Bullet Holes and Crossed Paths

Jace and Clary's paths have crossed before but not like this. They were enemies, but, realising each other's potential, they're working together. They have things in common- love of drugs, money, sex, eagerness to fire a gun- but that certainly doesn't mean they'll get on all of the time, even if their bond does continue to grow. Especially if those things in common get in the way.

22. NOT A CHAPTER

THIS ISN'T AN UPDATE, SORRY TO DISAPPOINT.

So, because I'm reeeally clever, last chapter I told you guys that I would put the summary of a future fanfic I had planned at the end of the chapter but I forgot to put it on. AND for some reason, it took me until today to realise, so here it is. It's called Freak.

It's 1880 and Clary Morgenstern has been branded insane by her ashamed father and now lives in an asylum. But she isn't insane. Or so she says. Jace tells her the world is against her... but why can only Clary see him? Jace has Clary convinced and, in Part 1, she escapes the cruel asylum. Only to run into the leader of a Freak Show in Part 2. Part 3 sees our troubled red head take revenge on her father, not without Jace's help. Dark fic. 3 Parts. Each part based on songs. See inside for further details.

So, what do you think? It's darker than anything I've written before and I'm genuinely excited for it and you guys' reactions. It says "see inside for further details" because I'm going to put extra info at the beginning of the first chapter and stuff (i.e. which songs for each parts) but if y'all want to know that ahead of the rest of the readers then hmu with a PM.
