Hey there everyone. Glad to see you all again. This chapter is probably one of the most important chapters in the history of Ben DxD. Why, you might ask?

Because it's a crossover within a crossover.

That's right, I have started a crossover with Blazorna Ibara's 'The Troubles of a Misplaced Hero', just like I said I was going to. I hope you spent this time having a good read about it, because there will be characters and plots that won't make much sense otherwise. I will be releasing the first half on Ben DxD, and the second half will be on Misplaced Hero. It will have action, it will have fighting, it will have harems and evil twins. Hell, we'll throw in a kitchen sink if we have to.

So sit back and enjoy the awesomeness.

Chapter 26: Further Misplaced Hero: Me, Myself and I.

The dark night was silent at such late hours, everyone asleep in their beds. Even the shops were still and quiet (save for a restaurant guarded by an irate heroine). Up on a hill though, the air was alive with power inside an abandoned home. A place that had seen horrors and monsters. The air crackled and sparks formed as a foul wind swept through. At the very centre of the room, the ground and walls seemed to warp slightly, shrinking to a point and sagging at the edges at the same time. A sickly green portal snapped out from the point, swirling like a whirlpool in the air. Out of it stepped a man dressed in a brown cloak with a scarf that went down to his waist. It covered his lower face, leaving only dull black eyes glaring out at the world. He walked out of the building, gazing down at the city below him. Behind his scarf he smiled.

He was going to have so much fun here.

(**/*\**)

"Man Bri, I still can't believe that you got fired after the first night." Issei was saying as they walked down the road to school. They had spent the day before hanging out in town, and Sakura and Issei were getting along really well. He had sorely wanted to go to the beach and ogle all the hot chicks there, but Bri noticed how many boyfriends were there and cautioned him against it. And plenty of the girls were schoolmates, so he only had to show his face once and they all would run screaming from him.

"I know." Sakura grinned. "How could you have been kicked out of Freddy's? It's a restaurant, for crying out loud. It's not like someone was actually try to rob the place or anything."

"I already told you guys; the robots were evil possessed machines that tried to kill me." Bri all but shouted at them. "They tried to shove me into another robot suit. I even had the phone calls from the last guy who ended up dying in there. I had to turn them in."

"Oh, we get that part. But it would've been smarter to have worked the whole two weeks before you turned them in. That would've been a cake walk for someone like you."

"Fine, Issei. The next time I find a job with a dark secret, I'll let you handle it instead. We'll see if you still want to wait till pay day when zombies or ghosts or evil robots are trying to rip your head off." But the smirk on her face showed that she wasn't being completely serious. They had a good laugh from that, imagining someone having bad enough luck to keep running into evil threats at a minimum wage job. As Issei took a breath, he stopped laughing when he spotted something from the corner of his eye. An older girl with long dark hair dressed in a white shirt and black skirt. And a long shadow that resembled a black wing. He stopped and looked again, but there was no one there.

Did he really just think he saw Yuuma again?

"Issei? Something the matter?" Bri asked, noticing his stare. She was looking at the alleyway, but there was still nothing there. He shook his head.

"Just imagining things, I suppose." He smiled at her and Sakura. "Hey, after school, why don't we go and get some sundaes? Who knows, maybe Mr Smoothy's is back in town." Bri smiled until she noticed the large crowd standing near the school gates. Frowning in confusion, she pushed her way gently through until they were able to see the school sign better. As they looked at it, Issei felt a chill down his spine.

The sign had been completely defaced. The school name had been melted through by some kind of acid, while the motto had been pounded apart and altered to say rude things. There were words carved onto the unblemished part, written in English. But next to them was a brand of some kind.

One that resembled the Omnitrix in perfect detail.

"Who could've done this?" Someone asked.

"What does it mean?" Said another.

"Can anybody read this?" Someone else shouted.

"I can." Another replied. "It says; 'To all the bastard Angels and Demons and other freaks living on this world, you're all dead. I will rip your spines out and beat your men to death before raping your women to death with my Neotrix. I think you're all a big fucking joke, and I can't wait to murder you all. Sincerely, Ben Tennyson the Demon Breaker.'" Everyone stopped and looked at Bri, who was staring at the sign in shock.

"Uh, I bet Tennyson is a common name back in America." Issei replied, giving Bri time to come up with a proper excuse. "You probably can't go through a city without coming across a Tennyson somewhere."

"Issei, you're a complete…"

"That's my mom's cousin." Bri interrupted. "He was always a complete loser, thinking that monsters and stuff were real. Last I ever heard of him he was behind bars for stabbing someone. I always hated him. I mean, you should hear him go on about how second cousins were ok. Creep." As she said this, all the girls crowded around her.

"Oh, you poor thing. Was he why you transferred here? To get away from him?" They started asking. Issei took this moment to get closer still, to look at the scratchings better. He noted that they were done with sharp points, like a sword or a claw. But all that told them was that this 'Demon Breaker' used a different form, and he got that when they saw his real name.

"So, if Bri's Ben, who's this creep?" Sakura asked him. She reached out towards the sign, stopping as she heard the faint hissing. Guess the acid was still active. If so, then this guy might've done this not too long ago.

"Probably some creepy alternate version." Sakura gave him a look. "I know, it sounds completely crazy. But I'm serious. We actually met another Ben who was a bit of a dork. And if anime's taught me one thing, it's that the biggest threat to a hero is usually their evil twin."

"I know, but that sounds completely cliché. And what are the odds that one little thing could lead you to go from good to bad?" They stumbled as Bri accidently backed into them, one of Sakura's hairs falling against the sign and burning away.

"Look guys, I'm flattered and all, but I've got an important meeting to get to with the Occult Club." She grabbed them both by the shoulders and led them away. "Laters." She moved quickly, almost pushing them over as she tried to get away from the students. Once they were out of sight, she sighed in relief and let go of them. "Man, I'm a terrible liar."

"Are you kidding? That was amazing. I almost believed you." Issei said.

