Hey guys the 1st chapter of Redwind's Destiny is out YAY =3
Redkits POV
Darkness was everywhere around me, it was dark as night. Having my eyes still closed was a big pain. I wanted to see the world. Up first I thought that it was nice having my eyes closed, but now it isn't! I heard voices.
"When do you think she will open her eyes?! I WANT TO SEE THEM," Mintspeed meowed. I knew her name by listening to the many other conversations.
"When she feels the need to Mintspeed now shush and please go away so it can be quiet," My mother said.
I wanna surprise them so I think its time to see the world! I thought.
I opened my eyes. "Wow I-its so beautiful." I meowed. The two she-cats looks at me. The nursery was a big bush. The blue light from the sky shined in. Two nests were built for two queens and their kits.
"She opened her eyes!" Mintspeed exclaimed. Goldenlily padded in.
"What have I heard... Redkit opened her eyes? Why yes she has," the medicine cat meowed as she saw my eyes one was blue one was amber.
I blinked "what does my eyes look like," I meowed.
"There so pretty," my mother meowed.
I looked around. The world was wonderful. I suckled from her mother.
"We'll leave you two be." Mintspeed meowed and flicked her tail to the entrance of the nursery Goldenlily.
They left while I suckled from her mother. "Cloudmint, can I go out of the nursery," I asked.
"No, your to young to go out there not until your a few sun rises older." Cloudmint leaned in and licked my cheek.
"Ok..." I meowed sadly. I stopped suckling.
Cloudmints tail was flicking from side to side I tackled her tail. I held onto it not letting it go. I nibbled on it. Cloudmint wiggled her tail from my grasp. She picked me up from my scruff and put me by her belly. I rolled onto my back staring at her. She started licking my belly fur while I soon fell asleep.
