"You have no home Sea Spawn! You don't belong anywhere!" Shouted the gorgon just before she crumbled to dust. Percy Jackson stood over her remains bewildered. He lived with his mother, step father and brother, Tyson in camp Half-blood. He had everything he could ever want.
"No. It's not true! I do belong here. It's all I ever wanted." Percy growled at her dust. He then thought up a tune to his rant.
"Gleaming in the moonlight
Cool and clean and all I've ever known
All I ever wanted
Sweet perfumes of incense
Graceful rooms of alabaster stone
All I ever wanted
This is my home
With my father, mother, brother
Oh so noble, oh so strong

Here among my trappings and belongings

They couldn't be more wrong." Percy sang then sighed. Sally Jackson heard her son finish then helped him through it.
"This is your home, my son
Here the river brought you
And it's here the river meant
To be your home
Now you know the truth, love

When the gods send you a blessing

Mother and son embraced with the sun setting over Long Island Sound.
"Thanks mom." Percy said, "I'm glad you and Paul are able to live here with me and Tyson."
"Me too Percy. The gods really had one heck of a debate about it. Poseidon told me everything. But they finally conceded, much to the chagrin of Zeus." Sally said grinning.
Percy smiled and embraced again. Just then, Annabeth came from the cabins and joined them .
"Hey Seaweed Brain, hello Mrs. Jackson." She greeted.
"Hey Annabeth. What's up?" Percy asked. Sally smiled.
"It's time for capture the flag." Annabeth said grinning.
"Alright! Let's go!" The two teens ran off to prepare.
Sally Jackson watched her son and her son's girlfriend run off and sighed contentedly.