"I know. That's the problem. I just made myself a bigger target now that I've got a terrible backstory. Come on, we need to let Rias know.

"Actually, I've got a far better idea." They all stopped as they heard a familiar voice. Bri grabbed Sakura and pushed Issei to the side as something came flying at them from above. The ground fractured and shook from the landing, revealing a boy in a hood and dressed in a tattered mix of leather and armour. In his hand was a giant blade easily half his length. A scarf covered his mouth, but even through his cold eyes they could see him smirking. "Why don't we play a little game? It's called 'Who can survive the longest?'" He rushed towards them swinging his blade like a maniac as he ran. Issei ran to intercept him, summoning Ascalon as he did so. The two men clashed together in the centre of the lawn, but Issei could already tell he was outclassed in sword fighting. He was swinging Ascalon with all his might, nearly stumbling from the force he was throwing. This stranger was barely even trying. He twisted around him and swung his blade at his head, forcing Issei to block it and get pushed to the ground before the stranger rushed for Bri and Sakura. Bri had changed into Diamondhead, her hand shifted into a large diamond sword as she moved to fight him. The stranger's blade 'tinked' against her skin without any damage, while he had to limbo under her attack in response. He tapped away at a purple device on his arm, creating a portal in the air that he shoved the sword into before pulling out another blade. This one was thinner than the last one, with a weird purple glow to it. When Bri's blade clashed against it, tendrils erupted from it and lashed her blade to the wall. He then stabbed the point through her other arm, the edge glowing even brighter. He then cupped the shaped crystal that made up her chest before kissing her full on the mouth. He yelled out and spat a mouthful of blood, Bri ripping her arm free as he did so. She punched him across the street before ripping the blade out with her free arm and throwing it away, the tendrils dissipating as she did so. Issei saw his chance and rushed him again, ready to skewer and pin him. But the stranger pulled back his sleeve, revealing a purple guard with a green hourglass symbol on it. He then vanished behind a green glow.

When Issei's blade struck, it stabbed through a green slime molded almost exactly like the stranger, but with large ears.

The stranger grinned again before lashing out at his eyes with a sharp point, forcing Issei to jump away to avoid being blinded. The man then slithered over to where Sakura was, covering her from head to toe with his body despite her attempt to run. Somehow controlling her body, he got her back to her feet, his face atop her body. Bri seethed as she started charging him.

"Ah, ah, ah." He said, wagging a finger. "Careful now. After all, you remember how dangerous Goop's acid was. We wouldn't want you to startle me into eating your friend alive, now would we?" Bri stopped, still glaring at him in rage. "That's better. You certainly picked out a good-looking bitch. I'll admit, she's not some over sexualised cow like yourself, but sometimes less is more." He started running his hands up and down his body, Sakura whimpering inside of him. As he did so, he looked more closely at Bri as she changed back to normal. "Man, you seemed bigger when we last met. Or will meet. It's probably because I was smaller back then. Still naïve to the ways of women."

"That's enough, shithead." Issei said angrily. "Who the hell are you and what do you want with us?" The slime turned to face him, giving him a look of scorn.

"Issei, isn't it? You're even stupider than I remember you being. At least your girlfriend figured out who I am already. It must hurt, knowing what's waiting for the future. As for what I want, it's actually quite simple. I'm looking for someone you're very familiar with. Now, where is this world's Raynare?"

What?

"Raynare's dead." Bri replied. "She's been burned to a crisp, disintegrated, turned into a puddle. Whatever you want to call it, she's shuffled off this mortal coil."

The stranger tutted, frowning at her. "Now, now. Don't bother lying to me. I know that you know. You told me yourself, after all. Or you will tell me. Time travel never made much sense to me, even now." Issei frowned as he recalled before. He thought it was just a memory, an illusion. But what if it wasn't? He looked out the corner of his eye at Bri, seeing her hand twitching for her Omnitrix. An idea came to him.

"Why do you even care?" He asked, getting the man's attention. "She's a crazy sadistic bitch. The world's better off without her." The man smirked, his mouth stretching to reveal too many teeth.

"Go on." He said. "Vent your anger. I know you want. She hurt you, didn't she? Made you feel special and then killed you. Get angry. Get mad." Issei glared at him, every feeling he had with Yuuma bubbling under the surface

"She was pathetic. She ruined peoples' lives just because she could. Oh sure, she probably tried to justify it, but she was just a bully. And bullies can never handle someone standing up to them. I'm glad that ugly whore's dead."

"Go on. Go on."

"What are you after anyway? Do you think I'm going to go and get myself killed in a fit of rage or something?" Issei asked. The slime shrugged.

"I just find it so amusing that you never realised that she didn't give a damn about you. You were a complete idiot, thinking that a hot girl would ever notice you. I swear, if you were any dumber you'd be an insult to rocks."

"Well at least I'm not stupid enough to monologue on long enough for Bri to make a plan." The man stared at him in shock and was about to say something when Bri changed form, now a green slime with a hovering disc overhead. The slime dropped as the disc flew off, the stranger being ripped from Sakura as it passed and thrown around. Issei immediately rushed in, grabbing Sakura and running for cover. He blushed as he realised that she was completely naked, handing her his jacket to cover herself with. He looked up in time to see the Stranger turn into a large patchwork man with electric towers on his back. Frankenstrike. He grabbed the disc in his hand, crushing it before shooting lightning at Bri. She changed again with another flash, the lightning revealing a tall black-skinned creature with two large antennae and a single eye. It was wearing a green swimsuit that barely covered her. Feedback. She absorbed the lightning before firing it back. Frankenstrike dodged as best as he could, changing into Water Hazard as he ran. He fired orbs of water at Bri, who dodged them with quick blasts of lightning. But the stranger managed to hit her with a deluge of water, both of them screaming in pain as lightning arced between them. They both dropped, before the stranger changed into Ghostfreak. Bri responded by turning in Big Chill, and they both vanished from sight. But then they reappeared again, Bri grappling and smashing Ghostfreak to the ground. With a flash of red light, the stranger turned into a new form. This one looked mostly human, with blond hair tied into a spiked ponytail. He was covered in simply leather armour, coloured green and black. But most noticeable was the long scaly tail behind him. He smashed his fists into Bri's face, forcing her to back away before he started pummelling her. Bri tapped the Omnitrix and turned into Four Arms, her increased strength allowing her to handle the smaller monster. Eventually, the stranger turned into slime again and slithered away, glaring at them.

