Omg I am so friggin excited! okay, I know this episode was just a filler, but this episode it's too cool not to to do. So yes dear readers, here come the Dream Beavers. I don't own the Dream Beavers, or the turtles or any of the characters from the show, they belong to their rightful owners, I only own Caitlin, and AVP5 owns Chris.

Thirty-Two: In Dreams
A couple of weeks later, the turtles and the gang were finally getting used to life on the farm. But once, again the past week had been, well kind of crazy.
The guys finally had enough and yelled at Mikey and he got upset and ran into a clan of mutated frogs, and one of them sounded like a character from a movie Caitlin had seen a long time ago(wink, wink).
Anyway, the frogs attacked them at the farmhouse, kidnapped April and Casey, realized they were wrong, and that they weren't the enemy then headed south.
Yep, it had been another weird adventure. But it was just about to get weirder. Weirder and very, very scary.
*…*
Donnie was running through the streets of New York as fast as he could trying to get away from something that was chasing him. ''Wait how did I get here?''
He heard something behind him and turned around. ''Something's out there, but what?'' He then saw a strange creature behind him as it roared and Donnie ran again until he reached a rooftop, trying to hide from the strange creature.
But it reached out it's razor sharp claws at him and Donnie screamed, hiding under a water tower. But the creature was already behind him and drooled slime on him.
Donnie shuddered as he screamed and ran for it again, trying to hide in a dumpster. But the creature's red eyes glowed in the darkness as Donnie screamed when the creature lunged for him.
*…*
It was just like any other morning at the farmhouse. Caitlin meditating trying get control of her powers, while also watching the Mikey and Raph spar and Leo practicing with his sword, and waiting for Donnie to come down who was still asleep.
''So is Donnie coming down or what?'' asked Raph, ''couldn't wake him up so I threw some dirty underwear on his face'' Mikey replied chasing after him.
Raph tried tackling him, but Mikey moved out of the way. Raph rolled his eyes, as he raced over to Leo and tried to attack, but Leo easily blocked his attack.
''Nice, looking good Leo your'e really coming along.'' Leo smiled as he put his sword away, but sighed when he looked over at Caitlin.
''Come on, come on…'' she had been focusing her powers so hard the past couple of weeks since April and her destroyed the shapeshifter. She thought they had them working again, but after a few days they started slipping away again.
''….please, come on'' Leo walked over to her and put a hand on her shoulder. ''Caitlin, maybe you should take a break.''
''I can't, I need to find control.'' Leo put her hand underneath her chin and tilted it up so she was looking right at him. ''You will, I promise.''
Caitlin nodded and hugged him. Leo smiled, and let go as he saw April and Casey walk out of the farmhouse.
''Hey guys, were heading down to the store.'' ''Any requests?''
''Ooh, ooh, ooh'' said Mikey, ''I need some spicy gummy worms need!''
''Yeah he's not gonna have that.'' ''That store is tiny Mikey it's the kind of place that has peanut butter or jelly.'' ''Aw man I was really hoping to get some!''
''Sorry Mikey.'' April and Casey got in the van, ''be back in a few'' said Casey as they drove off.
Leo looked over at Raph, ''okay let's do this.'' Leo charged at him and Raph tried to dodge him, but Leo grabbed him and started kicking before Raph got a way and blocked another kick with his fist.
But Leo screamed as his leg started to act up again and got down on his knees the pain was unbearable.
''Leo are you alright?" Caitlin asked rushing over to his side as Mikey walked over to. ''Leo you were hurt bad bro you gotta give yourself time to heal.''
''Yeah but how long? this taking forever'' Leo slowly stood up and Caitlin went to help him, ''I'm fine, I'm fine I'm just gonna minute.''
''Good, some rest should help.'' Caitlin frowned as she watched Leo walked into the house. Oh Leo please feel better soon.

Leo laid back on the couch watching Krognard the Barbain. His leg suddenly acted up again. ''Agh! sleeping isn't help. Guys I'm going for a walk.
''Rock on bro!'' Mikey shouted, ''be careful Leo!" Caitlin shouted as well. Leo sighed as he walked outside and looked up at the stars above him.
