Hi guys sorry for the delay(school got busy again) I didn't mean to leave you guys hanging. Anyway, let's continue with the Invasion shall we? I don't own the turtles or any of the characters from the show, they belong to their rightful owners, I only own Caitlin and AVP5 owns Chris. Twenty-Nine: Invasion(part 2)

Meanwhile, back to Mikey, Donnie, April and Caitlin had made it out of the sewers, past all the Kraang and to April's apartment. Mikey had set Caitlin on the couch and told her to rest, while April grabbed the first aid kit and started fixing up Donnie's leg.

Caitlin let out a sigh, ''I hope Chris and Leo come back soon, I'm starting to get worried.'' April nodded, ''we all are Caitlin.''

But April's dad was freaking out. ''The city is overrun what are we-what is anyone gonna do?!'' while this was happening, April was fixing up Donnie's arm.

He was quiet for a minute before he found the courage to speak. ''April now that it's the end of the world and all, again, I-I figure how I feel a-OW!'' he shouted as April tied his bandage on too tight.

''Oh sorry Donnie, maybe you should stop talking it makes things hurt more.'' Caitlin rolled her eyes at that as they still heard the invasion outside.

''Were doomed! doomed oh my poor sweet April…'' April's dad whimpered kneeling on the floor.

''Don't worry Mr. O'Neil this whole alien invasion thing is no big deal look.'' Mikey opened the curtains as everyone saw Kraang, people running, and laser blasts everywhere. ''Oh never mind.'' And April's dad fainted.

*…*

Meanwhile, Leo had gotten rid of the Kraang and had ended up in a construction site as Footbots kept coming at him while not too far away, Shredder and his henchmen looked on.

''He fights bravely'' said Tiger Claw. Shredder nodded, ''he is young overconfident, foolish.'' They continued to watch on as Leo sliced through another Footbot.

''Do not take chances with him master,'' said Rahzar ''we should destroy him quickly.''

''Archers, fire!'' Shredder's archers took their aim, and fired at Leo. And Leo did his best to avoid the arrows while to Footbots kept coming.

He kept tearing through one after another, but one of them knocked him into a ditch. ''Now you may finish him.''

Rahzar, Fishface, and Tiger Claw charged for him. Just before they could attack him, they are kicked in the faces knocking them away from Leo who looks on surprised.

He then saw Chris appear in front of him revealing he is the one that attacked the Shredder's men.

"You okay?"

Leo groaned, ''not really, everything hurts. What are you doing here?''

"Well I was looking for Karai, but then I noticed you getting your butt handed to you. So I came to help you out and make sure you don't end up dead. Otherwise my sister would be heartbroken."

Leo nodded and tried to stand up, ''thanks Chris.''

"No problem."

Shredder saw Chris and growled at him, ''leave boy this has nothing to do with you.''

Chris looks up and narrowed his eyes at Shredder. "You killed my parents, took my sister away from me, and you turned my girlfriend into a snake because of your stupid vendetta. I think I have everything to do with this, because I'm going to kick your ass."

Shredder laughed, he looked his men who were recovering from Chris's attack. ''Tiger Claw! destroy them!''

They charged at Chris, but he disappeared along with Leo moving away from the bad guys. They arrived in the alley near April's place where Leo falls to the ground breathing heavily from the force of the speed Chris used to get them away.

''Chris…they'll come after you…y-you need to…agh!''

"Take it easy. This is the first time I used my powers to get you away from a fight. From the looks of things this is the first time I got anyone away with injuries like yours. So its no surprise that your body is still recovering from what happened," Chris looks over to see Raph and Casey not far from where they are. "I'm going to leave you with the others. Get out of the city and make sure my sister doesn't come back until she is ready."

Before Leo could say anything Chris hits him behind his head and knocks him out. Chris then grabbed his weapons and puts them away in their sheath just as Raph and Casey arrived to see Leo on the ground unconscious.

''Leo!'' ''oh no he's unconscious dude!'' ''let's get him inside, hurry!''

Chris watches as they take him away and get inside the apartment. Now to settle this fight with Shredder.

Chris heads off to find Tiger Claw, Rahzar, and Fishface looking for them. He first took out the foot bots ripping their heads off so fast that they didn't see him coming. He then took out Rahzar punching him so far he is send flying through a wall. He then destroys Fishface's device causing him to lose his robotic legs and is then tossed into a sushi shop.

Tiger Claw didn't react to this in any way knowing who it was that took out Fishface and Rahzar. He looks behind him and sees Chris standing across from him with a serious look.

''Well, well look who came back. Where's the turtle?''