"While this fight is fun, I've got more important things to do than to deal with some bitch and her pet sluts. But don't worry. We'll see each other again soon enough." Bri grabbed a nearby bench and slammed it down on his head, but the slime shifted around it and kept slithering away, grabbing his sword as he ran. Bri stood there panting, before changing back. She hugged Sakura, holding her close as her girlfriend sobbed. She looked Issei in the eye.

They really had to let Rias know about this.

(**/*\**)

"This is very disturbing. I already found out about the defacement of the school sign, but to think he was still in the school itself." Rias said, once they had finished telling her everything. Sakura was sitting at the table, her clothes fixed by Akeno's magic. She had lapsed into a solemn silence as soon as they got back, her eyes still glistening with tears. Ben wanted to just hold her close and promise that everything will get better.

But how do you handle such violation, at the hands of someone so familiar to you no less?

"He's insane." Koneko said. "Raynare is dead and gone. There's no way she could still be alive."

"Actually, I'm not so sure anymore." Issei replied. Everyone looked at him in confusion. "Earlier, before we arrived at school, I thought I caught a glimpse of Yuuma. I originally thought I was just being nostalgic or something, but what if I didn't imagine her? What if she's still around somehow?"

"But how? I destroyed her with my Power of Destruction. Apart from Asia's Twilight Healing, there was nothing but feathers left of her." Rias replied.

"Um, who are these people, exactly?" Gaspard asked nervously. "And why does it matter so much?"

"I can answer that." Azazel said from behind the desk, flitting through a porno. "Raynare was one of my Fallen Angels, sent here to keep an eye on Issei and find out what his Sacred Gear can do. Unfortunately, she went beyond my orders and decided anything strong enough to warrant my attention was dangerous enough to destroy. That's how Issei became a Devil. She then met up with the Exorcist Freed Sellzen and found out that his little apprentice had a Sacred Gear that could heal anyone. She killed Asia through a ritual to draw out her Gear, and these guys here killed her to get it back. As for Yuuma, I'm pretty sure that was the name she used when pretending to be a normal student."

"But that still doesn't explain how she's still alive."

"What if she isn't our Raynare?" Ben asked. "What if she's an alternate version of her, and she somehow found a way over here?"

"That's… Normally I'd consider that impossible, but since I've met you I've seen half a dozen impossible things. I guess an alternate timeline isn't too farfetched." Rias answered. "But now we have even more questions. Like why does this other Ben want her so badly? What are his plans? Why does he hate our kinds? And why is he so evil?

"I don't know." Ben answered truthfully. "But I bet that they're all connected somehow." His mind was racing over all the things he could think of that could push him over the edge. But he liked to believe that he had the strength to withstand them. "He used a form I don't even have. He could have plenty more of them than just that."

"Well in that case, we need to find this other Raynare before he does. Given how he was willing to use lethal force on us, we can't afford to not be willing to do that same. Xenovia, you go with Asia and check out the old church. Koneko, head with Gaspard and look around the warehouse district. Akeno, you and Yuuto check around the residential areas. She might be hiding out there. Issei, you and Bri can go check where you thought you saw her last. Azazel, you and I will…"

"Sorry. I can't tonight. Got a call earlier that something was going on in the Underworld that looks like Fallen Angel activity. As their unofficial leader I have to go and let everyone know that it wasn't done with our permission. I'm afraid that you'll have to deal with this problem without me." He threw down the porno, waltzing over to the corner and summoning a portal. "Let me know how it got on when I get back." He vanished in a golden glow.

"Ass." Rias muttered.

"Rias, I want to ask you for a favour." Ben said to her. "I'm worried about Sakura's safety. He's already made it clear that he's willing to hurt her to get to me, and even I'm not sure I could beat him alone. There's no way she could be left alone with him on the prowl."

Rias nodded. "Don't worry. I'll watch over her in here. Maybe it would be best for someone to act as mission control." She stood up, hands on the desk. "Let's get going people." Everyone nodded, heading out of the room and gathering their stuff. Ben stopped to crouch next to Sakura.

"How are you feeling?" He asked her softly. She hadn't said a word since they got back. He kept feeling worried about her. This was something he always worried about, ever since his identity was made public. She looked up from the couch and stared him in the eye.

"Your counterpart's a creep." She replied, a glint in her eyes. "Give him a black eye for me, would ya?" Ben laughed at this, glad she was still as lively as ever. But he held her close all the same.

"Listen. I'm always afraid that I'm my biggest threat. If he shows up here, do exactly what Rias tells you, and do not engage him. We were lucky he wanted to go looking for Raynare instead of fighting us some more. If he stayed…" He took a shaky breath. "I don't want to lose you."

"I don't want to lose you either. Promise me you'll come back safe."

"I promise." He lied. Against himself, he wasn't sure he could. They broke away, with Sakura lying back on the couch as ben followed Issei out the door. They got down to the ground floor when Ben turned into Wildmutt and ran off, Issei on his back. His mind was focused on the task, of finding Raynare.

He didn't want to think about what the Other Ben would do if he got Sakura.

(**/*\**)

"I didn't think there would be anything here." Issei said after he had a look around. They had been searching for hours, and it was now mid-day. Everyone was either at work, or in school. Honestly, Issei felt safer out here on the streets. Sure there was a crazy alternate Ben wandering about, along with his former dead ex-girlfriend. But at least he wasn't leading them both to the school again. "I wonder what he meant by that 'You will tell me' stuff earlier."