''This taking forever, I'm never gonna get any better!'' suddenly one of the stars turned out to be a comet and Leo just managed to get out of the way as it landed.
Leo gasped as he limped over to the comet, ''whoa.'' Leo knew he shouldn't have put he put his hand on the comet but he did as it shocked him and knocking him back.
''Weird that didn't even hurt'' he said standing up. ''And my leg, my leg doesn't hurt either. In fact, I feel great!'' Leo suddenly jumped into the air, and kicked a tree. Man this is so awesome!

Meanwhile, April and Casey reached a general store that wasn't too far away from the farmhouse. It was quiet as they went inside and they walked down the aisles looking for supplies.
Suddenly as April was looking around she ran into the owner. She took a step back, because a little…creepy. But he just smiled at her, ''hey there name's Bernie I just brought this place.''
''One purpose?'' Casey him, but Bernie ignored him, ''finding everything you need?'' ''you got any spicy gummy worms?'' April asked him.
He gave her a weird look, ''is that bait? you mean bait?'' ''it's candy.'' ''Oh, I got candy''
''What kind?'' ''brown, but it used to be yellow.'' While they were talking, Casey snuck behind the counter looking around until he saw a strange book locked in a glass case.
''Obturacucum Somniorum?'' Bernie suddenly appeared next to him and grabbed his wrist. ''Nobody touches that book. Understand?'' Casey nodded and backed away.
April then walked up with a crate filled with the stuff they needed. ''Hey I got what we need should last a few days.'' Bernie ran up the groceries, ''so I thought nobody around here.''
''Why would you buy a store where you thought nobody lived?''
''I like my alone time.'' He gave them a suspicious look, ''Mind the stuff your buying must be for five or six people.''
''Uh, just to, us two the two of us'' said Casey as they slowly started to back away.
''Uh huh. Tell me, you've been tired lately? real tired?''
''No were fine'' April said as they both finally left the store.
Bernie sighed, ''maybe it won't happen this time.''
*…*
Meanwhile, Leo was still running around, jumping through the air having fun. ''Whoo hoo! check me out'' he suddenly used super speed and he smiled. ''Just like Chris! dude this is awesome! I am superhero!''
''What does every superhero need?'' said a voice. Leo turned around, ''who's there?''
''Dire Beaver. I'm everything you ever feared in one convenient horrifying package. And I'm gonna something about pain.''
Suddenly, something knocked Leo down and when he looked up, he saw a giant purple beaver. The beaver put his foot on him to keep down as it laughed manically.
*…*
Meanwhile, Mikey had grabbed a marker and was drawing on Leo's face. ''Man he must have been tired'' said Raph as he watched Mikey.
''He looks good though, handsome.'' Raph grinned, ''nice work. You know, I'm pretty tired myself'' he said as he walked over to a chair, ''a little shut eye won't hurt anything right?''
Mikey yawned, ''me to'' he grinned and walked over to Raph with the marker, ''don't even think about it.'' Mikey shrugged and went to the other chair and sat down.
''Naps are nature hugs…'' he said as he slowly fell asleep. Just then, April and Casey came back and walked in seeing them asleep.
''Were out there taking care of business and what are they doing? squat.'' ''Donnie must be on look out'' the two went upstairs to look for him.
And found Donnie upstairs sleeping with a pair of dirty underwear on his head. ''…Or not.'' Casey laughed, ''those weird teeth of his make him whistle.''
Just then Caitlin walked in. ''Guys is everything okay?'' ''we don't know,'' said April ''all of the turtles are asleep.''
''That's weird, Leo came into rest but Mikey and Raph were still training when I saw them.'' April walked over to Donnie and took the underwear off his head. ''Wait something's not right….Donnie, Donnie, Donnie!''

''Peek a boo, I see you!'' Donny screamed as he raced around a corner trying to escape but ran right into the creature that he was running from, a huge beaver with dark red fur, a flaming skull on his stomach, red glowing eyes and long razor sharp claws.
''I am Dark Beaver, may I eat you?'' he laughed manically, ''You look salty.'' Donnie screamed as Dark Beaver tried to bite his head off, and ran into a building.
