The story mainly revolves around Thomas and his daughter, but the other characters also play a role in every chapter. The characters don't belong to me, only the OC does.

When the youngest Molesley daughter goes through a trauma that touches incredibly close to home for the other women in her family she does her best to hide it in an attempt to protect them. A rape recovery story that follows Elizabeth Molesley and her family as they navigate the complications of being a family with conflicting traumas and experiences.

While the Crawley's deal with the lingering effects of the depression, Robert struggles with Edward VIII decision to abdicate. Meanwhile, Tom struggles with his identity again after the new Irish Constitution. Amidst it all, Sybbie is coming of age. Main parings will be Cobert and Tom/Lucy but some Mary/Henry (because Robert lives with both, and Tom works with both).

The story is inspired by that incredibly sweet moment during Lady Mary's second wedding-when the Carsons are holding their hands. My very own take on that. Hope you will like it. One-shot, one chapter.
