Ross's POV. The Guild Hall.

"Awwwww owww, my face is killing me." I groaned as I slapped a huge chunk of ice against my swollen face. I've learned a new lesson today: Don' . . Especially now that she's got God Slayer Magic.

"Well you deserved it. You also shouldn't be pulling crap like that to try to get me mad." said Lucy, taking a sip from her cup. Hmm she did a number on you human. You should be lucky that she didn't do anything to your- I didn't bother listening to what Bellaruse had to say, considering the fact that she's the one who instigated the fight. I swear to god that fight was even harder than the one against Aria back at Moonbright. Speaking of whom, she has actually taken a liking to Lucy now, and has gotten over her obsession with Nikolai, and apparently is more attracted to her now.

"SHe's right Snowman! If you were a real Dragon Slayer, you would've been beat her now problem." Aria said, cuddling up to Lucy, then she stuck her tongue out at me.

"Yeah yeah I get it. You should also be pissed at Bellaruse. I mean she was the one that said it first, I just went along with." I said

"Well to be fair," said Gajeel sitting next to me, placing his arm on my shoulder, "Even you should've known better than that, especially now since she got that new magic of hers that you were stupid enough to give her, and she managed beat that one sitting next to her. Ha!" Hmm, just for that I punched him in the face and sent him flying into the wall just to shut him up.

"Ugh, okay I get it, I shouldn't have done that. But at least it all worked out in the end, you managed to learn spell-which you used to beat the living shit out of me, and shows that you're learning very fast." It also shows that she's learning at a much faster rate than you. If you're not careful boy, she just might surpass you." Thank you Bellaruse,that makes me feel so much better. I'll remember that if you ever get your body back. "*groans* I need something to eat."

"Juvia thinks she can help with that." said Juvia, then out of nowhere, she drops a huge platter of food right in front of me, "After taking a beating like that, Juvia thought you could use something to get your strength back up." I didn't even question it, I just dove right in and started devouring everything in plain sight.

"Oh Juvia, you are such a sweetheart. Thank you" I said to her with a mouth full of food. Now I was too busy to notice, but I could've sworn I saw her blushing.

"Oh come on, it wasn't deal Ross. I bet you had it worse when Bellaruse was training you back on Mt-"

"You gonna finish your sentence or not Lucy?" I asked. When she didn't reply, I looked up from my plate and saw that she was focusing on something else. I looked behind me to see what she was looking at, and to my surprise I saw Natsu looking at us from two tables over, sitting with his teammates with his head buried in his arms. I don't get it: one minute Natsu and his team decide that they want Lucy off of their team and Lisanna on it, then all of a sudden they get all heavy hearted, and they feel bad for what they said? It doesn't make any sense. "Lucy, just ignore him, he made his decision, and you made yours." Lucy nodded, but I knew her mind was still fixated on her old team. I can't blame her though, since I used to look up to them, and after seeing what happened between them, that's obviously changed. Lucy thinks that Natsu was staring at her, but actually, I think he's staring at me. He doesn't like me. You might think i'm paranoid, but this isn't the first time he's been staring at us, it's been like this ever since we got back from Moonbright a few days ago. Like just yesterday, I saw Natsu staring at me with that same look on his face while I was having a drinking contest with Cana Alberona.

Flashback.

"CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG,CHUG" The rest of the guild shouted as me and Cana pounded mug after mug of ale. I had made the mistake of challenging Cana for the title of "Fairy Tail's Heaviest Drinker".

"*Burps* hehehehehe see there- not a ,*hiccup* problem" I had said in a drunken state. Now this may have been because I was drunk, but I could've sworn Natsu was giving me a look from the bar, but I was too out of it to be sure.

"Hmph, well I don't know about you kid, but you look like you've had enough" said Cana

"Hehe, nah nah, i'm-i'm-I want more fizzy stuff…... in the ...place wher-" And that's when I blacked out, although I was congratulated for holding out against Cana longer than anyone else. Then there was that thing a couple of days ago. I was practicing a new spell, what was it called again Bellaruse?