He tried to catch his breath but all of the door opened and wind blew everything in a small hurricane and three Dark Beavers started stalking towards him.
''This can't be real, I must be dreaming I just have to wake up'' he started to slap himself, ''wake up, wake up, wake up!''
''No!'' Donnie screamed as he woke up in his bed. He tried to catch his breath. He checked under the bed to see if Dark Beaver was there, but didn't see anything and sighed in relief.
But Dark Beaver appeared behind him. ''Still here, still going to eat you my salty, salty friend'' he said as he ran one of his claws across Donnie's face. He laughed again as everything faded to black.

Meanwhile, April and Caitlin went to check on the others as Casey dragged Donnie downstairs. ''Come on dude wake up already'' he said kicking Donnie's shell.
April looked at him, ''that's not gonna work.'' ''It was worth a try, plus I've always kind of wanted to do that.''
Caitlin smacked him as April checked on Raph. ''I don't understand it, they won't wake up. It's like there trapped, trapped in their dreams.''
*…*
Raph sat in a dark room with a box of pizza on the table and his brothers staring at him strangely. Their eyes completely white.
Suddenly, another beaver popped out from inside the pizza box. This one had tan fur, had the razor sharp claws and red eyes like the others and a skull on his chest.
''I am Dread Beaver, and your soul is mine!'' the scene suddenly changed, as blue fire appeared behind him, his brothers playing guitars, and snakes came out of the ground tying him to his chair. Dread Beaver laughed evilly as he clapped his paws together transforming into a giant snake.
Raph stared at him in shock as he let out another cry of fear.
*…*
Meanwhile, Mikey was walking through a candy forrest where every single thing had a happy smiling face. He then saw a blue and pink beaver with cute little cheeks, not so razor sharp claws and pink heart on his chest.
''I'm Dave Beaver, I'm supposed to scare you.''
''Really? than I guess you should have left your adorable buck teeth at home.''
''They are adorable aren't they?''
''And check out your little paddle tail. You wanna play ping pong?''
Dave Beaver laughed, ''I kind of do.'' Mikey was then hit in the head with a smiling ball, but smiled as the two of them started to play ping pong.
*…*
Mikey smiled happily in his sleep. ''Mikey kind of looks okay'' said Casey, ''yeah but his pulse is getting weaker, they all are.''
''So they're sick?'' Caitlin shook her head, ''no, this is something else, I can sense it.'' April nodded, ''agreed I feel something strange. Like something is draining the life out of them.''
''Can you get through to them somehow?'' April lifted Donnie's head a little, ''I can try.'' ''Wait I wanna help to'' said Caitlin holding Leo's hand. ''You sure Caitlin?'' ''I'm positive, if something is after the guys I wanna know what it is.''
''Alright.'' ''Hey wait a minute…that Bernie guy asked if we've been feeling tired'' said Casey.
''And that book he had sominourum it's latin for dreams or of the dreams.'' Casey grabbed his baseball bat, ''I'll go see what's in that book you do what you can here.''
Both girls nodded, as Casey left. ''You ready?'' ''Ready.'' Both girls concentrated their powers as best as they could and made their way into the turtles dreams.
*…*
Donnie was running as fast as he could still trying to get away from Dark Beaver as he tried lunging at him, and trying to bite him. ''No!'' he raced down a hallway and came out of the fridge in the lair.
As he was catching his breath he noticed a coffee can on the table. ''Wait…is that April?''
''Wake up!'' Suddenly Donnie was attacked by millions of Dark Beavers in front of him. ''Ah!''
*…*
Leo was still trying to fight off Dire Beaver but it was a loosing battle. Dire Beaver suddenly punched him sending him flying through the air. Dire Beaver then flung himself into the air about to deliver a final blow when….Leo's T-phone rang.
''Well? aren't ya gonna answer?'' Leo gave him a strange look, ''okay…'' Leo brought out his T-phone and answered. It was April. ''Leo! you have to wake up.''
''I am awake, I got superpowers from a meteor and now I'm fighting a giant beaver and-hey am I dreaming you?''