"He's probably from the future or something." Bri replied in Ultimate Wildmutt's deep voice. She was sniffing through the alley, looking for a scent. She had to be careful, since she had already frightened a garbage collector while on the hunt. "I ran into the same thing with Paradox. He kept getting confused as to whether we had met and if we had talked or not." She started sifting through the trash, looking for something. Issei came closer to see black spots over an old blanket.

"Is that blood?"

"I think so. But it doesn't smell like regular blood." She sniffed the air again, wandering down the alleyway. "Maybe Raynare was attacked by something."

"Yeah. Maybe they did us all a favour and killed her." He barely said that before Bri pushed him to the ground, a giant spear of light grazing her side. He looked up to see a woman dressed in formfitting armour. She held a helmet in her other hand, revealing her long blond hair. Two pairs of black wings were unfurled from her back, standing out against the bright sky and showing off her power. They turned to see two other Fallen angels grinning down at them.

"Well, well. It looks like that old ghost was right after all." She said in a sultry tone. "Lady Rias shouldn't be so unwise and let her pets out to play. They might not make it back to the pen."

"Let me guess, you're Raynare's new lackey." Bri replied. "Tell me, did she mention what happened to the last ones?"

"Pah. Those three were hardly worth the bother. They were only a means to an end, meant to help deal with irritating nobodies like yourselves. But I am far greater than them all combined. You will be easy targets." She formed a whip of light, throwing it at them and slicing the ground. Issei jumped at her from Bri's back, while she fired spines at the Fallen Angel. They were blocked by her wings, but it allowed him to get close enough to punch her. His Gear glowed brightly as he charged it, imbuing him with enough force to knock her from the air. He rolled away as Bri jumped over him, landing on top of her and mauling the Fallen with her claws. Bri yelped as sharp feathers stabbed her, before getting thrown off and into a wall. The Fallen glared at them, placing her helmet back on. It was made to resemble a sheet of mirrored glass, reflecting their faces back at them. She lashed out with her whip again, forcing them to dodge her blows. Bri jumped up high before changing shape, becoming Heavy Artillery and landing on the Fallen. She was thrown off again, but she pulled out a laser and blasted her point blank with it, knocking her into the wall. Issei used the moment to slam into her, driving her further into the wall with each punch. He was blown back by a wave of energy, smacking into Bri before they were both wrapped up by the whip. Issei groaned in pain as it burned him. The Fallen flapped overhead, her armour cracked and damaged.

"Of course. I should've realised it from the start. You must be that Issei Hyoudo Raynare mentioned. And your friend must be the Shapeshifter. No wonder he said that you were both dangerous. Well, I'd imagine that Raynare would be very happy of me if I were to destroy you both. Now, prepare for…" She grunted in pain, a large spear of light imbedded into her stomach. She let go of the whip and grabbed hold of it, wrenching it out and screaming in agony. They turned to see another Fallen Angel approaching from the air, looking like her twin brother. He was also wearing black armour, made to resemble muscles and plating. And he also had two pairs of wings. Behind him, they could see a rain of black feathers.

"So the rumours are true." He said, forming another spear. "I don't know what your game is, but it ends here."

"You fool. You dare to defy the Great Raynare?" The first Fallen shouted. "She brought us the victory we so desperately craved. We were victorious over all others. And you would side with the cowards?" She screamed in pain again, falling from the sky. Everyone had been so busy listening to her that they had missed Bri leaving her armour and crashing into her wound. She landed daintily, two blackened daggers in her hands.

"You talk too much." She said, rushing her again. The Fallen, probably realising that she was outnumbered, faded through a portal, Bri's daggers slicing the tip of her wings as she passed. She turned and watched the other warily, her blades still ready. Issei hobbled over to her side, his Gear still charging.

"There's no need for violence. I'm on your side." The other Fallen said. "My name is Judas, after… after the traitor." He seemed to realise that didn't help him much.

"Well, thanks for the assist." Bri said. "Do you have any idea what's going on?"

"A little. Probably just as much as you do. About a week ago, I heard a rumour that a woman resembling me was seen in restricted areas, along with a man in purple armour. Some of my brethren assumed that she was related to me, and that I might know something. Except that I don't have a sister. I have always been an only child."

"So I'm guessing you wanted to know who she was too." Issei guessed.

"Indeed. I managed to get a familiar to follow them through their next portal in hopes of finding answers. From what it could tell, she came from another dimension or something, one where Raynare gained a powerful healing item and led our people into the Great War again."

"So that's what she was talking about. She probably hoped that she could tempt you into siding with her."

"Yes, I imagine so. I suppose I was lucky enough to have guessed the next target. If I hadn't seen their dimension, I might've just believed her." He noticed their confused expressions. "Of my people, there were only a few of us left. Of the others, I cannot say. But Heaven and Hell lie in ruins, and there was only rubble left of Earth. It was a pyrrhic victory, nothing more."

"Didn't sound like she believed that." Bri noted. "Did you at least figure out who she was?"

"I did. She was addressed as Judith Tamriel, my own family name. Given how we seem to think alike, the most likely assumption is that she is a female version of myself." Yikes. Today was just filled with doubles. "Are you both able to still fight?"

"I'm good. I've taken beatings worse than that." Bri replied, tapping at the Omnitrix. Her discarded armour faded as she became Stinkfly.

"I feel a bit burned, but it's not as bad as it used to." Issei said, rolling his shoulders. "Besides, I get the feeling I'm going to feel worse than that later on."

"I feel the same. Come, I have an idea where she might be." He flew off, while Issei climbed onto Bri's back as she buzzed after him. "Their leader seemed to have understood your plan of attack. I traced at least one of them to the church, the warehouses, a lone house in the residential area, and the old manor in this area."

"I remember that place. That was where we fought that rogue Devil. And Freed and his sick boss." Issei said.