Ah yes, Snow Dragon Ice Ball, personal favorite of mine. It was the spell that Nikolai had used to derail your train when you were on your way to Moonbright. It creates a giant ball of solid ice which can be used in a variety of ways. Think of using it like the world's largest bowling ball, cannon ball, or anything you can think of. I recall this because you were having trouble mastering this spell too. I am aware Bellaruse, and how could I forget, you constantly berated me every time I failed to perform the damn spell. I got so frustrated that I started slashing away at the trees because you wouldn't shut up!

" SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP!" I yelled, punching my fist through the trees. Well maybe if you didn't get the damn spell wrong human, I wouldn't be screaming at you! NOW DO IT AGAIN! "Bellaruse I am tired as hell, I am sick of practicing, you gotta let me take a break." I said. She then took control of my left arm momentarily and punched me repeatedly in the face.

"Man this guy's crazy. Why would Lucy want to team with him." I could've sworn I heard a faint whisper. I looked around the forest for the source of the sound, but I didn't see anyone. Hmmm, seems I was wrong about you human. Looks like you're great enough to have a stalker. Bellaruse had said sarcastically. After that, I headed back into town, but I did notice a couple of scorch marks on the side of one of the trees.

"Natsu!" yelled Erza, looking up from her Strawberry Cake, grabbing Natsu by the face and slamming it into the ground. "Quit staring at her!" I couldn't help but laugh, neither could Gajeel. Before we knew it, the both of us were on the ground, trying to keep our guts from bursting. Sad, I can't believe that Dragon Slayer let's that woman smack him around like that. Obviously you've never seen Erza in action then Bellaruse, cause i'm pretty sure she can even Nikolai if she wanted. Even him? *scoffs* Please she wouldn't last ten seconds with him. You know that arrogance is gonna have to stop one day Bellaruse. There are some types of magic that are stronger that maybe even we can't beat, at least not alone. "And what may I ask is so funny?" The second I heard that voice, a shiver of cold shot up my spine, and I stopped laughing. I looked up from the ground and saw Erza standing over me, with a look of disdain in her eyes.

"Ummm…" that's all I could muster. Seriously!? That's all you could say?! For godsake, get up, do something! I can't, she's looking right at me. "Guys you wanna help me out?" I whispered as softly as I could, but that was before I knew that they'd left the table, and the building for that matter. See, that's why I never spoke with the other dragons: You can't depend on others. No, they were wise to do that. I mean i'm a little pissed right now, but at least they're not going to die.

"Well, i'm waiting Winterheart. What. Is. So. Funny?" she asked. I remained silent. Alright then, if you're not going to say anything, I will. Wait, Bellaruse, what are you doing?I'm taking over for a moment so you can actually say something to redhead here. I tried to protest, but it too late, and Bellaruse assumed control of my body. Luckily she only has control over my body and not my magic, otherwise this could've turned ugly.

"Alright, i'll tell you red head." Bellaruse said in my voice. She got up, then she got up in Erza's face, which alone made the entire guild gasp. "I thought it was pretty funny when when you threw that pink haired jackass's head into the table. It's funny when creeps like that get some sense knocked into him." I stand corrected, this just got a hell of alot worse.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY FREAK!?" raged Natsu as he tried to jump over the table, but Gray and Lisanna restrained him before he could.

"Wow, quite a temper that one's got there. He must cause a lot of trouble, why not kick him off instead." *yelp* please don't say anything else, please don't say anything else.

"You might want to reconsider what you're saying here Winterheart! You don't know what you're talking about." said Erza.

"Actually I do. Lucy let me look inside of her head, and WOW, you guys sounded horrible. 'It would be nice to not be carrying dead weight during a mission'. I would hate myself if I said that to one of my friends."...I think all of you out there know what is about to happen.

*fourth wall breaks* Ugh, sometimes I hate my life.

Oh come on now boy, how bad can she really be.

"REQUIP!"

Lucy's POV

"What were you two thinking? You guys couldn't keep the laughs to yourself? Now Ross may be dead." I panicked, yelling Gajeel outside of the guil

"Oh come on Lucy, it was kinda funny when Flame Brain got his head bashed into the table. Besides i'm pretty sure you felt a bit happy when that happened." A little bit, but I didn't shout it out for the world to hear.