Dire Beaver grinned at him. ''Not a chance'' Dire Beaver delivered the final blow sending Leo hurtling towards the sun.
*…*
Raph let out another cry of terror as the snake Dread Beaver turned into hissed at him and ate his brothers, and lunged for him. Until…''Raph you have to wake up!''
''Huh?'' ''Dread Beaver cleared his throat. ''Pardon me.'' Dread Beaver hissed at him.
*…*
Mikey was starting to feel tired as he was still playing ping pong with Dave Beaver. ''Man this ping pong is really wearing me out.''
''That's because I'm draining your'e life force.''
''Oh right.''
''psst,'' suddenly a talking lollipop started talking to him. ''Hey Mikey, April says you should wake up.''
''Please I know better than to listen to a giant talking lollipop, I learned that one the hard way.'' Mikey groaned as the ball smacked his face again.
*…*
''Guys? April? hello?'' Caitlin suddenly found herself in the middle of nowhere, with nothing but darkness surrounding her. ''Hello? where is everybody?''
''So this is the great and powerful ninja. The one with all the powers.'' Caitlin froze as she heard a deep menacing voice. ''Who's there?''
The voice laughed, ''You really want to know?''
''I'm not asking again, who are you?!'' all was silent for a moment until a giant beaver with black and purple fur, razor sharp claws and dark purple eyes stared at her.
''Destruction Beaver. I'm everything that you will cause. You will loose control of your powers. Destroy everything in your touch.''
Caitlin gasped as she suddenly realized she was dreaming. ''No…no that will never happen! I'm just dreaming this!'' she held her head, ''I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming wake up!''
Destruction Beaver laughed at her. ''Oh your not just dreaming, welcome to your nightmare.''
Suddenly, the darkness disappeared beneath her and Caitlin started to fall until Destruction Beaver caught her in her tail. ''You can't stop it. Eventually it will happen, and you will destroy everyone you care about.'' Destruction Beaver showed her images of herself destroying everything thing in her path. Buildings, cars, and other things as she made her way towards April, Casey and the turtles, who were trying to stop her.
One by one she watched herself destroyed them. Casey. April. Donnie. Mikey. Raph. And the worst off all was watching herself destroy Leo. She tried to look away but Destruction Beaver grabbed her chin making her watch.
''Don't deny it Caitlin. This is who your are.''
The evil Caitlin that was being shown in the vision looked up at her. And smiled. ''No…no, no!'' She kicked Destruction Beaver away from her.
Destruction Beaver growled and charged at her. Caitlin tried her best to fight back but Destruction Beaver was too strong for her as she kicked Caitlin away. ''I knew you wouldn't be able to fight back.''
Caitlin sighed as she sunk to the ground, defeated Destruction Beaver smiled as she was about to deliver the final blow. But suddenly, something knocked her out of the way. Caitlin saw someone's hand in front of and could not believe what she saw. ''Chris?''
"Hey Caitlin, you okay? Sorry if I came a little late. Being far from each other made it difficult for me to find you, especially due to..."
Caitlin hugged him, ''oh thank God your alive.''
Chris returns the hug glad to see his sister is okay. "Same to you. Although things aren't looking so good huh?"
Caitlin sighed, ''no there not. My powers aren't working right and I can't get out of this nightmare.''
"You can't use your powers? Well, why not? I mean when we fought you were such a natural. Now, I can tell your afraid to use them, why is that?"
''I'm afraid I'll hurt the guys, April, Casey, Leo…I don't have control, I haven't since we left New York.''
"I know your afraid and believe me that's natural to feel that way, but right now you can't let fear get in the way of protecting everyone. Sure the thought of hurting them will pop into your mind from time to time, but as long as you stay confident in your powers, and remember why you use them then you will overcome that fear," Chris placed his hands on her shoulders and begins to smile. "Fight to protect them, use your powers to save them, and don't let fear keep you from doing what is right. So go out there and show that ugly rodent just how powerful you really are when you fight to protect everyone you love."
