Chapter 17

"I think I know how we can help" said Optimus

Megatron looks up at him. He is wondering how he can help. Optimus smiles as he looks at the beast. He knows they can't scare them. He can reason with them. Optimus looks back at Megatron.

"We can tell the cops that we are okay" said Optimus "so they don't come inside."

Arcee nods in agreement. Bee looks at her wondering how they can. Optimus looks pit the door.

"Megatron wait inside" said Optimus "We will go up and tell them that everything is okay"

Megatron nods and stays where he is at. He watches the three run up the stairs and to the room. Optimus runs as fast as he can all the way down the halls. He can hear the police car parking close to the mansion. Optimus tries his best to get to the door before they bust in.

Arcee is right behind him along with Bee. There was a knock at the door and Prime opens it. He smiles as he see the cops ready to move. He waves them off.

"Hey officers...I'm sorry to tell you this but everything is under control now" said Optimus

Arcee runs up next to him with a smile. "Yes we are okay now"

The cops sighs as he looks at the two. He looks around the inside but Prime won't let him in.

"We are okay Officers" said Prime "everything is back to normal"

"I heard you guys says that you guys are being under attack by men in costumes?" Says the officer.

Optimus nods "yes we did but it was all a silly prank everything is good"

The officer didn't smile or move at all. He nods and says his goodbye. Optimus close the doors and sighs in relief.

"It worked" says Bee.

The cops pull out of the driveway and goes back to the city. Megatron yelps and starts cheering. He is glad the cops didn't come inside. He would have to explain everything. He runs to Prime and hugs him.

"Oh you're welcome.: says Prime.

"So this is all a haunted mansion and we were the test subjects" ask Sideswipe

"Well sort of yes" said Megatron.

Optimus gathered the guys and explain everything to them. He told them about Megatron and how this place us a mansion. He even told them that he is no longer a threat. They also released the guys who were monsters. They also apologize and Optimus just waved them off. Everything is good now. Some of the guys are still confuse.

"You know people got hurt because of this" said Wheeljack

"I know and I am sorry?" Said Megatron. "I'll do anything to make it up for you guys"

As they were argueing Prime walks up to Arcee with a smile. He grabs her by the waist and kisses her. She smiles wide as she kisses back. Prime leans back to look at her.

"Well...it's over" said Prime

Arcee nods but then gets sad. Optimus lifts her head and sighs.

"What I am going to do?" Ask Arcee. "I mean I lost my chance to get a professional job"

"I probably got fired by now" Optimus laughs a little. He then kisses Arcee. "I know there is amother chance put there"

"You think so"?

"I know so"

He hugs her tight. He doesn't really know but he will fight for her. He is going to find another chance for her.

Megatron overhears there conversation. He thinks to himself, forgetting about the people who are still mad at him. He feels guitly knowing that he took job opportunity or got them fired. He looks around the mansion.

Arcee leans back to look at Optimus. "How about you?"

"Don't worry...I'll find another job" said Prime.

Arcee nods as she hugs him again. Optimus looks up knowing that it will be hard to find a job. He is going to have some struggles. He doesn't mind anyways. As long as he is with Arcee.

She looks up at him. "So what now?"

"I don't know...we have to go back to the city" said Prime

"True...but..."

"Hey you can get a second chance"

"I don't know if I can?"

"Of course you can" said Prime. "Arcee"

"Yes..."

"Come with me...stay with me"

"What..?"

"I want you to he my girlfriend" Optimus smiles as he looks at her in the eyes. She blinks a few times and Smiles. She jumps up and wraps herself around him.

"Yes...I'll be your girlfriend" she laughs.

Bee smiles wide as he sees the two of them. He can see Optimus as his father now. He is happy that Arcee will be with him. Optimus looks at Bee and held out his arm. Bee laughs as he runs to Prime and jumps on him. Prime catches him and all did a group hug.

Megatron watches them with a big smile. He walks up to them slowly. Optimus notices him and turns to him with Bee in his arm and Arcee hugging him.

"I heard about the job loss and the opportunity lost." Said Megatron. "I want to make it up to ya'll"

Optimus looks at Arcee and them back at Megatron.

"How?" ask Prime

"You can work for me...here at the masion"

Bee smiles wide thinking it's a good idea. Megatron hopes they accept thats the best he can do. After all he did cause all this. Optimus looks at him.

"How can we work for you?" ask Optimus

"This place is going to open in October. Maybe you can work for me as monsters. And also you can live here." said Megatron.

Optimus looks at Arcee. Bee jumps up.

"That would be fun!" said Bee. "It would be cool to scare people"

"This place can be your home" said Megatron

Optimus smiles and hugs Arcee. He looks at Megatron and lends out a hand. Megatron smiles wide as he shakes hands with Optimus.

"Okay. We will work for you" said Arcee.

Megatron smiles wide as he cheers.

"Awesome. You guys can help me with this place. I am still not done with it"

Optimus looks around. He knows what to do. He looks at all of them. He raises an eyebrow with a smirk. Arcee laughs a little.

"I know what to do?' said Optimus

Arcee smiles "well...let's get to it"
