The boarders of the Mewpyre Empire… nowhere else on the world have a tighter boarder security than here. While nobody can see any kind of wall or gun or other things that could prevent people from entering the Empire physically, the patrols and guards here are nearly everywhere.
Entering the Empire through a forest? You can get caught in the trees by either the guards or the patrols moving silently among them.
The plain fields? Then you will soon learn that the single mountain in the distance is a watchtower with top equipment to watch over the entire field, with enough guards to capture an entire battalion.
Lakes? If you don't mind being hunted by either allied to the Empire water types or tamed sea monsters.
Through the air? Well… everything that flew into the Empire without authorization was never seen again for obvious reasons.
The only thing that warns you from accidently walking into the Mewpyres territory, are several signs which are placed along the border thought though sometimes people accidiently walk into the Empire thus being captured and never seen outside again.
One such example is the following guy: tall, slim, dark brown hair and eyes the same color, caucasian and wearing a white T-shirt, grey pants, black and white sneakers and glasses. And his name is Guil.
The reason why he walked through one of the forests was that he was on a trip to visit distant relatives and just thought walking would be better than taking a bus or so… bad mistake! While his nose was buried in the map to find the way, he didn't see the warning sign on the border of the forest he walked in: "Beware! This forest belongs to the Mewpyre Empire! Enter at your own risk!"
Only as he was already deep in the forest he took the map away, in believe he was on the right way… the problem was he took by the last crossroad, the right turn instead of going left.
Losing all sense of time he walked through the forest until he suddenly found himself on a dead end.
"Ok…" began Guil. "Where did I go wrong?"
Suddenly he heard some rustling in the bushes and he turned to the source, looking what it could have been. However he saw nothing in there and then he turned again, this time feeling he was being watched. Again he could spot nothing… however as he turned to go back he found a spear pointed at his throat. Gulping he raised his hands and carefully turned his view into the one who hold the weapon. It was a Mew in grey and white toned fur. Realizing where he was now he attempted to push the spear away and to run out of the forest, but this escape was short lived as more Mewpyres appeared around him, all holding spears or bows.
His hands were in the air again, this time in defeat, one of the mewpyres ordered him to drop the backpack and everything else he had, except for his clothes.
Guil obeyed them and once they grabbed all his belongings they handcuffed him and escorted him out of the forest, towards a mountain… or rather the Watchtower disguised as Mountain.
In there he was checked all over again by two mewpyres but as they found nothing on him, they threw him into the prison.
In there were three other prisioners and one of them asked, "Forest or plain field?"
Understanding the question was 'where he was captured', he answered, "Forest… accidently walked into their territory"
"Made a wrong turn I guess," told another. "Than have fun until they do whatever they plan to."
Guil sighed and sat down on one of the few beds… alone from the rumors he knew, he will never see his family again so he wondered "Any idea what they will do with us?"
"Not a single one but since nobody came out of the empire alive, I guess they will suck us dry once they think we are too many…"
And Guil could only lean back, thinking that his live was over then…
A few days passed and two more prisoners came before the guards opened the prison and ordered the humans to get out. In believe they were now going to die, they followed the order. They were lead outside where a carriage was waiting for them. In there were already some people and the guards pushed the others inside. Once everybody was aboard, the carriage began to move.
Their trip took several hours and they were brought into a castle like structure. Inside they were greeted with archers pointing at them while nurses sorted the prisioners between men and women. Guil and the other men were brought into a room where they were ordered to take their clothes off. They did it and went afterwards to a washing room. Each of the men were washed in a separate bathtube by three Mewpyres.
Once all were clean they were brought to a doctor who tookblood samples from each of them. Everybody was marked with the number of the probe and once the doctor left, another mewpyre came to them, this time one who looked like a soldier and explained, "Listen up! The doctor will now analyze the quality of your blood! Depending on the quality your life could continue to one of the following options: you have a very bad quality, then you will be offered for the slave trade! If no one buys you within a time period, you will be brought to the next pub and sucked dry in the first evening. You have a good quality, then you will stay here but have a good life until you die! Anyhting between them will decided seperately, but pray you have room for improvement!"
Guil gulped soundly while the other men were looking worried and all of them were hoping that their blood was of a good quality.
Again some howers later the doctor came back with a few nurses with the results. He called the numbers of the marked men and each were brought in three groups.
Guil however was asked to remain in the waiting room while the three groups were brought away. Once they were going to their destination the doctor came with the soldier and asked, "What is your name?"
"Guil…" answered the human without thinking and the doctor answered. "Guil… we found something in the blood tests which needs a more careful look but from what it seems, you won't die as bloodbag for the Empire."
"Of course this is only the opinion of the doctor!" told the soldier. "You will be brought to Capital for further investigations on what we found in you! If it satisfy us, your destiny might be a complete different one!"
Guil was confused… what was in his blood that brought him this special treatment?
