...After the taping...

Shelby and Rosa were at the bar Shelby needed a drink after tonight. She really wanted to forget everything that had happened and was hoping if she drank enough she'd forget everything even if just for the night.

"Shelby... you okay." Rosa questioned

"I'm just wonderful." Shelby said taking a sip of her Jack and Coke.

"Your drinking pretty hardcore tonight." Rosa said

"I just want to have a good time." Shelby said softly

"Your not okay Shelby I can tell..." Rosa said

"I said I'm fine... just drop it please." Shelby rolled her eyes as she finished up her drink. "Another one please... make it a double."

The bartender nodded and poured her a double Jack and Coke.

"Your going to regret this in the morning I have a feeling." Rosa said shaking her head.

"Then I'll worry about that in the morning." Shelby said taking her another drink of her Jack and Coke.

Rosa shook her head poor Shelby she wished she could make her feel better.

...Next Morning...

-Shelby's Hotel Room-

Shelby sighed as she stretched out. Her head was pounding she shook her head as she heard a knock on the door. She climbed out of bed throwing on a shirt over her head. She opened the door and saw Rosa.

"Hey... how you feeling?" Rosa asked walking in the door and shutting it behind her.

"Not so loud." Shelby said sitting on the bed holding her head.

"That good huh?" Rosa laughs slightly.

"God... I can never drink that much again... I just need to stay away from the stuff period... especially after what happened last time." Shelby sighed

"Yeah... I guess at least you didn't sleep Wade again." Rosa said

"Yeah... thank goodness... " Shelby shook her head

"Well you jump in the shower we've got a meeting at the arena before the house show." Rosa said softly

"All right.." Shelby grabbed some clothes and jumped in the shower.

-The Arena-

Roman and Dean were walking down the hall. "So... you go out last night?" Roman asked Dean.

"No... I wasn't in the mood to be around people." Dean bit the inside of his cheek.

"I see... don't seem to be in one today either." Roman said

Dean rolled his eyes and shot Roman a look.

"Come on man...you've been in such a bad mood...no one can stand to be around you." Roman said.

"Well sorry... but you know I'm not much a people person to begin with.." Dean sighed

"And when you add in the fact that..." Roman started

"I don't want to hear it Roman." Dean cut him off and rolled his eyes as he saw Barrett walking down the hall with Justin Gabriel.

Wade looked over in the direction of Dean and Roman and gritted his teeth. Justin shook his head. "So... is it true?" Justin asked

"Is what true?" Wade raised a brow

"About you and Shelby?" Justin asked "Did you really sleep with her?"

"I don't see how that is any of your business." Wade said

"You did... wow... I didn't think Shelby was... that kind of girl." Justin laughed slightly

Wade grabbed Justin by the collar and shoved him to the wall. "Shelby is "Not that type of girl"... as you say... Shelby is a complete and utter lady and she deserves to be spoken of with respect and that is how she is going to be spoken of... got it?"

Justin nodded "Got it... sorry." Justin fixed his shirt after Wade released him.

Shelby and Rosa were walking down the hall when they saw this. They walked over to the two men. "Is everything okay?" Rosa asked

"Yeah... what was that about?... you okay Justin?" Shelby questioned

"It was just a misunderstanding.. right Justin." Wade narrowed his eyes on Justin.

"Yeah... that's all... I'm fine." Justin smiled slightly.

Shelby raised a brow and shook her head she knew there was more but decided she didn't want to push it now. Her eyes wondered over to Dean and Roman. Shelby let out a sigh as she saw Dean glaring at her.

Wade shook his head. "So... how about we get to this meeting... Stephanie and Triple H must have some sort of announcement." Wade said.

All 4 of them then walked into the designated meeting room and took a seat. Shelby sat next to Rosa and Wade sat on the other side of her.

Dean and Roman walked in the room and took a few rows behind the 4 of them. They sat through the little pep talk Triple H and Stephanie gave them. Dean sighed and stood up walking out the door once the meeting was over.

Shelby saw this and went after him.

Shelby followed Dean down the hall grabbing his arm. "Wait... " Shelby said softly.

Dean sighed and rolled his eyes. "No now Shelby."

"Well then when?" Shelby sighed

"Well how about the 12th of NEVER." Dean shook his head turning around and starting to walk away.

"Please... Just give me 5 minutes... that's all." Shelby shook her head.

"Don't pretend you care Shelby... you can go back to your little boyfriend." Dean said motioning to Wade who was standing down the hall stairing down at the two of them. "You don't have to pretend any more Shelby..." Dean shook his head turning around once again to head off.

"If I didn't care do you think I'd still be trying to explain this to you Dean?... I know I messed up big time I know you probably hate me and I don't blame you..." Shelby said softly "But please just hear me out."

Dean sighed and shook his head "If I hated you it might be easier for me." Dean shook his head and turned around to face Shelby "Fine... go for it you've got 2 minutes."

Shelby nodded "I meant everything I told you... I do still love you Dean."

Dean laughed shaking his head.

"It's true... I was so confused about everything... my feelings for you.. and how I felt about Wade." Shelby went on.

Dean gritted his teeth at the mention of Barrett's name.

"I went out to have a few drinks and well I had way to many... I don't know if you remember but I'm a light weight... " Shelby said and Dean laughed slightly remembering some of their drunken nights together. "Well Wade showed up and he offered to take me back to my place I was in no shape to drive... I could barely see straight let alone drive... and well I remember him helping me into my apartment and the rest is a blur.. the next thing I actually remember is waking up with a pounding head ache and turning over to find Wade in my bed... I don't even remember sleeping with him.."

Dean looked at her shaking his head

"I know that's no excuse but... now at least you know my side of the story... and hopefully you know that I didn't mean to hurt you." Shelby said softly looking up at him trying to read his face which was expressionless at the moment.

Dean nodded now he knew the whole story but he didn't really know how he felt about it at the moment. Dean sighed "Well... now you've said your piece.. I should be on my way." Dean then with out another word walked away.

Shelby sighed and shook her head as she saw him disappear around the corner. Wade walked up to her and put his hand on her shoulder.

"You okay?" Wade questioned

"Yeah... I'm fine... I guess." Shelby sighed turning around to him.

"What was that about?" Wade asked curiously

"Nothing... don't worry about it." Shelby then walked off in the other direction.
