The Age of Order began with large changes within the boundaries of the Mewpyres. Many of the ones which fought in the war are now trained to fulfill other jobs while the construction of the towns, cities, and castles began. The Mewpyre Empire got split into five territories ruled by one of the Mewpyre Elders while Queen Sarafina rules from the very center of the Empire in the Capital. The tower, which was once the home of her magician, Istar, became the base of her castle, which should be infamous for being one of the largest buildings in the world… and the only one not open for tourists… as anybody would go there for holidays.

The start was difficult, but the new order established within 40 years. It formed a society familiar of those of the humans with one major difference: The need for blood!

For that the Mewpyres found a solution: They made an extension of the duties from the non-Mewpyres within the Empire. They have to spend a certain amount of blood each quarter of the year. How much depends on the health and work of the individuals.

Also, the cult which serves the Mewpyres by their free will spends blood and villages outside the empire can ask the Mewpyres for help… with the payment of blood. Over the time the Mewpyres protects and clear the outside villages from creatures of the night while the villages pays with the lives of offenders like murders or other scum or captured enemies.

These prisoners going through a blood test. If the blood is of high quality by Mewpyre standards, then the individual is lucky and is kept in a blood center where he gets a treatment that ensures the quality remains intact while the deserved punishment is delivered… many reached high ages before dying from age.

The rest which doesn't have the quality… those are sent to the next place were fresh blood is necessary and the subjects are in most cases blood dry within a day.

The town forming around Sarafina's castle was simply known as Capital and was the biggest city of the Mewpyre Empire. Companies under the control of Mewpyres formed and they start to interact with Global Trading. Since Humankind doesn't want the Mewpyres to travel around the world but don't want to risk a war as well, they established trading centers where the business side of the interaction with Mewpyres were done.

The church cursed these trading centers and called for total destruction of the Mewpyres. However, since the "Holy War" was a disaster and any other attempts to harm the Bloodsuckers permanently failed, they went through ignored.

With that they go to attempt kill Sarafina permanently since the rumor came up the death of her would be the death of all Mewpyres as well, so they hired several times people in order to kill her… but none of them even manage to see the queen before being captured. And none of the captured has returned… not even the royal guard knows about their whereabouts…

In order to rule the Empire more effective and have the voice of the common folk in the decisions she establishes the Great Table

On this table she sits at the head and holds the right to cast the final decision. On her right are all Elders, the Mewpyres which were bitten by Sarafina personally. On the other side are Mewpyres chosen by the folk to represent them, one from each territory of the Mewpyre. Elders and these… politicians wield the same number of voices. With those the law book of the Mewpyres were created and can only be changed by the word of Sarafina.

The two sides of the table debate about decisions and the minority were decided by the minority vote of the table. Sarafina only makes the final decision if no conclusion can be reached by the table OR it is a matter so great that it needs her attention.

The centuries passed and Sarafina was satisfied with the results of her work… however, she could tell something is missing, but she cannot tell what it was…

It was until a sage requested an audience with Sarafina. The Mewpyre Queen was confused by this since Sages never came to see her.

She accpeted the request and meets the Sage. She learned that this Sage only came to present her the following: A prophecy which states the following:

"When the youngest Elder arrives, the willing servant rebels… the highest born will arrive and will either bring solution or destruction towards the Mewpyre Empire."

Sarafina didn't understand this prophecy, but she let it be written down and sealed it within a vault where all secrets of the Mewpyre are collected.

Feeling that this prophecy is important for her and her empire she asks if the Sage has a wish. As a reaction, the Sage kneels down and requests to die by her own hands.

Sarafina looks at him and he tilts his head to offer her his neck. Sarafina looks down at him from her throne and she spoke, "If this is your final wish, it shall be granted to you."

Raising from her throne she hisses, revealing her fangs and speeds at the Sage, digging the said fangs into his neck and sucks his blood. The Sage seems to be not affected at first, showing now reaction of having her fangs in the neck. However, the effects of her sucking were soon showing as his eyes became lifeless and his heart stopped working… Sarafina let go of her victim once the last of his blood was sucked. The body falls down and after cleaning her mouth she ordered, "Burn the body… and spread his ashes over our fields."

Two more centuries passed, but nothing really happened that gave Sarafina the satisfaction she is missing, but… this would change soon.
