The door to Universal Studios Soundstage 21 opened and a blonde haired man looked, his eyes widening as a petite brown eyed brunette walked in.
"Mandy?! Where have you been?!" Christian asks as he and Amanda hug.
"Lying low… barely 2 months into 2007 and it's already fucked up. If you see a paparazzi with a broken nose and broken camera, he started it." Amanda says as the old friends let go.
"Good going kiddo. Maybe if we break all their cameras, they'll fuck off." Christian says, him and the tiny brunette chuckling.
Amanda left after a few minutes, deciding to go find Rhyno and Kurt Angle, two other people she kept in touch with after they left WWE… sometimes, she wished these days would last forever…
Hard to believe how long ago that was sometimes… no longer am I that bright eyed rookie. But I still have friends here that used to work with WWE.
I stopped visiting here back in 2014… it's January 2017 now and I don't recognise most of the wrestlers here… I also don't know why I try calling Maria, a woman who at one time was basically the older sister I never had.
She doesn't return my calls or even make an effort to come visit me… let's see how she ignores me when I'm right here, asking why she felt the need to let our friendship drop completely.
"Ah, there you are… and you brought someone." James Storm says as he walks over to me and Finn… it's a good thing Finn insisted on tagging along, I wasn't sure I'd find the strength to do this on my own.
There's her locker room… Finn looks at me, both of us kissing before I walk down the hallway, stopping at the third door on the left. I'm not sure if I'm really controlling my right hand but I ball it up and knock on the door.
"Laurel, did you forget-" I hear her say as the door opens, Maria's green eyes widening in shock. I'm wearing six inch heeled boots so that puts us eye level with each other, my navy fleece coat still on over my dark grey cardigan, navy racerback tank top and light wash skinny jeans.
"Well hello there, Mrs Bennett… been a long damn time." I say, seeing the color drain from Maria's face.
One way or another, I'm getting an explanation.