Caitlin smiled. ''Yeah you're right.'' Just then the two of them could see Destruction Beaver starting to recover and glaring angrily at them. ''Caitlin, I have to go our link is still weak for me to stay. When you guys get back to the city, find us and be careful.''
''But Chris I-'' but he vanished before Caitlin could say anything more but was left was he said. Us, he wasn't alone.
Destruction Beaver laughed at her. '''Ha! that was it? I should've known that your brother would have to come and save you. But he's not here now. Your'e defenseless. Your'e nothing. Your'e just nothing but a sad little weak girl.''
Caitlin closed her eyes ignoring Destruction Beaver as she continued to taunt her. She then opened them as she saw Destruction Beaver stare right at her. ''I'm not the one who's weak. You are.''
She used her powers on her knocking Destruction Beaver away from her. She quickly walked over to her and lifted her into the air. ''And you can't destroy me.'' She then used her powers slamming Destruction Beaver into the ground knocking her out.
Caitlin sighed. And Destruction Beaver and the remnants of her dream slipped away. But the last thing she saw again was evil Caitlin and she stared right at her as she finally disappeared. Caitlin was left alone in the darkness again. But she soon heard screaming. ''Guys…'' and she raced off to find the turtles.

Meanwhile, Donnie was still fighting off Dark Beaver as he threw him into a building and trying to figure out what April was trying to say. ''She's trying to tell me something…''
Suddenly a newspaper flew in front of his face with April on it. ''You have to wake up, wake up!'' ''This is a…dream?'' Dark Beaver growled at him and lunged for him, but Donnie hit him with his Bo.
''So you figured out eh? clever boy, clever salty boy.'' He scratched at him with his claws, bringing the other turtles into the dream.
Leo looked around,''Whoa what's going on?''
''I'm having the weirdest dream'' said Donnie.
''You can't be dreaming, I'm here.''
''Cause I'm dreaming you!''
''Maybe I'm dreaming you, but your not dreaming me.''
Mikey sighed as he looked around. ''Aw man where did all the candy go?''
''Hang on,'' said Raph ''Guys I think were all in the same dream.''
Leo looked over at him,''That's impossible''
''Nothing's impossible for the Dream Beavers'' Dark Beaver said speaking up. Donnie chuckled, ''I'm sorry did you just say Dream Beavers?''
''Olly olly oxenfre.'' Suddenly, the ground began to shake and walls broke apart as Dread, Dire, Destruction and Dave appeared and the turtles eyes grew wide.
''You think you are alone in your dreams,'' said Dire ''but no. For years we have lived in this dream dimension stealing the life force from humans draining them dry and-''
''But dudes were not human!'' Dread Beaver smirked at him, ''that is precisely what makes your life force so delicious.''
''Seriously human life force everyday for thousand then one day, turtles.''
''I like chocolate chips cookies.''
''SHUT UP DAVE!''
''Were gonna drain you dry, and spit out the shells!'' they grinned laughing at them, as Dark Beaver looked at Destruction Beaver.
''What happened to you sister?'' Destruction Beaver growled, ''the girl seemed to be more powerful than I thought.''
Leo looked at them. ''Caitlin? what did you to her?!'' Destruction Beaver looked at him. ''Oh relax lover boy, I didn't hurt her to bad.''
Leo glared at her. ''You-''
''Leo relax, it's okay.'' The turtles and beavers looked up seeing Caitlin on a nearby rooftop. ''Caitlin!''
Caitlin smiled at the turtles as she used her powers to make her way down towards them, shocking the beavers. Caitlin glared at Destruction Beaver, ''you ready for round two?''
Destruction Beaver smirked, ''Oh now you want to fight back girl?''
Caitlin continued to glare at her. ''I've been to fight back. But I didn't have the control over my powers I needed. But with a little help from my brother, and getting over my fears, I got what I needed to help me get my powers back under control. A wake up call.''
''Wait Chris is alive?'' Mikey asked her, ''yeah can we talk about this later when were not sleeping and dreaming about giant beavers?''
''ENOUGH!'' shouted Dire Beaver, ''DESTROY THEM!''
And Dire Beaver lunged for them.

