Seventeen: Wormquake! (part 2)

Chris woke up in a cell. He looked around and got up. ''Not as bad as last time I woke up in a strange place.''

Suddenly, the door opened and in walked Shredder. Chris turned towards Shredder, without any fear in his eyes. ''So, your'e the Shredder huh? I actually thought you would look more intimidating looking.''

Shredder growled. ''You'll shut up if you know what's best for you boy.''

''Sorry, not very good at keeping my mouth shut. It's a curse I'm afraid.'' Shredder walked forward and moved his hand between the bars grabbing Chris by the neck. ''Then I will silence you.''

''I don't think you won't,'' said Chris still trying to look calm. ''You need some information out of me, right? That means you won't hurt me until you get what you need.''

''You are here to give me information, but that doesn't mean I won't hesitate to force the information out of you,'' Shredder then tossed him to the wall. ''So I suggest you give me what I need. Otherwise this night will be long and painful for you.''

Chris gets up from the floor and refused to give in. ''Not going to happen.''

''So be it,'' Shredder left just as three Foot Bots came in. ''Do whatever you need to get him to talk.'' The Foot Bots nodded. And as Shredder left all he heard were Chris's screams.

Meanwhile, April, Casey and Donnie were still fighting off the Kraang, or running from them. A Bio droid was chasing them but Casey was able to knock it out with his hockey stick as April and Donnie shoved it into a portal.

''That was too close'' said April, ''alright Donnie how do we get out of here? your'e the expert gap tooth.'' ''Gap tooth? look in the mirror lately cave mouth?'' ''guys stop,'' April replied as she walked towards another portal ''check this out.''

''Wow, looks like another part of Dimension X.'' They looked over and saw that the Kraang were forcing something into another portal. ''Ugh what is that?'' said Casey, and it caught the Kraang's attention.

''Kraang is aware of spies in that doorway where Kraang is not but soon will be.'' ''I think were in serious trouble'' said April, they turned to run only to be surrounded by Kraang. ''Oh great'' said Donnie.

''Surrender is optimum'' said one Kraang, ''non surrender means disintegration'' said a second Kraang, ''which is less optimum'' said a third. ''For now,'' said Donnie ''play along.'' April and Casey nodded as they raised their hands. ''For the record I don't count this as a surrender'' Casey replied.

*…*

Meanwhile, Caitlin, Leo, Raph and Mikey were in quite a position.''I knew it! I was totally gonna call him Tiger Claw'' said Mikey. ''Not now Mikey'' Caitlin said taking out her sword.

Tiger Claw drew his gun, ''I ask only once, summon your rat master.'' ''Sorry pal I'm not a cat person'' Raph replied. Tiger Claw glared at him and started firing at them. They tried to dodge the lasers, but Caitlin, Raph, and Leo got knocked down and Mikey was the only one left standing as Tiger Claw drew another gun.

''You are nothing but cubs.'' ''He he nice kitty, let me see if I have some catnip on me.'' Tiger Claw growled at him and started firing again though instead of lasers, this one shot ice at them.

Mikey started climbing up a fire escape nearby, ''Come on bros, we gotta get to higher ground.'' The others nodded and followed him, followed by Tiger Claw who went after them using his jetpack.

He chased them onto a nearby rooftop which seemed to Leo like the one they were fighting on earlier that night. They were still trying to fight him off, avoiding the guns as he shot at them.

''Leo heads up!'' Caitlin shouted as she pulled him out of the way, ''thanks Caitlin.'' He charged for Tiger Claw, but he leapt into the air and used his jetpack again and shot at Mikey.

''Mikey!'' Leo tried to get to him but Tiger Claw knocked him off his feet, and Caitlin and Raph tried to take him down, but Tiger Claw trapped them with a net let loose from one of his weapons.

Tiger Claw jumped at this opportunity and grabbed Mikey. ''You are defeated. Summon your rat master, or the little one goes into the furnace.''

''Don't do it Leo'' replied Mikey. ''It's a trap for Splinter!'' Raph shouted, ''of course it's a trap, tell me the part where I have a choice.''

Back at the lair, Master Splinter was in the dojo meditating. He was about to enter into a deep trance when his phone rang. ''The cheese phone, truly an emergency.'' He raced over to the phone and picked it up. ''Leonardo, what is the problem?'' he listened to Leo as he told him what was going on.

''Do not fear my son, I am on my way.''

Back to the rooftops, where Leo, Raph, Mikey and Caitlin were tied up as Tiger Claw was impatiently waiting for Master Splinter to show up. ''I can't believe you called him,'' said Raph ''if anything happens to Splinter-'' ''what else could I do Raph?'' Leo replied.

Tiger Claw, loosing patience, walked over to them. ''The rat, where is he?'' They didn't answer. ''One push and you all go into the furnace.''

Raph glared at him. ''Just wait Tiger Claw, Splinter's gonna kick that little stub of a tail so deep in your'e stripes-''

''Silence! I am tired of waiting your'e lives end now.'' ''No!'' Caitlin screamed as she tried to use her powers, but no luck. Tiger Claw started pushing them into the furnace.

Mikey whimpered, ''this is it, I love you guys, Raph it was me who ate your last piece of chocolate pepperoni pizza I'm sorry man I was so hungry.'' ''Told you it wasn't me'' Caitlin muttered.

''Release my sons and their friend now!'' Suddenly, everyone looked up and saw Splinter standing there. Tiger Claw glared at him(Japanese) ''an ancient proverb says: ''Even a cornered rate will bite a cat.'' Is that so?'' Splinter glared back, (Japanese) ''Come and find out.''

Tiger Claw drew one of his guns and started firing at him with Splinter dodging the blasts, and also throwing bricks at him. Tiger Claw growled, and took out his sword, ''I prefer to slice you into bite size pieces.'' They two charged at each other.

It was hard to tell what was happening in the fray, but it seemed that Splinter kept dodging Tiger Claw's attacks until Tiger Claw broke his staff in half.

Tiger Claw chuckled, ''now you are defenseless.'' ''A ninja is never defenseless.'' He started throwing shriukens at him and kept dodging his attacks, until he was able to grab his sword. ''You will not set me up so easily.'' He started hitting him with pressure points until Tiger Claw was at the edge of the roof.

''And now, we shall see if a cat always lands on his feet.'' ''Now!'' nearby Karai took a blowgun and fired a tranquilizer at Splinter. ''Ha. You loose rat.'' Splinter looked over and saw Karai ''Miwa…'' was the last thing he said before he fainted.

Tiger Claw chuckled, ''he was quite a challenge, not like that boy from earlier.'' Caitlin's eyes went wide, ''Chris?'' she glared at Karai, ''what did you do?!''

''What I had to.''

''Are you crazy you should have kept him out of this! if you wanted to deal with someone then deal with me!'' Caitlin struggled in the net as Mikey and Raph tried to calm her down and Leo looked at Karai.

''Karai, Karai don't do this, Splinter, he's your'e father, your'e true father.''

''Liar! you'd say anything to save him!''

''No, I swear it, he's your'e father Hamato Yoshi.''

''If you won't be silent,'' Karai took out her sword ''then I'll silence you.''
