Hey guys sorry for the delay again, but I promise I'll be catching up next week because i'm off, Spring Break yay! anyways, part 2? right part 2. Me or AVP5 don't the turtles or any of the characters from the show( :( ), they belong to their rightful owners, I only own Caitlin, an AVP5 owns Chris. Twenty-five: Vengeance is Mine(part 2)
Chris made it back to the lair with Caitlin where she is taken in and was told to get some rest. While she recovered Chris told the turtles, Karai, and Splinter what happened. After he finished he waited for the reaction from the others to see what they were going to do next.
''So they just were attacking innocent people?'' said Leo, ''Master Splinter what do we do about this? it seems like Shredder is making a move.''
Karai nodded, ''I think we should finish this, once and for all.''
''I agree'' Raph said cracking his knuckles as Donnie and Mikey nodded in agreement to. But Master Splinter sensed something was wrong.
''No my sons. I feel these constant attacks are meant to be messages to lure us out to fight.''
''What do you mean Sensei?'' ''the attacks always involve the Footbots, but never involve Shredder's best men. I feel that Shredder's attacks are meant to rile us up so we can be lured into his trap. If we are to take him down we will need to come up with a plan so that we don't fight him on his terms.''
The turtles were silent. ''Yeah Sensei I agree'' said Leo, and the others started to agree. But Karai wasn't happy about this.
''No. I know inside and out of Shredder's lair and we can sneak up on him so we don't fall for his trap.''
''But Karai, Shredder may know about the ways we can get in. Your ways to get into the his lair may not help.''
Karai looked at him, angry. ''You don't know that! I know that place like the back of my hand!''
''I'm sorry Karai I've made my decision. We will wait and plan.'' ''That won't work what happens when someone else gets hurt?! or they find us?!''
''Karai that is enough! I am doing this to protect our family.''
''But-''
''No Karai end of discussion.''
Karai was silent. She had nothing to say. She turned away and ran out of the lair. Leo was going to after her Chris but stepped in.
''I'll go talk to her. Go keep and eye on my sister and make sure she doesn't go off running to another fight.''
Leo nodded, ''I will.''
Chris headed of to find Karai walking along the train tracks, upset. ''Karai! Hold up.'' Chris noticed Karai was ignoring him so he appeared in front of her. ''Karai, come on. Talk to me.''
''There's nothing to say.''
''I think there is. Come on, don't shut me out. Just talk.''
Karai sighed. ''I don't like it. I don't like sitting around planning while Shredder could be out there hurting people, looking for us.''
"You think all of us don't feel the same? I want to go out and kick his ass too after what he did trying to hurt my friends, you, and my sister," Chris began to calm himself down before he continued. "But I also know letting my temper get the better of me is not the way to go rushing into a fight. I learned that the hard way and that's why I know we need to find a way to end this with him without risking more lives."
Karai just stared at him until he was done talking. ''I guess your'e right.''
Chris brought Karai in for a hug. ''Look, I promise we will take Shredder down and make him pay. But we need to be smart and make sure the move we make is not one that will end up with us getting killed.''
''Yeah I know. Think the others are mad at me?''
''Nah, I'm sure they understand how you feel,'' Chris replied. ''And if they are mad then I'll set them straight.''
Karai smiled, ''thanks Chris.''
''Anytime, now why don't you go check on Caitlin and make sure she doesn't get hurt again.''
''Good idea.''
Karai kissed him and walked back to the lair.
As soon as she left Chris sighed as he headed back to his apartment. When he got there he headed to his closet where he pulled open a floorboard from the floor and pulled out Shredder's helmet.
''All right, tin man. Let's see how much you want this back.''

Meanwhile, Shredder was in his lair looking out the window thinking back to a memory about Karai when she was young.
After he finished he heard Talsein voice. ''A penny for your thoughts?'' Talsein walked into the room without his assistant. ''You know I am surprised at how much of a problem these turtles have been causing your men. For someone who claims to be stronger than them I don't see why you don't go out and fight yourselves intstead of sending your henchmen who keep messing up.''
