A/N: We have come to the end of another story. I thought about making this longer, but decided this was the best place to end it. I will definitely be writing another Jasper/Bella story soon, so be on the lookout for that. Thank you to everyone who read, favored, and followed this story. I couldn't have written it without you!

Epilogue

Another dawn had arrived, and with it, a new day began. It had been over a month since the Cullen coven drove out of Forks for what was probably the last time. Some may argue that they had been driven out of the small town, and in Bella's mind, they had been. The wolves had not wanted them there and tried to bind the vampires with a treaty, a treaty their ancestors created and were willing to uphold, but the new generation were not so inclined. Of course the wolves themselves couldn't break the treaty, however, if they could make one of the "Cold Ones" break the treaty, to do one thing that went against it besides turning Bella and Charlie into vampires, then the wolves would have free rein to attack the Cullen clan. The wolves failed. And then they wanted to go after Jasper, and Bella wanted to kill Sam, but in the end, Jasper had won the pissing contest and the Cullen's were allowed to leave.

At times it felt as if nothing more than a mere blink of an eye in time had passed, and yet, at other times, it truly felt as if an entire month and then some had moved on by. They were living in a new house, in a new country, using the same names they were using in Forks…for now. When they first drove over the border in their caravan of vehicles, Bella thought they were going to Jasper's cabin, but they hadn't. Instead, after several hours of drive, they arrived at a stately white manor house hidden in the woods of Canada. The inside still had the modern finishings that the Fork's house had, but this house was larger, more old fashioned, and Bella loved it. Apparently, it was one of many houses one of the members of the coven owned throughout the world. This one happened to be Esme and Carlisle's as well.

It had taken several hours to get to their destination, and when they finally arrived, Bella became nervous about being alone with Jasper. She tried to push the fear and apprehension she felt away like she had earlier when he returned to the baseball field, but she couldn't. Stepping into the bedroom they would share, Jasper placed both of their bags on the bed and turned around only to find Bella holding herself and breathing spastically. He rushed to her side, and before he could reach her, she backed away from him. Instead of pushing her, he called out for Carlisle who rushed to the couple's side. According to the doctor, the shock had finally worn off and she was finally reacting to everything. How was that even possible? She had no adrenaline flowing through her veins. She had been around Jasper since he had attempted to kill her while under Maria's control. Carlisle had an answer for that too, "You haven't been completely alone with Jasper since everything happened." And she hadn't. Someone else had always been there. The first time they were alone, she panicked. It wasn't that she believed Jasper would attack her again, but the trauma of the attack was still there. It was not something that could be easily erased or forgotten.

Jasper blamed himself, and although Bella tried to tell him that it wasn't, her powers of persuasion were lacking since she couldn't exactly be in the same room alone with him without having a panic attack. According to Carlisle, even though they were no longer considered human, they still retained their human forms and emotions, and therefore, he liked to believe a vampire still retained some of his/her humanity. It would take time to get over the attack, and the amount of time differed from person to person.

Bella did what she could and after a few days, could sit in a room with no one else in there, as long as the door remained open. After a week, she could even close the door. Jasper didn't push her or try to rush her, and always kept his distance. He would not approach her unless she asked or unless she approached him first; and he would not touch her without permission. Two weeks after arriving, she had initiated a kiss, and when it was over, they remained in each other's arms, but then he kissed her neck and she panicked again. A month later, he still couldn't kiss her neck without her freaking out; and yet, that seemed to be the only thing that was off limits still.

A small smile lifted the corners of her lips as she watched the sun cresting the mountains in the distance, remember what had happened the day before.

Flashback…

Sick of the way she had been acting, about not being about to really share an intimate moment with her mate, Bella took matters into her own hands. Every time Jasper kissed her, she was left wanting and she refused to allow her fear or a bad memory to rob her of doing whatever the hell she wanted to with the man she loved.

As Alice and her father got ready to go hunt, Jasper asked if she was going to go hunting with them. Shaking her head, she smiled and said, "I was thinking you and I could go together." They had not been hunting together since everything happened, and she decided today was the start of a new day.

"Are you sure, darlin'?" Jasper questioned hesitantly. It wasn't that he didn't want to go with her, he did, but he also understood that she was still dealing with what he had done to her – regardless if it was his will or not.

"I'm sure," she insisted, and as the other couple fled further north, Bella and Jasper started to run east. The only thing in her mind, she had to be the one to seduce him because she knew he wouldn't cross that line unless she told him to, and there was something utterly unromantic about ordering someone to fuck you.

They ran until they were a good distance from the house, Jasper following his mate's lead and when she suddenly stopped, he did as well; however, something seemed off. He couldn't smell any deer or other prey in the vicinity, couldn't hear the clomping of hooves hitting the ground. Was she lost or mistaken? Was something wrong? "Bella? Darlin', you okay?"

Believing they were now far enough away so that no one would happen upon them, Bella slowly approached Jasper, "Yeah, I am." She wrapped her arms around his waist and lifted herself on her toes to get closer to his lips.

Jasper gave her a small smile and bent his head to oblige her. Damn he wanted her. It had been so long and his body reacted to her nearness…Hell, if she was in the same room, if he smelled her scent, if he thought about her…anytime day or night, his body was humming with need, but he would not force her, would not coerce her into allowing him to make love to her. He could wait until she was ready, however, he really hoped it was soon because cold showers did shit for a vampire and his hand was not satisfying enough.

Pulling back because he believed he would go mad with lust, he felt her body shudder and his guilt assailed him. He had only meant to kiss her, he hadn't meant to make her panic. "Um, let's go hunt."

Bella dropped her arms and cocked her head to the side. There was something wrong here, "JW?"

