. Sami notices him and screams. Nicole is startled.
Nicole
"What?"
EJ
"Nicole."
Nicole
"EJ."
EJ rushes to Nicole and their daughter's side.
EJ
"This is our little girl."
Nicole
"Isn't she beautiful?"
EJ
"Just like her mother."
EJ and Nicole smile at one another. Sami watches.
Sami
"How did you get in here?"
EJ
"Through the back door."
Sami
"Oh of course."
Nicole
"You know what else I found out?"
EJ
"What's that?"
Nicole
"We're going to get Sydney back."
EJ looks at Sami then back at Nicole.
EJ
"How?"
Nicole
"Because she's not yours and Sami's she's ours."
EJ
"What? Really?"
Sami
"It's a long story. I'll explain it later."
EJ seems very confused yet happy at the same time. Back at the DiMera mansion, Phillip arrives with Shawn and Belle. Phillip rushes Chloe's side.
Phillip
"I'm too late."
Chloe
"You're right on time. She just got here."
Belle stands there trying not to cry.
Chloe
"Where did you guys come from?"
Phillip
"I saw them on the side of the room and decided to give them a lift."
Belle
"Phillip told us you were having the baby. And there she is."
Belle says with excitement.
Mia
"Well it's good you're here officer, you can arrest that man."
Mia points to Dr. Walters. Everyone looks over at his unconscious body that begins to stir.
Joy
"He was trying to steal my niece."
Phillip
"What?"
Mia
"He wanted to sell her baby on the black market or wherever they sell babies."
Shawn walks over to arrest Dr. Walters. Nicole, Chloe and their babies are rushed to the hospital for care. Everyone at the hospital gush over the new baby girls. In Chloe's room, Phillip walks in and kisses Chloe on the forehead.
Phillip
"So my dad got to see the baby."
Chloe
"Aww."
Phillip
"Yeah. He said he can't believe a Kiriakis was born in the DiMera mansion."
Chloe chuckles.
Phillip
"He wonders also what we are going to name her."
Chloe
"Well I talked it over with Mia and Joy and I think we should name her after them. Amelia Joy."
Phillip
"Amelia Joy Kiriakis. I love it. Just like I love her and you."
Phillip goes into his pocket and pulls out a diamond ring with a silver band. Chloe is shocked. Phillip gets down on one knee to purpose.
Phillip
"I know this isn't all that romantic, but I can't wait any longer. Chloe Lane, will you marry me? Be my one and only for the rest of our lives. Raise our daughter together and Tyler and many others."
Chloe begins to cry.
Chloe
"Yes!"
She says with glee. Phillip puts the ring on Chloe's finger then jumps up and kisses her. In Nicole's room. Nicole is sleeping when EJ walks in with Sydney. EJ walks up to her beside. Sydney taps her shoulder. Nicole wakes up and smiles.
Nicole
"Sydney."
EJ
"Sami explained everything to me. How Dr. Baker sold Sydney to someone and then they brought her back right before you came in with Grace."
Nicole
"And you believe her?"
EJ
"Not at first, I found Baker and he told all about it and even gave me proof. And I got another DNA test ran on Sydney and you and it's a match."
Nicole
"Wow, that's wow."
EJ
"Yeah, but it's all over now. We have our family."
Nicole
"Yes, very true."
EJ gets on one knee.
Nicole
"What are you doing?"
EJ pulls a diamond ring with a silver band and holds it up for Nicole who is shocked and happy.
EJ
"I was going to ask this tonight, but whatever. I'm going to ask it now. Nicole Walker, please marry again. This time forever."
Nicole
"Yes! Yes! Yes!"
Sydney claps as EJ puts the ring on Nicole's finger. They kiss to seal the deal.
Nicole
"I'm so happy. I have you, Mia, Sydney, and now Brynn. All my dreams have come true."
EJ
"Mine too."
They smile at each other before kissing again.