"Safe with the others. But you shouldn't be interested with him or the others at the moment. You and I we have some business that needs to be settled," said Chris recalling the first time they fought he was taken out, then there was the second time when he defeated Tiger Claw, and now they are going to fight again. "You and me. One-on-one. No one gets involved."

''Hmph. Very well boy, if you insist.''

*…*

Back at April's apartment, April splashed some water on her father waking him up. ''Ugh, I just the worst dream, the Kraang were trying to invade.''''Don't worry Mr. O'Neil reality is way worse than your nightmare'' said Mikey and Donnie slapped him as Mr. O'Neil started panicking again.

Suddenly, the group saw Raph and Casey run in, with Leo on Raph's back. Caitlin's eyes grew wide, ''Leo!'' her and his brothers raced over to them, ''what happened?''

''We found him on the steps outside,'' said Raph ''but he's still breathing.'' Caitlin nodded, ''and…did you guys see my brother?'' Raph and Casey looked at each other before Casey looked at her, ''I'm sorry Caitlin we haven't seen him.''

Caitlin was silent. She didn't know what to do, but she knew she couldn't cry. ''We need to find him.'' ''Caitlin, there's no time Kraang Prime is stomping this way'' said Raph.

''I don't care, I need to find my brother!''

''Caitlin calm down,'' said Donnie putting a hand on here shoulder. 'Look, how about we go back to the lair, find Splinter and figure out what to do. Okay?''

''Fine.''

''Come on we gotta go.'' Raph adjusted Leo on his back again as they made their way out of the apartment. They raced down the street where they saw a tied dyed van. ''What's this?'' ''it's my van from my hippie days,'' said Mr. O'Neil ''groovy.'' Next thing they knew, mutagen was spilled on him as his body stretched and transformed into a Kraang mutant.

Kraang Prime laughed evilly at the transformation, and was about to transformed the others, but they jumped into the van escaped.

*…*

A few minutes later, everyone got out of the van. April, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey were heading back to the lair, while Caitlin was going to look for her brother. ''I'll find you guys later, be careful.'' They nodded, as Casey drove off to look for his family, and Caitlin raced off to look for Chris.

She headed up to their apartment carefully while avoiding any Kraang bots. She made it inside where she sees no one is inside and its dark. But Caitlin continued to search through the darkness.

She looked around the apartment for him, but couldn't find him anywhere.

''Chris? where are you?'' she suddenly heard something coming from the bathroom and raced there and saw him taking care of his wounds and looked hurt.

"Hey, you found me," said Chris trying to smile and hide his wound. Caitlin was shocked. ''What happened?!''

"Oh nothing just had a run-in with Tiger Claw. How are the others?"

''There on the way back to the lair, and Leo is unconscious.''

"Yeah, I figured as much since I knocked him out," Chris finishes patching his injury and goes for the door, but Caitlin stopped him.

''Chris where are you going?''

"To find Karai. She's out there and I need to find her." ''Chris no your'e hurt.''

"I'm fine. Just to lie down for a second and..." Chris almost falls, but Caitlin keeps him from falling and helps set him down to the floor.

''Okay seriously your in no shape to be looking for Karai. We got to get to the others and get out of the city.''

She went to grab some things, and when she turned around she saw her brother laughing.

"Its funny how not so long ago you and I were on opposite sides fighting one another. Now here we are with the same side you used to fight for trying to kill us. Interesting how life turned out huh?"

''Yeah it is. But, I'm glad things turned out better and I found you.''

Chris nods in agreement when Kraang bots burst in and began opening fire. Caitlin uses her powers to knock the ones nearby to the wall, while Chris gets up and uses his speed to take the ones behind his sister out. They see more Kraang bots coming along with the Shredders men. Chris goes to the closet and pulls the wall away revealing a secret staircase.

"Caitlin, take these stairs and they'll take you to the next building. Go find the others and I'll meet you outside the city."

Caitlin nodded, ''be careful Chris.''

She headed down the stairs as fast as she could and…she heard an explosion in the apartment. ''Chris!'' she wanted to run back, but she knew Chris would want her to keep going.

So she headed to the next building and raced to the lair to find the others.

Meanwhile, Raph, Mikey, Donnie and April made it back to the lair. The guys quickly grabbed a few things, Raph grabbing an old picture of Spike, Donnie grabbing Sensei's picture of when he was human and his tool kit, and Mikey, of course, grabbed Ice Cream Kitty and a few frozen pizzas.

They raced to the entrance to the lair where April was waiting for them and was trying to sense where Master Splinter was when they heard footsteps. Caitlin. ''Guys…''

''Did you find Chris?'' Raph asked her. ''I did, but…'' Caitlin was silent. Mikey gave her a hug, ''don't worry, I'm sure he's okay.''

