Chapter 2

Magnus kicks Prime on the leg. Prime gasps in pain.

"May I talk to you…" he said "In private"

"Umm Can you give us a minute…" said Prime to Arcee. She nods in understanding and heads back to her table.

"I'll be over here" she walks off.

"Why…?" ask Magnus

"She's beautiful…"

"And you are giving her a ride…"

"She has to get to the city…" said Prime "We can take her there…besides that's where we are heading"

Magnus sighs "Fine…"

Prime looks for her. He waves at her and she goes to their table.

"Yes…" she says

"We will take you to the city…" said Prime.

"Oh my…thank you!" she hugs Prime first. Magnus backs away not wanting a hug. Arcee notices and back away slowly.

Prime looks at her with a smile.

"I'm Optimus Prime…" he says. "And this is Magnus…"

"I'm Arcee…" she says "And my little brother is Bumblebee."

"Nice to meet you Arcee…"

"Let me tell Bumblebee…"

"Of course…" said Prime.

Magnus goes back to eating along with Prime.

"Umm Excuse me…" said one man "Me and my bud would like to get to the city…"

"And…" said Magnus with anger.

"You mind if you give us a ride…" said the man "I'm Bulkhead…and this is Wheeljack"

"We can't give you a ride pal" said Prime.

"We can pay you…" said Bulkhead.

"Okay…two hundred…" said Magnus with a smirk.

Bulkhead growls as he takes out his money. He pays for him and his friend.

"Okay…we will leave once we finish…" said Prime.

The guys nods in agreement.

"Hey…we need to get to the city as well"

Magnus growls in frustration. Prime breathes in and out. He turns to the guys.

"And…who are you?" ask Magnus

"I'm Smokescream my partner Strongarm…this is Sideswipe…my prisoner" said Smokescream with a smile.

"Hey I'm not…" said Sideswipe.

"Quiet young one…we have to head to the city"

Magnus sighs in anger. Optimus thinks for a while. He knows he can't take people in the trailer but they are willing to pay.

"Fine…three hundred dollars"

Smokescream pays them. Prime puts away the money. The guys left. Prime goes back to eating. Magnus finishes his food. Prime did take a while to finish his.

"You know…where would they go…only three can fit in the front" said Magnus.

"The back…"

"Really…?"

"Yes…it won't be that bad"

"Okay…whatever you say" said Magnus.

Optimus finishes and gets up. "Let's get going"

Magnus stands up and yells "We are ready those who ask for a ride wait outside!"

The people stand up to walk outside. Arcee gets some snacks and places it in her bag.

"Come on Bee..."

Bee gets up and holds Arcee's hand. Bee is thirteen years old. She walks up to Prime.

"You two will go in the front with me" said Prime.

Bee looks at him. He is not sure if he wants this guy around Arcee. Optimus looks at him and smiles.

"You must be Bumblebee…I'm Optimus Prime"

"Hi…" said Bee. He looks away. He doesn't want to look at him. Prime shrugs it off.

"Okay…"

Arcee opens the passenger door. Magnus runs up to her.

"You must go in the back…" said Magnus

"But Prime said I can ride up here"

"That's my spot"

"Not anymore Magnus" said Prime "You are going in the back"

"WHAT!" yells Magnus "Why?! Why can't you go in the back?"

"Because I own this truck and I'm telling you to sit in the back"

"Who else is going in the front?" ask Magnus

"Bumblebee…" said Prime "These two are going in the front with me"

Magnus growls in anger "Fine…"

Magnus walks to the back to meet with others. He places a ladder and looks at the guys.

"Okay…Bulkhead right?" ask Magnus

"Yes…" he said.

"Go first…I want to see if the ladder can hold the weight" said Magnus.

Bulkhead rolls his eyes "I may be big but you don't have to be that mean"

Magnus shrugs. Bulkhead goes up first. Wheeljack follows after him. Magnus looks to Smokescream.

"You up soldier" he smiles.

Smokescream goes up first. He helps Sideswipe up. Sideswipe is hand-cuffed so he needs help. Strongarm follows up after him. Magnus puts away the ladder.

"Alright…we are all settled!" he yells. Magnus sneaks away from the trailer. He looks around checking for Optimus. Magnus hides behind a pole and laughs a little.

Prime is on the other side. He slowly leans out to see Magnus.

"What do you think you're doing?" said Prime.

"I'm…getting some air…" said Magnus

"Okay…" he said "Magnus…we are going to have to take a short cut"

"Okay"

"We have to go though the Spooky road"

"Why is it called the Spooky Road?" ask Magnus

"Because when people drive through there…they never make it out" said Optimus.

Magnus goes pale and starts choking. "WHAT!...Oh hell no…I'm not going"

The commander runs back inside the restaurant. Optimus starts laughing as he sees his scared brother run inside.

"Magnus…I'm just playing with you" Prime says

Optimus follows after Magnus. He is sitting down eating some cake. Prime stands next to him still smiling.

"Magnus…I'm kidding…" said Prime.

"You know I scare easily…"

"I'm sorry…" laughs Prime. Prime takes the cake away. "Let's go…"

Optimus walks to the back of the trailer he places the cake there. Magnus follows him and reaches for the cake. As he got it he is already in the trailer. Magnus growls in anger. Prime closes the doors.

Prime walks to the driver side. He jumps up and goes in. He turns on the engine. He looks to his side and sees Bee in the back. Arcee is on the passenger seat. She smiles as she stares at his eyes.

"We are on our way…" said Prime.

Optimus starts driving. He looks at the road. It is still muddy from the rain. He manages to drive through it. Arcee sees the outside; it is getting dark.

"So…what are you going to the city for?" ask Optimus.

"I have an interview…for a job"

"Oh nice…what job?" ask Prime

"Fashion…I design clothes" she smiles.

"Sounds like fun…" Prime says

"It is…" she looks at him with worry. "Um…was your friend okay about us sitting here with you?"

"Why you ask?"

"Cause he looked angry…"

"Oh don't worry…he like to travel in the back" said Prime "It's his favorite place to sit at"

"Really…why did he say this was hit spot…?"

Optimus laughs a little "He just wanted to be funny"

Arcee giggles "Well…what you told him was funny"

Prime laughs a little. He looks at her for a moment and looks back to the road. Arcee plays with her fingers.

"Um…what do you guys do?" she asks.

"Oh we deliver packages from the train station to the city…" said Prime.

"Sounds like fun…"

"Not really but Magnus and I have some great moments"

Prime takes a turn to the spooky road.

Prime just takes a turn to the Spooky road. What will happen?