"Yes. A popular location, that place. I shudder to think what this 'Eon' wants with those locations." Issei yelped as Bri nearly fell out of the sky in shock.

"Eon? Did you say that the leader of their group is Eon?" Judas looked surprise, but nodded. "Oh man. As if things aren't difficult enough already."

"Ok, who's Eon?"

"He's a Chronian, someone who can utilise time powers like Paradox. Except his are natural. Well, mostly natural. He can travel through time and space with ease, and he's got plenty of tricks up his sleeves. But the worst part is that he's…" She started mumbling.

"I'm sorry? What was that last part?" Issei leaned in closer.

"I… I said that he's… me. A future me."

"…Seriously? How many evil versions of yourself do you even have?" This was getting ridiculous. Issei expected that if he ever met an alternate version of him, it'd just be the one time. Probably a successful Devil or something. But not Bri, no. She had to have at least half a dozen alternate selves. And most of them were evil. That was just ludicrous.

"That would certainly explain how he knows your plan. Perhaps he has done this over and over, finding the perfect path to victory." Judas said

"Maybe. But I think he can only visit the same time and place a few times before time would tear itself apart or something. I'm more worried about his time rays. They can age a person to dust in an instant. Or in your cases turn you into old men. I can nullify it as Clockwork, but that means you guys are going to have to deal with the others. Issei, can you try calling the others?"

"On it." He started ringing their numbers, getting worried with every call that failed. After trying everyone's numbers, he hung up. "Ok, I got in contact with Rias, Akeno, and Koneko. Akeno and Yuuto ran into Vilgax and your other self, who saved them by taking on Vilgax alone. It was apparently a close fight, but your copy managed to chase him away. But Yuuto was injured by Vilgax in the scuffle. Koneko and Gaspard ran into a guy wearing purple, who I'm guessing is Eon. Before Koneko could do anything, she was smashed into a wall, everything was wrecked, and Eon was gone. Gaspard ran himself ragged fighting him, and he needs to rest. But I can't get in contact with Xenovia or Asia. I'm getting worried."

"Judith mentioned an 'old ghost'. If Vilgax and Eon are here, then that must be Zs'Skayr. If so, then we've got a problem."

"Za-who?"

"Zs'Skayr. Ghostfreak."

"Oh. Well, shit."

"I know."

(**/*\**)

Ben Tennyson, otherwise known as the Demon Breaker, sat in the trees and acted as a lookout for the mansion Eon called his base. It was surrounded by large mutated animals, another hand out by Animo. He could see them inside, waiting and watching. As he watched, the room glowed with energy as Raynare's servant, Judith, arrived. From the muttering he could barely hear, she hadn't gotten what they wanted.

Ever since he found out that they were searching for this Fallen Angel bitch - something he still found amazing even after years - he had sought out to learn everything he could about her and her realm, not just what Eon told him. What he dug up was interesting. This was a dimension where a different Ben Tennyson had ended up in. A female one. He shook his head in amazement at her size. She had the biggest tits he had ever seen in his life. Well, now that he thought about it, second biggest. Cattleya was even bigger. But she was bigger in every way, while Bri Tennyson was still slim enough to be considered a beauty. She had been brought here, for what reasons he didn't know. But she had gotten mixed up with a group of Devils led by Satan's kid sister, some girl named Rias. She had helped save Issei from Raynare, before helping to bring back Asia Argento from the dead.

Ah. Asia Argento. The key to this whole thing. She had a powerful healing ability, enough to heal almost any wound. Maybe even enough to heal the mutations from his 'brother' Sanguine Slayer. As long as the person was whole, she could heal them completely. Raynare had sought it, and she managed to obtain it. Angered by Asia's death, Rias' group had begun attacking her and all those who followed her. Fallen and Exorcist alike. Since he spotted Asia before, alive, they must've won in the end. And Raynare probably ended up dead.

For this Raynare however, things went a little differently.

Eon found her beforehand, and warned her of her loss if she fooled around with Issei. Arrogant, but deeply worried that he was right, she stabbed him through the heart and killed him for good. The rest of the peerage found them, and tried to kill her in revenge. While they managed to last longer, her ability to heal herself made it all but impossible to kill her. She managed to wear the other two away until they were killed, the boy having his head removed and the girl sliced in half. Even their pet mage, some girl named Akeno, found herself with a spear between her breasts. But Rias and Bri were obviously too powerful for her. Eon showed himself long enough to blast Rias to ash and trap Bri in a dead dimension, her left arm ripped off and the Omnitrix disabled. She could heal herself with Swampfire, and could live for a very long time still. But she was living in a place where everyone else was dead. Poor girl has probably gone mad by now. Confident of her new power, and aided by Eon's group, they slew Azazel and every Grigori member who chose peace over victory. There were plenty who sided with them against their former leaders, ripping them apart. And then they unleashed a surprise attack against Heaven and Hell.

It went as bad for everyone as you'd expect. He wished he could've been there to see all the blood and mayhem.

He imagined that only Eon had the slightest clue as to what the whole point was. Maybe he wanted to show Bri just how much power he wielded, to be able to cause a war that destroyed three realms. Maybe he just wanted to drive any Tennyson mad. What he did know was that Vilgax was only interested in obtaining an Omnitrix that worked for him. The other Bri's Omnitrix was so fused to her DNA that even Albedo couldn't get it to work for anyone else. Actually, maybe they want to turn this Bri into their own little puppet. Have her modified Omnitrix working for them.

Still, their whole plan was finding another Raynare and having her act as their healer, along with whatever armies she could add to their cause. The fact that she lost here, put a bit of a damper on their plan. But they had a back-up plan if they couldn't find her. Instead, they were going to grab the original healer, Asia, and force her to aid them. And best of all, it would give him a chance to lure in and break that slutty Tennyson and make her his slave. Someone with that much power, she might even be able to help him deal with any more problems that got in his way. Like his annoying younger self and all his bitches.

