Dear Severus Snape,
I completely understand about the delayed response. Things do tend to get a bit...kerfluffled... during the holiday season. It's probably just as well as the restaurant patrons were a bit louder than usual.
This upcoming Saturday would be ideal. I will have a copy of Potions Quarterly with me under a Notice-Me-Not charm. I've enclosed a portkey to a spot behind the restaurant. It will activate at 7pm your time (2pm my time). The restaurant is open for lunch now, but most of the business folk should have finished by then. I look forward to meeting you in person.
Yours hopefully,
A Potions Apprentice without a Master

Dear A Potions Apprentice Without a Master,
I am glad to hear that understood my predicament and were not too perturbed by the overly delayed response… Saturday I'm sure will be perfectly fine. I thank you for the portkey and will meet you at said restaurant at the requested time of 2pm. I look forward to meeting you as well to discuss various potion-related endeavours you may have looked into…
Yours faithfully,
Severus
