Chapter Eighteen

All six Power Rangers made it safely back to their time. They had appeared in front of the Wizard and the Green Ranger.

"You guys morph and take down the Dragonzord," Tommy ordered. "I'll handle these two."

"It's Morphin time," Kimberly exclaimed and they morphed.

They all, not the White Ranger, summoned their zords, jumped into the mechanical beasts, and combined them to form the Megazord. They began to battle the one zord they never thought they would see, let alone fight again.

Back on the ground Tommy was facing their enemies. He could easily make the Green Ranger disappear as if he never existed, but he knew he could never do that. He had a better idea.

"Looks like the show's over Wizard and your own evil magic will be your downfall," the White Ranger said as he raised to the Wizard of Deception before he raised the Wizard's wand and pointed it at the Green Ranger. Tommy used the magic to turn his twin from evil to good.

"You're finally free from the Wizard's evil spell," the White Ranger said to the Green Ranger.

"I feel like such a fool. I can't believe I let him control me," the Green Ranger said like he was waking from a dream. He was feeling a bit disoriented and depressed.

Tommy didn't take the time to comfort him.

"You control the Dragonzord. Only you can stop it," he said firmly.

"I can't," the Green Ranger said.

"You have to."

It was an order.

"Right," The Green Ranger said positively. "I must stop him."

He took out his Dragon Dagger and played the tune to gain control over the Dragonzord. The Zord followed its master's demands and stopped attacking the Megazord.

"The Wizard's spell is broken," the Green Ranger said to his zord.

"It's time to return the Dragonzord to the sea," he said more to himself.

He played another tune and the Dragonzord returned to its slumber off the coast of Angel Grove.

Relief filled the other Rangers. The battle was over and they had one. It was Saba who pointed out that they still had a problem.

"Now, what to do with two Tommy's?" the Tiger head at the hilt of the White Ranger's sword asked.

"We'll figure something out," the White Ranger said.

"I just can't believe I was responsible for all that destruction," the Green Ranger said still in shock over the transformation from evil to good.

He couldn't believe he tried to destroy the city and he had hurt the other Rangers. He was ashamed of making the other five Rangers believe that their leader betrayed them. He didn't even want to think about his plans for the Pink Ranger.

"You were under the Wizard's magic spell," the White Ranger soothed. "It wasn't you fault. No matter how hard they tried, Rita and Zedd have never been able to keep me evil."

"But me?" the Green Ranger asked pointing out that he was, more or less, born evil

"You're not even a part of me. Now, I've got some unfinished business to attend to in a form of some giant rats. Come with me. Together we can free Angel Grove's past from the Wizard's evil spell."

The Green Ranger felt hopeful. Helping the past Angel Grove would be a good way for him to redeem himself for his evil ways.

The White Ranger grabbed the Green Ranger's shoulder. He raised the wand and used its magic to transport only them back into time.