Movement from the forest trees made him look up, hand on his sword in case he needed to kill something. A blue-haired girl in a school uniform walked out of the trees, half-carrying a younger blond-haired girl. Asia Argento. He distantly noted that the blue-haired girl has black cracks around her eyes and pink pupils. A sure sign that Zs'Skayr was possessing her. Looks like he was here too, doing his own thing. At least, he never recalled Eon mentioning Zs'Skayr being here to him. He smiled. This would be good. Capturing Asia was sure to make Bri come looking for him. And he had some great plans to twist her, make her his puppet. It wasn't enough to just have the strength. She needed to understand that his will was law. He jumped down from the tree, sneaking through the underbrush until he was right next to them. He tensed, ready to strike out.

And Zs'Skayr jumped to the side as he jumped out, avoiding his swing with ease.

"You seem to have an annoying habit of interfering in my business." He said, dropping the wriggling girl to the ground. She had been trussed up with rope. "Didn't your parents ever tell you that it was rude to butt into other peoples' business?"

"What can I say? There's just something about you that makes me want to rip your fucking head off. Still, one perk is seeing all the lovely ladies we seem to meet." Now that he saw her head on, he realised that she had a rather nice body. "I'm going to enjoy raping the shit out of her."

"Oh, she's more than just a pretty face." A glowing portal appeared by Zs'Skayr, the hilt of a large sword poking out. He grabbed hold of it and pulled it out to reveal a massive gold-and-blue blade wrapped in a cloth and chains. Zs'Skayr gave it a shake, the chains and cloth falling away. Realising that his smaller blade wasn't going to cut it, The Demon Breaker put his blade away and pulled out Giant Killer, 'borrowed' from Cattleya. They swung their blades, and as they collided he realised one important fact.

This girl was better than him.

He was struggling to win, barely able to avoid Zs'Skayr's blows while the ghost was practically grinning as he kept pushing the advantage. Quickly, he blocked with the flat of the blade before slamming his fist on the Neotrix, changing into Four Arms for the added strength. When he picked up Giant Killer, he found it much easier to keep up. His four hands allowed him to put more strength behind his blows, allowing him to force Zs'Skayr to start backing away. He even managed to nearly strike him, the tip of Giant Killer cutting a line through the girl's top.

"You know, I'm actually enjoying this little girl. She's certainly strong and feisty enough. So, are you ready to give up yet?" Zs'Skayr grinned as he said that.

"Hardly." Breaker smirked, licking the fine line of blood from the tip of the blade. "I was just seeing if my comrades were done inside the mansion." Zs'Skayr looked up to see the others standing on the cliff edge, looking down at them. He was about to attack again when Zs'Skayr unleashed a powerful blast of energy. He barely got Giant Killer in place, and it ended up cracking under the blow as he skidded into a tree. "What made you think you could win while attacking me within hearing distance of our base?"

Zs'Skayr chuckled even as he had to dodge Vilgax's strike. "Maybe because I know for a fact that a few somebodies will be arriving right about…"

"Asia!" They heard a boy yell, as Stinkfly bomb-dived them.

"…Now." Breaker switched forms again, turning into Shiftlash and slithering over to Asia, ready to wrap himself around her nubile form to keep her as a hostage. But he barely got in range before something strong practically punched a hole through the rock he was slithering over. He was forced to reform elsewhere, annoyed to see Issei standing between him and Asia.

"Keep you creepy hands off Asia, you insane alternate bastard." He growled, forming his own much smaller blade. The Demon Breaker chuckled as he readied himself.

"Do you really think you can take me on in a fight?" He asked. "I know that Bri is far better than you at fighting. You're just a little boy playing dress up and make believe. What makes you think you can beat me alone?"

Issei smirked back at him. "Who said I was alone? I was just waiting for the others to tie up Xenovia." The Demon Breaker's eyes widened, and he tried to dodge. But he wasn't fast enough. He could feel his face become elongated as someone's knee collided with it, sending him flying through the air. It didn't hurt, but it was damn well annoying. He reformed himself in time to see a blade slash through the air. Remembering what his younger self saw, he dodged to the side just in time to avoid getting cleaved in two. But the blade still shaved off part of his body, making it feel as though it had been burned. Hissing in pain, he changed form until he was much bigger. Much, much bigger. There was not a swordsman alive who could beat Way Big. As he grew, he looked down at the fight below. Bri had changed into a ghostly phantom in gold, locked in a beam-o-war with Eon. A Fallen Angel was busy fighting Judith and her last four Fallen, all of them flitting around his figure as they clashed. A large-chested girl with long dark hair was fighting with a small white-haired girl against Vilgax. Rias Gremory was blasting away at Raynare, the Fallen dodging the disintegrating rays while firing spears of light back. And Issei was busy attacking Zs'Skayr with another sword, the edge burning the…

Wait. If he was out here, then what happened to the…?

His thoughts were interrupted as something burned a line in his back. Yelling in pain, he turned to see the girl untied, running up his leg and slashing out at it. He fell to one knee, trying to grab her as she ran even higher. But she lashed out, severing the tendons in his wrist as she dodged him. Realising that he was about to make the same damn mistake as his brother, he used his free hand to smash down the Neotrix faceplate. He and the girl fell as he turned into Speedstrike, spinning his arms fast enough to create a pocket of wind to slow his fall. Whadda you know, cartoons really do teach you something. He dodged sideways as the girl landed, swinging her blade even as she touched the ground. He smacked into her at 100 miles an hour, knocking her to her feet and forcing her to dodge again. But at this speed, he managed to rush back and smash her again, only to find a blade grazing his throat. Dodging it, he was surprised to see Yuuto before him again, looking cockier than before. Behind him, Asia was rushing to the girl's side. Xenovia. That's what her name was. Well, they were about to find that it was unhealthy to get in his way. The Demon Breaker charged again, only to find that Yuuto was easily keeping up with him. And unlike him, this kid had a sword.

