-Backstage-
Wade Barrett was walking backstage he was looking for Shelby. Wade smiles when he see's her. "Hey.. Shelby."
Shelby hears her name and turns around she sighs when she see's Wade. "Umm... Hey." She said softly.
"Hey... about last night..." Wade starts.
"Please... I just want to forget about it..." Shelby sighed
"Well I don't... I'm not sorry about last night.." Wade said.
"Wade... you don't understand.. I'm just so... " Shelby sighed and sunk against the wall.
"What's wrong?" Wade questioned walking over to her.
"I'm so confused right now... " Shelby said
"About last night?" Wade raised a brow
"Yes... and no.. everything okay... I'm confused about everything." Shelby sighed.
"Well talk to me about it." Wade said "It might help."
Shelby sighed and looked up at him. "After last night at the restaurant... Dean says he still loves me... and I do still love him.. but..."
"But what?" Wade asked
"I don't know quite how I feel about you well I do but... I'm confused about that I'm usually someone who knows exactly what I want but in this case I don't I know I like you... but I still love him... " Shelby explained
Wade nodded "So you like me?" Wade smirked
Shelby looked up at him and smiled slightly at him "Yes... "
Wade smiled and offered a hand "Well that's a start in the right direction."
Shelby took his hand as he helped her stand up. "What do you mean by that?"
"You admitted you like me... so that a start." Wade said
"But did you not hear the rest?... I still love Dean." Shelby said
"Yeah... but come on you've been down that road with him before... don't you believe everything happens for a reason...maybe they happened the way they did for a reason... maybe it's the universe telling you to give me a shot." Wade said
Shelby shook her head and let out a sigh. "I don't know..."
Wade took her hand "Just give it some thought...that's all I'm saying..." Wade kissed her hand and walked away.
Shelby sighed as he walked away. Rosa walked up behind her "Hey girly." Rosa smiled
"Hey Rosa." Shelby smiled back
"What was that about?" Rosa questioned
"Oh you know I just spilled my feeling out for him of course... " Shelby said
"What'd he say?" Rosa asked
"He said that things happen for a reason... and maybe things turned out the way they did for a reason... that I should give him a shot." Shelby said
"Well... maybe you should." Rosa said softly
"What?!..." Shelby raised a brow.
"Wade's a good guy.. he likes you and you know you can trust him." Rosa said "But with Dean... you never know.. he's not the most stable guy... and don't you want someone who your not going to have to worry where his head is at?"
Shelby shook her head "Dean is a good guy... you just don't know him the way I do.." Shelby said
"And believe me I don't want to know him that way... but Summer does." Rosa said motioning over to the end of the hall where she see's Summer and Dean.
-End of the hall-
Summer and Dean were talking "So... about last night I'm sorry." Summer said
"It's fine." Dean shrugged
"Really I am... I'm not normally like that." Summer said
"Don't worry about it." Dean smiled
-Other side-
Shelby sighed and rolled her eyes "Of course... " Shelby rolled her eyes once again.
Rosa looked up and smiled "Oh Hey Wade... back so fast?"
Wade laughed "I dropped my phone..." Wade looks around and spots it behind Rosa under a chair. "There it is."
Rosa moved out of the way so Wade could grab it.
"I swear I loose this thing about 20 times a day." Wade laughed
Shelby shook her head and laughed "Sounds like me."
-Other End-
Dean sighed as he looked over and saw Shelby, Wade, and Rosa. Summer looked over and shook her head "Well... from the looks of him I must of heard right." Summer said
Dean raised a brow "What do you mean?"
"Well I was in the bathroom in the diva's locker room and I over heard Shelby and Rosa talking..." Summer said
Dean shook his head "Okay and that means what?"
"Well... she said she and Wade slept together last night... but she didn't want anyone to know so I just waited tell they were gone.. " Summer said with a devilish grin on her face. " I don't know why she would want to hide that... I mean it's not like she's got to hide it from a boyfriend or any thing." Summer looked at Dean face and could see he was getting heated
"You miss understood.. there is no way." Dean shook his head no way would she sleep with Wade not after she admitted to him she loved him.
"I didn't misunderstand... I heard everything she was worried about you finding out... why would it matter to you Dean?" Summer smirked at Dean
-Other End-
"You Okay Shelby?" Wade questioned taking her hand in his once again.
"Yeah... I'll be fine." Shelby said with a small smile
Wade smiled "I'm just checking... I'm sorry about earlier if I made you feel on the spot.."
"Don't worry about it." Shelby smiled
-Other End-
Dean turned to face the group at the other end in time to see Wade take Shelby's hand as did Summer. "Oh.. look at that how cute." Summer crossed her arms over her chest with a smile
Dean clinched his fists and started for them. Summer smiled to herself as she followed Dean.
Dean had almost made it to the group. "Barrett..." Dean yelled as he quicken his pace.
Shelby and Wade both looked over and Wade dropped her hand. Wade sighed and shook his head. "What Ambrose?"
Shelby stepped back as she saw Dean coming towards them he looked pissed.
Once Dean got to the group he decked Wade who flew back to the wall and slid down and hit the ground. Shelby's hands flew to her mouth as did Rosa's.
"Dean." Shelby yelled she looked down at Wade and the back to Dean.
"Is it true?" Dean asked his fists clinched ready to pounce on Wade.
"What?... is what true?" Shelby asked confused
"Did you screw Barrett last night?" Dean's blood was boiling and his heart was racing.
"Oh god... who told you?" Shelby shook her head how could this be happening. she looked down at Wade who was in shock.
"So it is true... you slept with him..." Dean shook his head and turned around and kicked a stack of chairs across the hall.
Shelby stepped back in fear. "Dean.. please let me explain..."
"Explain what?.. how you go from telling me you still love me to jumping in the sack with this piece of work?" Dean shook his head and turned to walk away.
Shelby stood their in shock she didn't know what to say. Wade started to stand up and Shelby and Rosa offered their hands for support.
Dean turned around and saw Wade getting up. Summer saw the look in his eyes. "Don't do it." Summer whispered
Dean didn't listen and flew at Barrett grabbing him and ramming his head into a wall. Wade fell to the floor and Dean began kicking him over and over. Shelby grabbed Dean's arm and Dean drew back and saw it was Shelby he yanked his arm away from her. "You should of stayed away Shelby..." Dean then walked off brushing past Summer.
Shelby started crying shaking her head. Summer smiled to herself
"Hmmm well that was a show now wasn't it." Summer laughed
"It was you wasn't it?" Shelby looked over to Summer "How did you know?"
Summer laughed "Oh yeah... it was me." Summer smiled as she checked out her nails "You didn't check the bath room.. I was checking my make-up.. when I heard you guys come in.. so of course my curiosity got the best of me when I heard you saying you guys were alone and Rosa just wanted to know what was going on.. I just had to listen.. and boy am I glad I did."
Shelby ran after Summer and tackled her to the ground. "You Bitch." Shelby grabbed her by the hair and started bashing her head down. Rosa grabbed Shelby off Summer and Wade helped once he was off the ground Both Wade and Rosa dragged Shelby away from Summer.
Summer picked herself off the ground and smiled. he work was done here she was so proud of the little mess she'd made.
