Kiyoshi stood side by side with his sister, the pair held hands as they waited patiently behind the gates into the arena. They could hear the crying cheers of the crowd. Ayoko placed her head down as she tried to settle down her racing heart, Kiyoshi looked over to her and gave her hand a gentle squeeze.

"Ayoko...?" he called softly to her

She looked up, her purple locks half covering her large, worrying brown eyes.

"Are you afraid...?" he asked

"Terrified" she confessed in a small voice "Katio and Yori are not forgiven, their hearts are filled with hate. Even after Katio showed mercy to that little girl yesterday, I know he only did it because he wanted to win, not because he felt sorry for her, or wanted to redeem himself from his sins"

Ayoko took a breath, her palm was sweaty, she felt her tummy churn as she heard Chapati's voice on the loud speakers.

"Last night, I had a nightmare" Ayoko confessed, closing her eyes "I was being dragged by these dark shadows, I swear I saw Katio's face in the darkness, I heard his laugh to" she opened her eyes which were now misted with tears "It felt so real Kiyoshi, when I woke up, I could hardly breath. I think my dream has something to do with the games, its a warning" her voice was filled with panic and fear "I don't think I can do this" she confessed and lowered her head

"But you've wanted this dream for so long" Kiyoshi pointed out

"I know I have, but I'm scared. I'm scared of what darkness Katio has, what if something happens to me, or to you"

Kiyoshi gently pulled his sister towards him, he placed his arms around her. Ayoko, now a little smaller than her brother rested her head in her brothers chest.

"I'm scared to" he confessed "But we have to do this, together. Yori needs my help and Katio needs to know that he can not always win"

Ayoko squeezed her eyes closed causing tears to fall down her flushed cheeks, she could hear her brothers racing heart. He was scared just like her, she held him tightly and took a breath. Kiyoshi was right, Yori needed Kiyoshi's help.

"Do you think your plan will work...?" she asked, her voice small

Kiyoshi was silent for a moment, he rested his cheek on his sisters head.

"I hope so, Yori needs to know the truth about what happened to his mother"

Ayoko nodded her head slightly, agreeing with her brothers words.

"Yes, he does"

Last night, after the match the twins had gone to the Fairy Tail guild to celebrate. Kiyoshi had spent most of the night in the back yard, on one of the benches, looking up at the stars. Ayoko had eventually found him and questioned him about what he was doing. He had explained that he was talking to the stars, Ayoko went to leave so as to allow her brother to connect to the sky. But he had grabbed her arm and pleaded with her to stay by his side.

Kiyoshi explained that he was talking to the stars about Yori, Ayoko had always been interested in the wizard's past. But when ever she had asked Kiyoshi about the boy he had told her no. But last night was different, last night Kiyoshi was different. He looked unsure of himself, which was strange because Ayoko always felt Kiyoshi was most relaxed when he was connected to the sky.

"What is it?" she had asked

"I want to show you Yori's past, we need to work together to help him. I can't keep this a secret anymore, not if I want my plan to succeed. I'm going to have to show you what really happened to Katio and Yori's mum " Kiyoshi had said

Last night Ayoko had learned the truth about the Wolfclaw twin's mother, it had made her cry. Yori's past was so sad. She could see now, why there was so much hate between the two brothers.

"Our first team today is the Fairy Tail twins, Kiyoshi and Ayoko" Chapati introduced

The gates the two were stood at slowly began to rise. Ayoko pulled out of her brothers gentle hug, he smiled down at her and she mirrored him before turning to face the entrance. Ayoko wiped her eyes and straightens her collar.

The twins were dressed in white outfits, Erza had purchased the day before. Ayoko wore a collared, short sleeved shirt which matched with her snowy white skirt. She had chosen a silk ribbon for her hair, while Lucy had chosen some newly made ankle boots for her to wear.

Kiyoshi matched her with his short sleeved top and matching trousers, he to wore boots which tucked into his newly purchased trousers.

The pair stepped onto the sandy arena, the crowd roared with excitement.

"And to my right we have the Wolfclaw twins, Katio and Yori" Chapati pointed over to the rising door at the other end of the arena to Ayoko and Kiyoshi.

The crowd held their breath as the wolf twins came into view, the aura around the stadium changed as Katio and Yori entered the arena.

Unlike Kiyoshi and Ayoko, the Wolfclaw twins were not dressed in matching outfits. Katio wore a pure black suit, with matching boots and gloves. He had also added a mask which he wore over his mouth, which covered most of his face. His eyes only visible when his dark raven locks were brushed to the side.

Yori entered the arena behind his brother, again they walked meters apart from one another. Yori was dressed in tight green tank top, baggy cargo bottoms and black boots. His arms were covered in scars, he wore his white hair flat.

"The matches will be timed just as before" Chapati began to explain, "But there will be twenty minutes on the clock rather than five. After the timer runs out the teams will be rewarded with points, the most points a team can get is ten"

Yori stood behind his brother, glaring at Ayoko. The purple haired wizard noticed how Katio was staring at her to. Neither one of the twins were looking at Kiyoshi, all their attention lay on her. She felt her stomach churn, she clenched her fists together. It seemed the Wolfclaw twins were going to target just her.

"The air is so tense" Jellal mumbled

"It would be, they all want to win" Erza commented

"No its not because of that" Jellal shook his head, "It's something else" his gaze fell upon Yori

"What do you mean?" Erza questioned and followed her lovers gaze

"Him" Jellal mumbled, "Something about him has changed..."

"How do you think the first battle will play out Yajima?" Chapati asked

"I think both teams will be trying their hardest" Yajima smiled "I don't think we will be disappointed" he added

"Jason, what do you thi-" Chapati was cut off

"Cooolll...!" Jason cried out as he sprang from his seat "They've already started!"

Chapati looked down, without his say so the twins had begun to fight, Chapati stuttered and quickly pressed the button to his side to start the timer.

The first battle between Wolfclaw and Fairy Tail had begun...