On the other hand, while this kid was fast on his feet, The Demon Breaker was fast everywhere.

Yuuto tried to slice him apart, but he managed to block pretty much all the blows with ease. Either he knocked it so that it passed by him harmlessly, or he caught it between his hands. They ran around like this for a while, neither really paying attention to where they were going. He managed to knock the blade aside enough that Yuuto nearly overbalanced, giving him the perfect opening. But fate must hate him or something, because he felt the wind get knocked out of him as he ran into something. He skidded along the ground, tumbling over things and bashing into trees. When the world finally stopped spinning, he found a mostly unconscious Eon lying on top of him. The bastard must've been what he ran into. Idiot. But then, if he's down here…

"Dammit." He cursed. "Bri's free to fight everyone else." He got back up and tried to run back into the fight, aware that his fall had made his movements slower than before. Stupid head trauma. What does it know?

He spun through the Neotrix until he found a powerful form.

(**/*\**)

Ben had to admit, he wasn't sure if that Alternate Ben running into Eon was a fluke or Yuuto's crazy plan. But considering it took down at least one major problem he wasn't going to complain. It meant he could now deal with at least a couple of other problems now. Using Ultimate Clockwork's powers, he zapped Vilgax with enough time energy to put him to a halt. He wasn't yet at the stage where he believed that Vilgax needed to die, but there was no way they could let him keep fighting. And to his horror, Vilgax was still moving ever so slowly. Luckily for them, Koneko and Xenovia ran in to attack him together, Durandal leaving large grooves all over his skin. Ben doubted that would be enough to kill him, but it should leave him weaker. Next up had to be Zs'Skayr. Issei had somehow managed to fend him off during the whole fight, borrowing a sword from Yuuto to fight him with. The glowing holy edge was proving powerful against the light-fearing ghost. Ben turned into Archangel, throwing a spear of light at the ground near them. They both backed away, but Zs'Skayr suffered got the worst of it. His shriek of pain nearly blew their ear drums.

"Thanks for the save, Bri." Issei said as he flapped down next to him. "That guy is really annoying with that whole phasing thing."

"I know." Ben agreed. "How did you keep him from possessing you?"

"This freak keeps coming up with the most debased and vile forms of perversion I have ever seen." Zs'Skayr hissed, clutching at his side. Of course he did. Only Issei could avoid getting possessed by thinking of perverted stuff. But hey, what works and all that. They double teamed Zs'Skayr, Ben's light burning him enough for Issei to slash at. After just a few moments of this, he had to flee towards the safety of the mansion, his skin in tatters and parts falling off. Ben looked back to see that Vilgax was moving faster now, throwing Xenovia by Durandal and slapping Koneko aside. Up in the air, Judas was winning against Judith. He seemed to feint to one side, before doing something different and slashing out at her. Maybe because they were both the same person, he was thinking of what he'd do and then doing something else. No wonder she was losing. At the very least her Fallen were all dead. And Raynare…

"K…Keep the Hell away from me." She shouted, flapping away from Rias and healing her burns. This wasn't the proud woman he remembered fighting. This was a woman who has realised that she's out of her depth and going to lose. Now that Akeno wasn't busy with Vilgax, she was able to help shield Rias from Raynare's attacks. All Raynare had was Asia's Twilight Healing. And Azazel had found out that it wasn't able to replace limbs. If she lost an arm or a wing, there was no way she could get it back.

"Looks like the Prez has Raynare handled." He said to Issei. "How about we go and stop Vilgax?"

"You read my mind." He smiled as they nodded, rushing towards him at full speed. Ben changed into Heavy Artillery before going Ultimate. He was a bit curious as to what an Ultimate Heavy Artillery looked and felt like. And besides, Ultimates were more useful against someone like Vilgax. He felt himself become taller and lighter, going faster as fast as his unarmoured form. As he wondered what kind of attacks he had, his knuckles started hissing and beeping, popping out as he curled his fist. When he punched Vilgax in the face with them, his knuckle caps exploded. He jumped over him as he continued, a vibrating whip extending from where his hair would've been and wrapping around Vilgax's arm, cutting into it. Vilgax barely grunted, grabbing hold of the whip and pulling on it, sending Ben flying into the air. The whip snaked free of his hands, allowing Ben to right himself as he moved to land. As he did so, he saw that a large bunch of mutated animals were finally approaching them. Jets folded out of his back, allowing him to hover overhead.

"You guys keep whittling away at him. I'm going to deal with the animals." He shouted at them, before boosting towards the animals. He engaged the knuckle caps again, punching straight into a frog's head and detonating it. While the animals were covered in frog blood, he was rushing through them and lashing out at any that got within range. It turned out that he had an arming cap on the tip of his boots. And on the heels. His gauntlet unfolded to reveal some kind of cannon in the palm of his hand, his fingers guiding the shot. He fired out in all directions, his whip swinging with every turn. It had been joined by a second one, adding to the chaos and carnage. Once he was certain that they were all destroyed, he rushed back to help just in case the others needed it. It wasn't that he thought his friends couldn't handle themselves. It was just that Vilgax was that tough. He jumped off the cliff in time to see Vilgax tossing everyone aside, hobbling and bleeding everywhere. Ben was about to go and help them when something slammed into him, hard. Ben gasped in pain as he bounced away, getting back to his feet in time to dodge the next strike. He looked up to see his opponent.

It was the Other Ben, dressed in pure black and with blue hair like Xenovia (they really needed to come up with a better name for him). He had two large wings like an angel, but one was larger than the other and his feathers were completely black. He had somehow became a Fallen. In his hand was a black sheath around a red sword. The design seemed familiar.