Meanwhile, Casey had gone back to Bernie's convince store to get some answers, but what he got was the man coming at him with a crazed look in his eye, chainsaw in his hand, and ranting something about Dream Beavers.
''Would you knock it off-I'm just trying- to help my friends!'' ''What? I can't hear you over- the chainsaw!''
Casey then grabbed his bat, and broke the chainsaw. ''Uh, give me a minute here.'' Bernie tried to restart it, but Casey smacked it out of his hands. ''What is wrong with you?!''
''I-I'm sorry I'm a little high strung. I haven't slept in forty years. Because of the Dream Beavers.''
''What are Dream Beavers?''
''There beings of pure evil from another dimension. You see it all began forty years ago.''
''Nobody asked dude.'' ''I was a physist trying to prove that our dreams take place in dimension of their own. When a defective portal projector short circuited and I lost consciousness. The Dream Beavers had been about to break through into our reality but instead they materialized in the dream dimension. In my dream. When I woke, they remained trapped in the world of dreams, unable to return.''
Bernie took out the book Casey saw earlier, ''As long as this device remains operating-''
''Device? it's a book Bernie!''
''Obturacucum Somniorum means dream plug. For forty years I have protected the plug to ensure that the Dream Beavers remain trapped. For forty years, I have remained a wake so they cannot drain my life force. But they are always near, they attack any one close to me and drain the life from them when they sleep. That's why I came out here far away from everyone.
''Not far enough, their draining my friends right now and your'e gonna do something about it.''
*…*
Back in the world of dreams, the turtles and Caitlin were trying to fight off the Dream Beavers.
''I spy with my little eye…something green!''
''SHUT UP DAVE!'' Mikey was fighting Dave, Donnie was fighting Dark, Caitlin and Destruction were going at it, Raph was fighting Dread.
''Keep going guys!'' Caitlin screamed as she avoided Destruction Beaver's tail and then trying to get out of the way before Dark Beaver stomped on her.
''You know, you won't escape girl,'' Destruction taunted, ''you and your little turtle friends will be trapped here. Forever.''
''That will never happen!'' Caitlin shouted using her powers on her again, knocking her back and going to help the others.''
Destruction Beaver glared at her. ''This isn't over.'' She went to grab Caitlin again, but then something strange happened.
''What's this?''
''The barrier has been broken!''
''We are free, free!''
And the nightmare world of dreams disappeared.
*…*
Caitlin and the turtles each woke with a start. ''What happened?'' Caitlin looked around and saw April, Casey, and Bernie standing over them.
''Your'e okay!'' April shouted giving Donnie a kiss.
''The Obturacucum is broken, the beavers are free free to destroy our world! all is lost!''
Suddenly, the Obturacucum burst open as the Dream Beavers finally escaping making it into our world.
And….
They were about three feet tall.
''Aw dang…'' Mikey waved at Dave, ''hi Dave.'' ''Hi Mikey'' ''shut up Dave!''
Bernie looked at them shocked, ''this is it? this is what I have been protecting the earth from for forty years?! plush toys?!''
Casey was unimpressed. ''If I were you guys, I'd be-''
''Leaving, my thoughts exactly.'' said Dire. Come Beavers let us leave this world for one that is-'' Casey nudged at them with his bat. ''Okay were going, big bully.''
And they disappeared in a puff of smoke. As soon as they were gone, Bernie collapsed in a heap. Donnie helped Casey carry him home.
''Okay I know that was scary and we nearly bought it and everything but my leg really does feel better.''
Caitlin smiled, ''I'm glad Leo. And I got my powers back! it feels great. And now I know Chris is alive. Karai to.''
''Really?'' ''It's possible. We'll find them Leo, as soon as we get back to New York.'' Leo nodded, ''your right, and at least this nightmare is over.''
Caitlin nodded, ''agreed.'' Then something dawned on her. ''Hey…what do you think happened to Destruction Beaver?''
*…*
Destruction Beaver appeared in the woods in the middle of the night. ''That girl and her turtle friends destroyed everything…'' She closed her eyes as she transformed into the evil Caitlin from Caitlin's nightmare.
''Now it's time to fight back.''