Shredder sighed. ''I tried, yet they continue to fail me.''
''That is why I prefer handling things in person instead of hiding in the shadow. Although without your helmet I can't blame you for not wanting to go out in public.''
Shredder growled, ''I want it back. It is very important.''
''More important than you 'daughter' then? before Shredder could respond he began receiving a message from the Kraang.''
''Aww is your mom calling you?''
''No, shut up.'' He accepted the message and sees it's Chris. ''Hey tin-man it's…OH SHIT! What the hell happened to you?! You look almost as bad as Rahzar, if that was even possible.''
Talsein began to chuckle. ''Oh I like this kid.''
Shredder growled at him, ''What are you do you want boy?!''
''I want to make a deal with you. One where you don't accept, then, Chris shows the Shredder's helmet. "I am going to dump this somewhere in the ocean and you'll never see it again."
Talsein chuckled again. Oh I like this kid a lot.
''What is your deal?''
"The deal is if you leave my friends, family, Karai, and the people of this city alone then you get your helmet back. Along with something I know you have been looking for, which you thought my father destroyed."
Shredder was shocked at that. ''You have what your father was working on?''
"That's right and I know how much you want what I have. So what do you say? Deal or no deal?"
Shredder had to think about that. Give up the city, his rivalry with Splinter and the turtles, loose Karai just to get his helmet back. Was he that desperate? No. But a plan was forming in mind. ''Alright, you give me what I want, and I will give you what you want.''
"Good, and come alone. If I find out your buddies are anywhere nearby then your helmet will have a new friend at the bottom of the sea. And the formula will be gone for good."
The hologram ends and Shredder can turn towards Talsein who seems calm about what just happened.
''Talsein, I have a plan. Will you be willing to help me?''
"No, because I know your plan will fail. Now mine, will work."
''How do you know my plan won't work?''
"Because I knew this was going to happen," Talsein explained. "I knew these attacks would cause one of them to try to find a solution for peace. I actually thought it would be the rat you told me about, but knowing its the boy who seeks peace might work out even better. You will get your helmet back and after that you will get your 'daughter' back."
Shredder looked at him shocked, ''How?''
"By giving your enemies a reason to come to you."
Shredder smiled, ''What an interesting idea.''
"I know."
*…*
Back at the lair, Donnie was still checking on Caitlin when Leo and Karai walked in.
''Hey guys is everything okay? I heard yelling out there.'' Karai looked at Leo, ''yeah everything's okay now.'' Leo nodded, ''yeah don't worry about it. How is she Donnie?''
''She'll be fine but she needs to rest.'' Donnie looked at her, ''And Caitlin no more getting into fights or you'll be bedridden for a while.''
''But Donnie I-'''
''I mean it Caitlin.''
''Donnie's right Caitlin, you need to rest'' said Leo. Caitlin sighed, ''Seriously, I can't just lay around all the time!''
''Caitlin, there right you really need to rest, I don't wanna see you get hurt'' said Karai.
Caitlin sighed, ''traitor.''
Donnie chuckled, ''sorry Caitlin your on bed rest'' said Donnie, as he walked out to get something. Caitlin looked at Leo and Karai, ''so what's our next move?''
''Uh…'' Leo was unsure what to say since Karai was in the room, ''It's okay Leo as long as whatever your planning it will help stop Shredder's attack on people.''
''Okay, I'll tell you. I'm planning that we'll go after Shredder, but first we'll take out the Footbots, distract Tiger Claw, Rahzar, and Fishface so Splinter can fight him and have him submit.''
''Hmm sounds good'' Caitlin replied. But Karai was still unsure. ''I don't know guys. Are you sure this will work I'm still unsure about this.''
''Karai, I promise you this will work and he won't anyone anymore.''
''I believe him'' said Caitlin, ''please Karai this will work.'' Karai nodded, ''alright I trust you. But I feel like we still have a back up plan.'' ''Don't worry were working on it, but we need Chris's help if things go south'' said Leo.