Caitlin nodded but she just wasn't so sure. Suddenly, April held her head in pain ''April what is it?''

''Master Splinter, I can sense him he's close.'' ''Let's go!'' they raced out of the lair and down the tunnels of the sewers until they reached a dead end and saw Master Splinter just barely fighting off the Shredder.

''Now I will tear you to pieces!'' ''Sensei!''

''Go leave this place!''

''Fitting that your sons and their friends are here to see you fall'' said Shredder knocking Splinter down. ''You can do it Master Splinter!'' shouted April, as Master Splinter got up again and charged for him.

But Shredder cheated and threw a smoke bomb in his eyes and got the advantage injuring him. ''No!'' he knocked him out and lifted him up and opened up a drainage pipe, and threw him into the sewers.

''NO!'' Raph glared at him, ''you, you monster!'' he struggled against the bars trying to get to Shredder but he ignored him and Shredder slowly walked away.

Raph screamed and pulled and punched the bars, while Mikey tried to calm him down, ''Raph enough!'' and he tackled him into a hug, ''it's okay bro Sensei is a master ninja everything's gonna be just fine.''

Caitlin couldn't believe this was happening and neither could April. Donnie reached to touch her shoulder, ''April…'' ''were not running Donnie, were gonna put an end to this.''

*…*

While Caitlin went to go find Casey, the others decided that it was time to bring out the turtle mech.

It stomped through the streets, stomping on Kraang and breathing fire. They kept fighting Kraang off and stomping through the streets, until they reached Shredder's lair.

''There it is Shredder's lair let's get him!'' shouted Mikey, but they were cut off when Kraang Prime blasted at them.

Kraang Prime roared at them, ''I think were in trouble'' said April, Raph agreed ''we won't stand a chance in this thing!''

''We can do this,'' said Mikey ''super robo mega force fought way bigger enemies.'' Donnie pulled a lever that released a can of toxic waste on Kraang Prime. ''Booyakasha!''

''Ah!'' Kraang Prime screamed, ''lowly insects do you think Kraang be stopped? it was Kraang who found your'e planet years ago. It was Kraang who used mutagen on the monkeys turning them into lowly humans. And it was Kraang who now transformed your world.''

Kraang Prime tried to fire at them as they raced down the street in the Turtle Mech before one of the blasters knocked them down.

''Donnie, Donnie get this thing moving Donnie!'' Raph shouted, ''we got one last trick left but it might fry the mech.''

April looked as she saw Kraang Prime getting closer, ''I don't think we have a choice.'' Donnie nodded and fired the electric harpoon. Kraang Prime screamed and fell down in defeat, knocking out power to the city.

''Yes Kraang Prime is toast!'' Raph shouted as they cheered but what they didn't see was Kraang Prime climbing out of the suit and charging for them.

They quickly climbed out of the Turtle Mech and raced away from Kraang Prime, but they were soon cornered. ''You will all suffer!'' but Caitlin appeared out of nowhere and used her powers on Kraang Prime.

''Get away from my friends!'' Casey drove up in the van a second later, and they all climbed in, escaping the city.

Caitlin put on blanket on Leo who was still knocked out and looked at the others, ''where are we gonna go?''

''I have a place we can go upstate, my old family home we used to go there every summer. We can as long as we want, no one's around for miles.''

''Upstate, sounds good to Casey Jones'' said Casey. ''Did you find your dad and little sister?''

''No…they probably got Kraangatized.'' April gave him a hug as Caitlin brought her knees up to her chest as she started to cry. Chris…I'm sorry…whatever happened, wherever you are, I hope your alright.

Donnie gave her a hug and looked over at Leo as one thought came to his mind. I'm sorry Leo.

Mikey moved close to Raph and hugged him to, ''what's gonna happen now Raph?''

''For the first time in my life I have no idea little brother.''

Mikey sniffed, ''I miss Master Splinter.'' Everyone nodded as they fell into a silence at having been defeated and left the city not looking back.

*…*

Meanwhile in a deep part of the sewers, Karai had brought Master Splinter to safety. After making sure he would be alright, she slithered back into the water and went to another part of the sewers where Chris was. Earlier she found him unconscious just outside of his apartment, which got blown up earlier. She saw more Kraang Bots heading their way so she grabbed him and they went into the sewers to escape.

Once she got him to safety she left to find Splinter in the sewer as well, unconscious and rescued him as well. After making sure Chris's injuries are not severe she wrapped her tail around him and curled around him to keep him safe.