"Nothing. Let's just hunt."

It dawned on her why he was being standoffish and refused to back down from obtaining what she wanted. She knew he wanted her too. Narrowing her eyes, she attacked.

Before Jasper could say anything else or move from his spot, she had his shirt stripped off of him, the button on his jeans undone, her nimble fingers had pulled down his zipper, and her hand dove inside to grab and massage his length, her movements slightly hampered by the tight space. At least she wasn't completely tearing his clothes to shreds…except this shirt which could probably be worn more as a vest than a t-shirt now. Swallowing hard, he tried to focus, "Bella…"

"JW, I want you," she whispered as she stood on her toes again and licked his jaw.

He was no saint, and if his mate was initiating, then he would take full advantage. With a growl deep in his throat, he leaned down and captured her lips again. The gentleness from moments ago was gone. It had been too long and he was close to cumming as it was. Grabbing her hand, he spoke against her lips, "Stop or this will end before we can begin."

"I thought you said we would have the rest of our lives together," she retorted, her lips curling into a rebellious smile.

"Damn!"

Nothing else was said between them. They moved together, attacking each other lips, and stripping each other of their clothes. Their bodies moved in tandem.

There was only a moment of uncertainty, the moment when Jasper lay her down on the ground, his body hovering over hers when she fought her fear and panic, but she did not give in. For her, it was as if she had won a major battle and she would have her victory dance. Using her hands, she re-acclimated herself to the contours of her mate's body. All of the dips and crevices, the peaks and plains. She had missed this, being able to feel him against her, to use her hands to feel every inch of him.

Jasper felt the momentary hesitation and he prepared himself to stop…as difficult a task as that would be, but she continued, and therefore he did as well. He could still see the mark on her neck, where he tried to kill her. God, he wished he could kiss it away. He wished he could make it disappear, but he couldn't and it would forever be a reminder of what almost happened. As it was, he dare not touch it because he knew it was still a touchy place for her, and he really didn't want to ruin the mood.

His own hands started to move down her body, feeling the smooth skin with his palms. They cupped her left breast as his mouth suckled from her right. Moving from her breast, they traveled downward, brushing across her flat stomach, dipping into her belly button and causing her to snicker a little, and then lower until he felt her heat and wetness. She was drenched and ready for him.

"JW, now!" Bella wanted to do away with the preliminaries and get right to the main event.

Her wish was his command. Placing his hands on her hips, he lined his cock up with her entrance and drove forward as fast and as hard as he could, and then he paused to savor the feel of her pulsating around his entire length. The tightness almost sent him over the edge, but he refused to go until she went with him.

She couldn't understand why he stopped. One stroke was enough to get the embers completely ablaze, but not enough to engulf her. Wrapping her legs around his hips, she dug her heels into his ass and lifted her own hips so that she was grinding against him. "More," she called out in frustration.

"Yes, ma'am," he grinned. Pulling out, he drove his dick home. Out and in, back and forth. He kept plowing into her as hard and as fast as he could, her moans and breathless groans were music to his ears and he was conducting his own personal opus.

With each stroke, Bella climbed higher and higher. She could hear the way their bodies slapped against each other, and it helped spur her on pushing her closer to climax. There was something to be said about having this body compared to her old one. The way Jasper was driving into her now, she would never have been able to survive. Sex would have literally killed her, but no more. She could survive this and more.

She could feel that ball of something building low in her stomach and moving downward. The pleasure was increasing and gaining momentum. Almost there. Another stroke brushed against her g-spot. Almost there. She could feel his length growing in girth inside her. Almost there. His stroke became even more forceful and she exploded!

Her climax gripped him so hard, he almost couldn't move, but the massage she was giving his dick sent him over the edge and soon he was cumming with her. Dropping breathless on top of her, he tried to roll off of her, but she grabbed him and held him there. "I think your tryin' to kill me, darlin'."

"Yep, and it would be a great way to go. Just a little longer."

They stayed out there for most of the night, only returning to the house about an hour before dawn.

End Flashback…

Stepping out of the bathroom, Jasper found Bella standing on the balcony of their bedroom and watching the sunrise. In that moment, nothing was more beautiful that seeing his mate framed by the rays of the morning sun, a small smile toying with her lips. He almost hated to see it end. "I'm not sure if that's a plottin' sort of smile or a good kinda smile," he commented and walked up behind her to pull her into his chest.

Bella laughed, "All my smiles are good."

"Not necessarily. See, I think I know you better than most and you can be a might devious at times."

"Nah, not me." She turned in his arms and wrapped hers around his neck. The night before had broken down a lot of walls for her and between them. In many ways, it reaffirmed for her that she had made the right choice in becoming a vampire and staying with Jasper for the rest of eternity. Since waking up to her new life, Bella had seen everything around her with new eyes, noticing the multitude of colors and textures in everything. Things missed by a normal human eye. This new world held promise and a wonderment she had been missing in her old life. For the first time in her life, it felt as if she belonged, that this is what she was made to be.

Her mother always said life had a way of working out the way it need to, and Bella had to agree. Her father had found his own mate and true happiness. It was nice to see him smiling and laughing a lot now. It was also very different. Both members of the Swan family would figure out this life together and with their mates. And maybe one day they would run into the wolves again. She certainly didn't trust them and still looked over her shoulder afraid they would pop out at some point in time. If that day ever came, they would deal with it then, but she would not allow them to take her, her family, or her JW.

Ten years ago, she met Jasper by chance when she followed a small kitten, and now they were bound together forever. Life was funny that way, but then again, Bella knew the day they met, they were destined to meet again. She just had no idea of what that truly meant. A chance meeting, a good memory, and her destined mate.