''Agreed.'' She pulled out her phone and called him, but he didn't answer. ''Strange, he's not answering.'' ''Let me try.'' Caitlin pulled out her phone and called him to. No answer. ''Hmm where can he be?''

Meanwhile, Shredder was at the docks waiting for Chris to arrive.
He waited around alone looking around wondering where the boy is at. "You actually came alone," he turns around and sees Chris standing across from him holding the helmet in one hand, while in the other a folder. "That's actually very surprising that you did what you said you were going to do."
Shredder was silent. "What's the matter? Cat got your tongue?"
''Give me my hemet.''
"First you have to agree to the terms of our deal. You stay away from the city, my friends, sister, and Karai. You do that and you get you helmet back, along with the location of where the formula is at. You don't then we're ending this."
Shredder slowly nodded.
Chris extends the helmet out, but as soon as he did someone appeared from the water and tosses a shuriken at Chris. He dodges the attack, but is kicked in the chest knocking him towards a nearby container dropping the items he brought with him. The figure picks up the helmet and folder then approaches Shredder. "Delivered as promised."
Chris gets up coughing and sees who attacked him. "Hey! I said not to bring anyone."
Shredder glared at him. ''I lied.''
Chris charged at Shredder using his speed, but the figure stands in front of him and from his left wrist an energy shield appeared knocking Chris back towards the container. "Your fight is with me boy, not him."
Shredder put his helmet back on. ''Talsein, deal with this boy.''
"With pleasure," as Shredder takes off Chris faces Talsein. "So, you must be the boy that has been causing Shredder a lot of problems. I have to admit when I saw your powers on display I was very impressed. So impressed that it got me interested in wanting to meet you."
"Really?" Chris asked. "I'm touched that you would want to meet with me. Although I'm not too keen on talking to a servant of Shredder."
"I don't serve Shredder. He hired me for a job and intend to complete it," in Talsein's right wrist an energy sword appeared. "And I intend to keep it by giving him what he wants."
Talsein charges at Chris, who uses his speed to dodge the attacks and tries countering. Talsein blocks them though with his energy shield, knocking the boy back. He charges at him again swinging his energy sword, which Chris dodged and almost gets slashed numerous times. He backs away from Talsein, until his back was against one of the containers.
Talsein thrusts his sword, but Chris ducks as the blade goes through the container. Chris uses his super speed to speed his hands up as he delivers fast jabs to Talsein's gut and an uppercut knocking him across the ground. He tackles Talsein and uses his speed to go through a nearby warehouse where they continued fighting. Outside Hayami, Talsein's assistant watched on as she listened the commotion coming from inside the warehouse.
She wanted to get involved and assist Talsein, but he ordered her not to and make sure no one gets involved in the fight. Chris is seen being tossed out of the warehouse, but he got back on his feet as Talsein charges at him. He uses his speed to circle around Talsein and create a whirlwind to try lifting Talsein off from the ground. Talsein pulls out small pellets and tosses them into the whirlwind causing them to conduct electricity all around shocking both men.
Chris falls to the ground and begins breathing heavily as he tries getting up. Talsein is the first to get up on his feet though and looks like he wasn't affected by the electricity.
Talsein grabs Chris by the throat and slams him into the container. Chris tries punching him again, but Talsein presses a button on his belt sending electricity through his arms and into Chris causing him to scream in pain. Talsein stops the shocks and sees Chris has not much left in him to continue fighting. "I'll say this much. You are a worthy opponent and I am glad to have been able to fight you."
Just then Hayami comes down from the container and points to a nearby container where they see Karai heading their way. Talsein nods towards Hayami as he faces Chris.
"Next time we meet though you better get stronger. Otherwise I will kill you."
He then tosses Chris into the water, just as Karai arrived.
''Chris!'' Karai shouted and dived into the water after him.
She finds him and pulls him to the surface. Leo and the others arrive helping get Chris out of the water, but he isn't breathing. Karai performed mouth-to-mouth to help him. She saves him, but he is still hurt and they get him back to the lair.