"Such a pity." He said, smirking at Ben. "I had hoped to have some fun with you, but I suppose this will have to do. At least I get to make you see how weak you are, along with getting your head for my wall." He shook the sheath off his sword, evidently planning on beheading Ben. Ben swung his head, a whip latching around his wrist and forcing him to drop the blade. Yelling in pain, The Other Ben could only watch as Ben tried and failed to break it, before kicking back into the mansion as hard as he could. Eyes glaring at him in intense hatred, Other Ben broke the whip and rushed for him, forcing Ben to jump away as he pulled a rifle from his back. But Other Ben was fast. Ben barely managed to start shooting before he smashed the rifle with his bare hands, before trying to smash him too. Only the fact that a shield formed around him saved his skull. But it fractured under his grip, until his hand broke through and Ben felt it grip his neck. The armour plating groaned as it was crushed out of shape, the last remaining integrity being the only thing saving him from dying. But he could still feel his hand choking the life out of him. Other Ben smiled evilly.

"How does it feel, dying by the hands of one of us, at the hands of an Angel?" Other Ben said. "How does it feel, knowing that there's nothing you can do to stop it."

Ben glared at him as best as he could, his helmet breaking enough to show his gritted teeth. "Let me show you who it feels, bastard." He reached for the Omnitrix, the light blinding Other Ben as he changed forms and then went Ultimate. The wave of energy going over his body forced the Other Ben to let him go. When he could see again, he saw a woman with several white wings.

His expression was priceless when Ben punched him with a glowing fist.

He glared at Ben as he pulled another sword from a portal, screaming in rage as he charged for Ben again. But he was surprised when Ben blocked his attack with his wings, the blade nearly shattering against it. Ben summoned a whip of light, wrapping him up with it and slamming him into the ground. He then pulled him back up and smashed him down with a mace made of light, doing this twice more before he broke free. Covered in blood, Other Ben now looked more fearful than before. Ben summoned two glowing portals on either side of him, Other Ben barely dodging the giant light fists that slammed into it. But unfortunately for him, he dodged straight into Ben's path. He could only look in shock as Ben fired a powerful beam of light at him. When Ben stopped, Other Ben was crawling out of a crater in the ground.

Eon was stumbling out of the trees, gazing at the chaos in shock.

"Vilgax!" He shouted. "The situation is getting out of hand! We need to retreat! Hunter, grab our prize!"

"You dare give me orders, Chronian?" Vilgax shouted back, ducking as Koneko aimed for his head. He took stock of the fight before growling. "Fine! But know that I will have words with you!" He ran back for the mansion, booting Other Ben (Red Ben? Ben Vader?) aside as he passed and Eon not far behind him. Ben was seriously considering just letting them run, when he heard Asia scream. Other Ben (Evil Ben? Pervert Ben?) had changed into a different dino man form and grabbed her, and was racing on after Eon.

"Oh no you don't, asshole." Ben muttered, racing after him and changing into XLR8 too. But even with his increased speed, his Other had a head start on him. He was already disappearing into a large purple portal when Ben arrived. And it was closing. He changed back into Clockwork, using his time powers to keep it open. Rias and the others arrived soon after.

"Everyone stay together." Rias ordered. "We need to find Asia as soon as possible and bring her back." They all nodded, with Xenovia and Koneko in the lead. The others followed them, until Ben was the only one left. Leaving a delaying effect on the portal, he jumped in after them. He felt the portal close behind him, his mind alive with numbers and coordinates. He understood where they were, and where they came from.

And he understood enough to know that they were going to a whole new dimension.

(**/*\**)

Issei gritted his teeth as he felt the portal tugging at him from all directions. It wasn't this bad the last time they travelled. Maybe Gwen did a better portal than these bastards? All he really cared about though was that they had taken Asia. Everytime Raynare showed her ugly face, Asia was always their target. He could see the Other Ben ahead of them, Asia kicking and screaming in his grip. He tapped his Omnitrix and turned into a giant black bird, holding her tightly in his claws. He dodged and spun as the others fired spells and powers at him, the beams getting close enough to singe his feathers. He turned and glared at them, his face covered with a white bone mask and red eyes.

"You bastards just don't know when to quit." He growled, somehow speaking. "Unfortunately for you, this is your stop." He twisted round and flapped his wings, firing feathers at them and buffeting them with wind. Akeno and Rias focused all their magic into blocking the feathers, Bri changing into Shield Maiden to help deflect the worst of the damage. But the wind kept pushing them closer towards the walls, and there was nothing they could do about it. Issei watched as Bri wrapped them with her shields as they passed through the wall, a tingling sensation overcoming them. Everything went dark as they fell, ground reforming below them and the sky fracturing above. And right below them, seemingly on course with their collision, was an old-fashioned castle. They smashed through the roof, rubble falling everywhere as they kept going. After a couple of floors, their velocity finally slowed enough that they only cratered the next floor, coming to a stop in a heap. At least he had a nice pillow.

"Everyone still here?" Rias asked as they got to their feet, Bri dissipating the barrier and stumbling to her feet. The impact must've taken a lot out of her.

"Everyone except Asia." Issei groaned in frustration. "And we don't even know where they've gone now. They could be on another world altogether. How are we supposed to find them?"

"Easy Issei." Bri consoled him. "I got a look at what dimension they were heading to when I kept it open. I kinda lost track when I had to change form, but I'm pretty sure this is the same dimension. They could still be on this world, just somewhere completely different." He sighed. They were likely in the same place. That was good. That was a start.

"In that case, let's get out of here before the people who own this place come looking for us."

"Too late, demon scum." They heard a younger girl shout at them. They all turned to see an angel with a malformed wing glaring at them, several other girls with her. There was a girl wearing what looked like plants, along with a girl with long dark hair like spider legs. Next to her was a redhead kid holding onto a pink magic scythe, along with a girl with huge tits and little clothing. Her arms and legs were like a bird's.

"Demons like you aren't going anywhere."

And there you go. The rest of the action will take place in part two. Will they rescue Asia from the evil clutches of Eon and Co? Will they find a way back home? Will Issei get to grope the girl with the huge tits? We'll just have to wait and see.

And yes, that is a reference to '5 Nights at Freddy's' at the beginning.
