Rin and Amaya were both laughing as they entered the cram school. They didn't know who had won but they didn't really care. They had both had so much fun after so long of not being able to have fun. They were both able to be themselves and once they calmed down they just smiled at each other.
"Come on, the others are probably waiting for us," Rin said as he smiled.
"Yeah, they most probably are," she smiled back and followed him to the classroom.
When they entered many of the students looked at them strangely. Most of the students' thoughts were wondering why they were together. Also what they were thinking was why they were smiling so much. They hadn't seen Amaya smile yet and Rin seemed genuinely happy. They sat in their normal seats and they continued to smile.
"It looks like you and Nakamura are getting along pretty well," Ryuji said as he smirked.
"It's none of your business is it," Amaya glared at Ryuji.
"What's your problem," he hissed as he stood up.
"Whoa calm down guys," Rin said as he stood between them.
The reason why Amaya didn't like Ryuji was because she knew he came from Kyoto. He came from the place where she had been imprisoned for over five centuries. She knew it wasn't his fault but she knew he would still hate her.
"Tell her to calm down," Ryuji growled.
"Well maybe I would calm down if you weren't in everyone's business," she hissed ad clenched her fists.
"Students," they all heard a voice which was familiar which made them all look at Yukio.
"What is the meaning of this," Yukio demanded.
"Nothing," Amaya said simply and looked at Ryuji daring him to say something.
"Suguro," Yukio questioned.
"Nothing," he gritted out before sitting down.
Everyone was in their seats and Rin looked over his shoulder at Amaya. He was curious as to what made her so hostile all of a sudden. Amaya knew the true reason and Amaimon knew as well though she wanted to keep it from Rin. She had, had so much fun that she didn't want their friendship to end just because of her father.
"Now we will be learning about Chikako today students," Yukio announced.
"Why are we learning about a very high level demon when we are only still learning about mid to high level demons," Izumo asked.
"The exorcists are having trouble finding Chikako and sealing it again," Yukio explained.
Amaya's eyes widened when she heard that they wanted to seal her again. She had already been asleep for five centuries and she didn't want to go back to sleep after just waking up. She looked at Ryuji because he had his hand up. He began to speak once Yukio said he could speak.
"I thought they said we wouldn't be sealing Chikako again," Ryuji asked.
"What would they do to Chikako if it isn't about sealing the demon again," Amaya asked quickly.
"We need to seal Chikako's powers to be able to kill it," Yukio answered.
The last words he said echoed in her mind as her eyes widened. She looked around and then looked at the desk. They wanted to kill her because of her losing control but they didn't know why she lost control. She was freaking out and then she saw Rin stand up.
"And I'll be the one to defeat Chikako," he said triumphantly.
The statement made Ryuji and all of them to say that they would help him too. Though the one person that didn't answer was Amaya because she was the person they wanted to kill. She looked at Amaimon and he was sleeping on her shoulder. She was glad he was asleep otherwise he probably would have lost control and now she just hoped they wouldn't find out the truth.
Time/break
It was the end of class and Amaya was sitting at the fountain again. She sighed as she looked at the sunset. Everyone was gone either eating dinner or doing homework in their dorms. This situation was able to let Amaimon talk to Amaya because no one was around.
"Sister why are you so worried," he asked.
"They're going to kill a demon soon," she answered.
"Well that's what an exorcist does," he said emotionlessly but she stood up abruptly and looked at him.
"They're going to kill me Amaimon," she exclaimed and clenched her head, "They all agreed to help on killing me."
"But they won't be able to kill you, you defeated them over five centuries ago," Amaimon said.
"What if I don't want to kill anymore?! I've changed Amaimon," she exclaimed before burying her face in her hands.
"If you don't kill them they'll kill you," he replied.
"But have you ever felt like you wanted to die Amaimon," she asked as she looked at him.
"Are you going to let them win after all these years of Aniue protecting you you're just going to let that go in vain," he asked.
"He shouldn't have saved me in the first place," she answered as she crossed her arms.
"But you owe him your life now," Amaimon answered.
Amaya looked at the school and took a deep breath. She looked up more and saw their brother's mansion. She had no idea why her brother had her in his plans still and what was her role in his plans.
"Why did you save me brother," she asked to no one in particular.