"That doesn't matter, I did not want this to be brought back up again. I just wanted us to stay as far away from each other as possible: No conflict, no drama, I just wanted to move on." I got so stressed out that my God Slayer magic flared up, then phased out after I calmed down.

"*crying* Juvia is so sorry that you have to deal with this again. Juvia knows that this is very hard for you!" Juvia cried, with her eyes literally gushing like a fountain, soaking me in less than a minute. I don't mind it though, it's really hot out here, it actually helps.

"Ugh cut the water works Juvia, it's not that bad. So Snowman got himself into an argument with Titania. How bad can this possibly get?" Suddenly there was an explosion and the guild's door blew up into a million tiny pieces. Ross came flying out the door, screaming at the top of his lungs and came smashing into the ground.

"Anything else you wanna say to me Winterheart?" Erza came out of the guild wearing her Flame Empress Armor, with a look of extreme anger on her face. Natsu, Gray and Lisanna rushed to her side, as we rushed to Ross's side.

"HA! Eat that ice breath. No one bad mouths Erza and gets away with it!" yelled Natsu while the rest of his team cheered him on. We were about to help Ross up when suddenly a magic circle appeared above him.

"Yeah, I got something to say: LET IT SNOW!" A ball of snow came shooting out of Ross's circle and flew straight into the sky. It exploded hundreds of feet in the air and expanded and formed a large cloud, which covered the entire town. Seconds after it formed, snow began to blanket the entire town again, and some of it was being sucked into a vortex right in front of us. Ross had begun to devour as much snow as he could. After a few minutes, he stopped, then he rose from his pit.

"*Heavy breathing* Now i'm cooled off and ready to fight." she said as the wounds he sustained healed before our eyes. "Last chance Erza, stay down. My dragon was the one who said that. I have no intention to fight you." She was about to say something when Natsu shouted:

"Hell no! I don't care who it was: You or that imaginary dragon of yours living your head, you insult my friends, you're gonna regret it." Natsu's fists lit up with fire, Gray started to use his Ice Make Magic, Erza readied her blade, Lisanna began to transform.

"Oh great, just what we need: Another battle of Fairy Tail." groaned Gajeel.

"Except now we'll be fighting my old team." I said with fear in my voice.

"No you won't. I will" Ross said.

"Ross, Juvia doesn't think that would be the wisest decision." said Juvia, and I agree, "Erza and the others will hurt you, especially Natsu. You're at a disadvantage with him."

"I'll take my chances. This my situation, thanks to Bellaruse, so I will handle this."

"NO!" I yelled, with my team looking at me with shocked expressions. "I don't care if you're the one who caused the problem, or if it was Bellaruse, or Juvia, or Gajeel, we are a team! I am not making you fight those four by yourself. YOu taught me new magic so that I could fight better, so I can prove to everyone that I could fight. Besides.." I walked past Ross, drew my whip in one hand and Virgo's key in the other. What, you thought I was going to use my God Slayer Magic right off the bat? I think i'll wait till things get a little more heated, so don't worry everyone.

*Fourth wall breaks* Don't worry i'm not gonna scream this time, this has now become a regular thing.

"Alright Lucy" Ross said with a smile on his face. I knew he was hoping I'd object to his decision, "Let's do this. YOu guys up for it?" He didn't need to ask. Gajeel had already summoned his Iron Scales, and Juvia had already begun to summon some water, "Good to know. Now I get a chance to beat some sense those idiots' heads."

"Hey don't call us idiots. It's not their fault that they wanted me back on their team." said Lisanna.

"Keep telling yourselves that, denial amuses me honey. It shows how ignorant people can be. I'm surprised you could defend any of them right now, especially since that Titania over there beat Pinky's head into the ground not too long ago. She's a brute". Ross said

"THAT"S IT!" raged Natsu, "FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST!" he yelled, charging forward

"Let's do this! SNOW DRAGON FIST!"
