In an unnamed forest

There was a loud boom, and a swirling vortex formed above a rocky hollow. Yowls of shock were heard, and a ginger tom padded out of his den. His attention was immediately drawn to the portal, and for some reason he did not feel threatened by it. While other cats ran around, panicking, he stared up at the portal.

And then Firestar was gone.

In a meeting room

Loud shouts rang throughout the room, as a portal formed just below the ceiling. Someone began yelling at a blonde man with extremely thick eyebrows, while said man was desperately trying to find the source of the portal. A different blonde man whose hair was slicked back with gel was trying to keep a shorter auburn-haired man from panicking, but he was failing.

And then America, England, Germany, and Italy were gone.

In Ireland

While magic certainly wasn't uncommon in the Fowl household, it certainly surprised the young genius when a portal appeared in front of him as he was walking down his hallway.

And then Artemis was gone.

In Equestria

A pink pony was bouncing around excitedly, preparing for her next party. It was going to be the best one yet, she was sure of it!

A portal appeared in the room, and she stared confusedly at it.

"Twilight? Is that you?"

After a few more seconds, she bounced through the portal.

And then Pinkie Pie was gone.

In Resembool

A short teenager-

"HEY! I'M NOT SHORT!"

Jeez, fine. Stop breaking the fourth wall and let me continue.

A teenager and a suit of armor were walking up a hill towards a farmhouse. The teenager had once again broken his automail-

"IT WASN'T MY FAULT!"

STOP BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL.

Anyways, his automail was broken, and he was going to see his mechanic to fix it. She was most definitely going to kill him.

A portal appeared in front of the two, and they ended up walking right into it.

And then Edward and Alphonse were gone.

In the Gryffindor common room

One minute Hermione was there, and the next she wasn't.

Nothing more to say there.

In Amity Park

A young Halfa was doing his rounds, making sure there weren't any ghosts out to destroy the city. Normal stuff, for him anyway.

And then he flew right into a portal. Pretty stupid of him. How did he not see it?

And then Danny was gone.

In a genetic lab

Magic wasn't normal in this universe. So when a freaking portal appeared in front of a certain bird kid's cage, she was obviously very surprised.

"WHAT THE-"

And then Max was gone.
