They called Alexis, Martha and Jim who immediately rushed for her bags then to the hospital, where the others were already waiting.

"7 cm dilated without a peep." Esposito commented breaking the silence.

"That gal has some galls." Jenny added.

Jim smiled "I remember her mother waited until 5 cm before letting us leave for the hospital."

"I guess it runs in the Beckett family, me I was at the hospital from 2cms."

They laughed and Alexis's cellphone rang.

"8cms shouldn't be long now." She announced, they heard a loud, long, phrase in a different language.

Martha finally stopped pasting and sat down. "Let the pain and screaming begin."

"Wow I didn't know Kate knew another language, what's she saying?" Jenny asked.

Jim chuckled nervously, "Well she knows 5 different languages actually and she's currently swearing in Russian."

Jenny covered Oliver's ears while Ryan did the same for Olivia.

"Wow poor Castle." Esposito said.

Castle stared at his wife and very soon to be mother of his child, she had never looked more beautiful to him, her hair was in a loose ponytail and a few loose strands were stuck to the sweat on her forehead, she was so strong because honestly if he had to give birth to something as big as a baby he would've hidden under the bed.

"Honey I know you're scared but if you could handle a serial killer and murders and worst yet me you can handle child birth. This is it you're almost a mom just hold on." He held her hand and she gave it a squeeze.

"I love you." He kissed her forehead.

"I love you too... Always."

Martha sat down next to Jim, he was nervously playing with his fingers.

"Jim, what's wrong?" She asked attracting everyone's attention.

"It's just that Jo and I were always making plans about, what we would do when we were grandparents and how we would spoil them rotten, and now she's gone and I'm here on my own, she would've been so excited to be a grandmother."

Martha put a comforting hand on his back and the others stayed silent suddenly the silence was disturbed.

"AFTER THIS, YOU ARE NEVER TOUCHING ME AGAIN!" followed by a crying baby.

"There we go."Martha clapped excitedly.

And after about I hour later after everything was cleaned up a nurse came out informing them that it was okay to visit them.

They all entered cautiously each trying not to keep too much noise,

Kate and Rick were sitting on the bed with the bundle of joy in a pink blanket.

Martha was the first to take her from the parent's

"Hello little one what's your name?"

"Rebecca Johanna Castle."

Rebecca was a beautiful 6 pounds 5 ounces her she had a few scattered hairs it was obvious that her hair was going to be just like Kate's and her eyes were a beautiful sky blue like her father's. Eventually the baby was passed to Jim and to Kate's surprise he cried she had only seen him cry once and that was when her mother died.

Several pictures were taken and they managed to catch her smiling when Alexis was holding her, but then she started to fuss and Maximus was asleep and they left to give the new family some time alone.

"Does that hurt?" He asked referring to Kate who was feeding their new born daughter.

"A little it's mostly just pulling." She answered, she brushed Becca's hair back how would she ever be able to keep this tiny thing safe? And she looked at Castle who was staring at them with loving eyes then back down at her sleeping daughter, and suddenly.

She wasn't scared anymore, because she knew that no matter what that her family would never leave her and they would never leave her side and they were all she needed by her side.
