-Dean and Shelby's Hotel Room-

Dean woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. He looked around and didn't see Shelby he sighed and shook his head rolling over and getting out of bed. Dean walked over to the bathroom looking inside he saw she wasn't in there either. Dean sighed and shook his head wondering where on earth she was he then remembered last night after they had gotten back from the bar.

Flashback...

Dean and Shelby walked into the room Dean walked over to the bed and plopped down on the bed. He looked up to Shelby patting the spot next to him on the bed. "Come on babe.." Dean smirked over at her.

Shelby sighed shaking her head "No... your drunk why don't you go to sleep..."

Dean got up walking over to her he wraps his arms around her waist and nuzzles her neck. "I don't want sleep... I want you.." Dean nips at her ear lobe.

"Dean.." Shelby sighed trying to remove herself from his arms but he tighten his hold on her.

"Come on babe why so serious?" Dean began kissing her neck.

"Not now Dean..." Shelby pried her self from his arms and turned around to him "Just go to bed.." Shelby pointed to the bed.

"This is because I won't spill my guts to you?... so I don't want to spill my feelings out so you don't want to do this?" Dean spat

"I'm not going to do this with you while your drunk.." Shelby sighed walking over to the door and opening it.

"Where are you going babe?" Dean sighed

"I don't know.." Shelby sighed walking out the door shutting it behind her.

End Flashback...

Dean shook his head oh god what was he thinking he picked his phone up to dial her number when he heard the doorknob turn he looked to the door and saw Shelby walking in holding a sack of food putting it on the table. Dean put his phone on the side table and walked over to her wrapping his arms around her holding her close to him. "I thought..." Dean sighed shaking his head

Shelby pulled away. "You though what?" Shelby raised a brow.

"The fight last night... I woke up and you weren't here.. I thought you left me.." Dean sighed

Shelby shook her head "It was just a little disagreement... I'd never leave you over something like that.." Shelby sighed

"I'm sorry about last night.." Dean sighed and leaned in and kissed her lips tenderly.

"I know.." Shelby sighed "Now that your awake... we need to talk.."

"Oh god.. come on babe.." Dean sighed shaking his head

"If you aren't going to talk you need to at least listen to me.." Shelby said softly

"Okay... fine." Dean sighed and sat on the edge of the bed.

"I know you think that not talking about what happened is the best way for us to move on.." Shelby walked closer to him. "But you know it isn't... we need to talk about it Dean.."

Dean sighed and crossed his arms over his chest.

"When I found out I was pregnant I was scared but as it had time to sink in I was getting excited I found myself dreaming about what it would be like to have a baby with you I'd dream about having a little boy who looked just like you... who had your goofy laugh... " Shelby felt her eyes welling up with tears. "But when I had the fall I felt like that was all ripped away from me... like it was ripped away from us... " Shelby said looking to the ground before looking up at Dean.

Dean closed his eyes shaking his head he hated hearing the pain coming from Shelby's tone.

"We deserved that Dean... we deserved to be happy to have a little boy or a little girl... we deserved to have a family and that was taken from us so suddenly... I didn't know how to react or how to feel... in a way I went numb and I started to shut you out... I started to shut out everyone I didn't feel like eating.. or doing anything really I felt as if I didn't deserve to be happy not after loosing the baby.." Shelby sighed "I shut you out Dean... and that's what your doing to me now... your shutting me out... your pushing me away Dean.."

"Shelby.." Dean sighed

"No Dean... I'm not done.." Shelby cut him off "You can't shut me out... you can't push me away I'm your wife we are in this together if your feeling something you can let me know Dean... that's what a marriage is about..." Shelby sighed softly walking closer to him. "I love you Dean.. and I'm not going to let you push me away we've been through so much already to be together we can't let this tare us apart..." Shelby knelt in front of Dean and took his hands in hers. "Please don't shut me out Dean..." Shelby looked up into his eyes her own eyes pleading with his.

Dean sighed and leaned in and kissed her lips softly "I'm sorry.." Dean said softly after pulling back slightly then going back in to kiss her again. Dean didn't feel like he was shutting her out he felt as if he was protecting her mother then shutting her out but it was obvious she felt as if he was and he didn't like that at all. He loved Shelby so much and he knew he had to show her he wasn't trying to push her away.

Shelby pulled away throwing her arms around his neck "I love you so much Dean.." Shelby said softly she hoped he would listen to what she had said and he would at least quit pushing her away from him she couldn't lose him again she just couldn't.

"I love you too Shelby.." Dean kissed the top of her head softly as he wrapped his arms around her.
