-The Arena-
Dean and Shelby walked into the arena Dean wasn't so sure about Shelby coming back to work he didn't want her around Barrett but she swore she was ready it had been a few weeks since the appointment with the therapist Dean still didn't want to go back and talk to him but Shelby had gone back and had a session with Dr. Harvey. Shelby smiled and let go of Dean's hand when she saw Rosa and Nattie walking up. "Hey you two..." Shelby smiled slightly
"Hey you.." Nattie smiled and hugged Shelby "Hey Dean..." Nattie looked to Dean when she pulled away from Shelby.
Dean nodded and smiled placing an arm around Shelby's waist. Dean looked to Shelby "I've got to catch up with Roman..."
"Alright... I'll be fine with the girls.." Shelby smiled slightly.
"Okay... you know where to find me if you need me.." Dean said softly and kissed her lips before walking off.
"So things okay between you two?" Rosa asked
"Yeah... I guess we had a talk things are starting to get back to normal although he still won't talk to me about the miscarriage anytime I try to bring it up he changes the subject.." Shelby sighed
"Then your not getting as much back to normal as you thought then.." Rosa said looking over to Shelby
"Well I don't know how to get him to talk to me about it... I don't want to get him angry at me if I keep bringing it up.." Shelby sighed shaking her head "But I don't want this to come between us again... I don't want him to shut me out like he was before..."
Rosa and Nattie shook their heads "Maybe you should just tell him this.. you need to talk about your feelings no matter what if you keep them bottled up then you could start shutting him out just like he did to you... keeping things bottled up is not good for anyone... " Nattie said
"I don't know... maybe your right.." Shelby sighed "Maybe after the show I'll talk to him..."
"I would If I were you.." Rosa added
-Male Locker Room-
Dean and Roman were backstage talking "It's going to be good to be back tagging together.." Roman smiled at his friend.
"I know... I can't wait to get back into the ring.." Dean smiled
"So how is everything going with you and Shelby?" Roman asked
"It's okay... we are fine.." Dean answered
"So you've talked about everything?... I know there was some problems there for a bit after the miscarriage..." Roman said
"We were but we are fine now.." Dean shrugged
Roman raised a brow he didn't exactly buy it "Well hopefully... because if you don't get your problems out in the open it could cause problems down the road.." Roman said.
-Backstage-
Dean and Roman were waiting by Gorilla Roman had to go get ready for his entrance. Dean fist bumped with Roman before he took off while Dean waited for Shelby. Dean smiled when he saw Shelby walking up in one of his shirts cut off at the midriff and a pair of dark blue Jeans and her hair done in loose curls. Shelby smiled and wrapped her arms around Dean's neck kissing him. "You ready for this?" Shelby asked
"You know it.." Dean smiled and leaned down and kissed Shelby.
-On Camera-
Roman was waiting in the ring with Seth and Kane across from him he was supposed to find a tag team partner. Seth and Kane had smirks on their faces until Dean's music hits and the crowd goes crazy. Dean comes out and gets the crowd hyped before he looks back at the entrance and motions for Shelby to come out when she does the crowd erupts again Dean grabs Shelby's hand and they walk down the ramp.
Shelby moved to Dean and Roman's corner as the match got underway. Shelby smiled as she saw Roman tag Dean in Dean hit a clothes line then another on Seth and Seth climbs out of the ring to get a breather. Dean climbs on the top rope and hits an elbow on both Kane and Seth. Shelby claps for her husband who climbs back into the ring and stands on the ropes to pose for the crowd.
Seth crawls back into the ring and Dean sets him up for Dirty Deeds but Kane comes in and chock slams Dean Roman now runs in and spears Kane Seth goes after Roman but he moves and Seth hits the corner he turns around and is speared by Roman and Dean comes over grabs Seth and hits Dirty Deeds and covers him for the 1.2.3 the bell rings and Dean and Roman have their hands raised in victory.
Shelby climbs in the ring and gets between Roman and Dean and raises their hands again. Dean and Roman both go to the corners and pose for the fans as Shelby stands in the middle of them clapping for her husband and his best friend.
-Off Camera-
Dean, Shelby and Roman walked backstage Dean turned to Shelby kissing her. He then looked to Roman "That was great.. it felt awesome to be back in that ring.." Dean smiled
"The crowd missed you that was for sure.." Shelby laughed
"They missed you too... did you hear your pop it was just as big as Dean's..." Roman smiled
Shelby smiled shaking her head as Dean put an arm around her shoulder. Roman said his goodbyes and Dean and Shelby both decided to go take their showers and meet after. After they were finished they left together and went to grab a bit to eat before hitting the road to get to the next town. Shelby looked down at her phone it was a text from Nattie reminding her she needed to talk to Dean about their issues. Shelby put her phone away and looked to Dean who was driving. Shelby decided Nattie was right she did need to bring up what she was feeling to him they did need talk about everything but she knew it could wait until they were at the hotel knowing it isn't a good idea for them to have this discussion while they were driving.
