All the while, Garrus Vakarian hangs on to a slim hope that he has not been robbed of his Commander, mentor, best friend and the love of his life. Set post ME3 Destroy ending. Shakarian. 39. Story Update

I sincerely apologize for the lack of updates recently.

I am currently planning my wedding, and it's taking up a larger portion of my time than I have anticipated, when I am not working. I have been finding it difficult to concentrate long enough to write anything sustainable.

I promise you, from the bottom of my heart, that I have not forgotten about my story, nor do I tend to not finish it. It's going to be rough sailing from now until August, with updates few and far between...

But when I do return, I promise it will be worth it... this first act is just the beginning of something much larger to come...

In the meantime, I will be updating these previous chapters, as I have gone back through some of them and thought to myself, "What the hell was I typing.

Once more, I can not thank everyone enough for subscribing, favoriting and all the wonderful comments! It's because of you that I have been able to get this far and have more confidence in my writing than ever before!
