FINALLY FINISHED
Um...what a bumpy ride?
No, jokes aside, I'd like to shove one more apology into this fic...and it's full to bursting already. I started writing it while I was doing pretty well, but with its length it stayed with me as I entered a more difficult time. Family issues, depression, graduating, and then starting a new job...it's been crazy. It's safe to say I'm on a good track again now (and hopefully will be putting out new fics with more speed and regularity henceforth, now that I have a stable schedule), but this fic has definitely been harder to write than any other piece I've done thus far for various reasons. That being said, I can't begin to express how much those of you who stuck around for this mean to me. It's easy to be a fan of a piece that updates regularly, and it's much harder to be a fan of something that's erratic, both in timing and in writing style (some chapters definitely got away from the tone I was going for!). But seeing people still wanting me to finish helped push me through a lot of times, and reminded me that I needed to find time to get this done when I started working and I was thrown out of balance in terms of time management.
I hope that the resulting fic, while far from my best work, at least entertained you, and of course I hope you'll stick around to read whatever nonsense I cook up next XD
