What just Happened?

"Madison, it's time for you to wake up."

I sat up, rubbing my eye, but they are too heavy to open, "Hey Sebastian, morining...I had a crazy dream last night..." "Oh?" His voice asked. "Yeah, you were there, I was cut open and I discovered some super natural things..." I explained. "Ah, I see...well, I shall make your breakfast now." he spoke.

As I heard him left, I got up, walking to the door...

BAMM!

"Ugghhh, not again..." I spoke as I felt the wall.

Wait...doesn't this suppose to be the door and not the wall?

I opened my eyes and realized the color of the wall is violet and not yellow. I looked around, seeing how different my room is...wait...this isn't my bedroom...

My eyes widen, speaking, "Don't tell me..." I ran to the mirror seeing the red color of my hair turned back into my natural color, dark ashy brown. Well, that's not important, but as I look at my hand...I gasped seeing that there's a ring with a star mark on my hand.

It's not a dream...this is NO dream!

I ran out the hallway to find Sebastian, but this place I am in is a huge maze! "Sebastian!? Where are you!? Sebastian!? Sebast-" As I was screaming "-ian," I somehow tripped and landed on a rolling tea cart, which I'm glad there's nothing there, but one bad news is that I'm riding it!

I screamed until I bumped into the wall and fell over, landing on my stomach. I moan, "Ow ow ow ow ow..."

As I rub my stomach, I heard laughter. I thought it was Sebastian, but I don't think he can, and that kind of laugh is too crazy to be his laugh. That's when I realized that I know who is laughing.

I shot a look back with a turn, seeing Undertaker was laying on the ground, kicking and drooling as he laugh like a hyena.

"Undertaker!?"

He pant as he sat up, placing his hands on the space between his legs like a little kid, "Hiya~!" "How do you get here?! Where are we!? And Why are you here?!" I yelled with panic and anger in between.

"Well, my dear, 1; It's a secret~" He spoke as he place his finger close to his lips, "2; You are in your new home, for now. And 3; just came by to see how things are working out."

I sigh, saying, "I see, but for now? What do you mean? Wait...what happened to my home?" "Why, there are too many investigators hunting down some evidences of what just happen. So when you passed out, the butler decide to let you be in a new home, a mansion."

My eyes widen that I'm in a real live mansion like how I dreamed of when I am a little kid, but something pushes aside, "How do you know all of that?" "Why it's a secret as well, hee-hee!" He giggled.

That's when I realized that I may have made him laugh, "Hey, you laugh when I fell, that's still a price, right? Please explain." He hesitated with a grin, looking like he was in a paused movie, then spoke, "The girl remembers! Well, explanation denied."

"EHHHH!?"

He won't explain!?

"Please, Undertaker! You don't know what I've been through!" I pleaded, "I was killed by a phsyco killer and revived by a dark man, which is a demon named Sebastian!" "And the fate continues on and on, miss," He spoke, making me think that he avoid the word demon, "I won't explain how I know so much about your home and the butler, but I will tell you that you must be careful when walking down a stray path. The people around you aren't trustful as it seems, Eh-hi-hi~!"

My eyes widen when I heard every word from Undertaker, including the most important word, trustful. I felt so scared that I can hear my heart beating faster.

"Well," Undertaker spoke as he got up, then help me up, "I better be going, guests to clean and make pretty. Good luck on your first day as an Apprentice! Come see me when you need help! Be careful, people will lie and any path you take will guide you to one road. Especially the transformations...Toodles~!"

When he was walking, I ran to chase him, "Wait! Don't Go! I don't Understand! Don't leave me alone! I don't want-"

I tried pouncing to grab him, but as I did, I noticed how thin he is, like from thin air...wait...I look and saw he vanished to smoke, all but his hat, sash, and heavy coat. I land on the ground as I finished the sentence, "This..."

I looked around for him if he running around naked or something, but then I thought that I should check under the coat first.

However, as I did I heard a squeak, it was coming from the hat, so I crawled to it, lift it up, and freaked out when I saw a gray rat!

I thought of running away, but I realized something odd about the critter...it had tint pink burn marks...wait...they're scars! And what else I noticed, it's fur was long and no rat's fur was that long...

Wait a second...scars, long fur...

"U-Undertaker?!"

He squeaks and I crawled back as I saw him scurry away.

I couldn't believe that he just turn into a rat...but what am I going to do? My fate isn't over yet. And I don't know anything about being an apprentice of a demon! Fear took control of me.

"Something the matter, Madison?"

I gasped and look up at Sebastian, then stood up, dusting myself, "Sorry, it's nothing, just...saw someone strange..."

"Ah, Yes, and he left his clothes?..." He asked.

I looked at them then back at Sebastian, "Yeah...He's gone now..." "I see..." He spoke with a raised eyebrow, "Come miss, breakfast is already finished."

As he walked off, I look back at the clothes, then followed Sebastian.

As I follow, I wondered about that mortician, but also about my fate.

How does he know all of that? How come he doesn't react when I said demon? Will I still survive from all the things happening to me? Does anyone I love, including Crystal, counts as not trustful? How will I defeat my enemy when I'm just too scared to become an apprentice of a demon?

But most importantly, since I felt an uneasy feeling of Undertaker...

Is he human?

I hope this doesn't suck, it's been a long time from writing these things. But I got the disappearing part when Sebastian tries to get Undertaker from the stairs, but I made the rat thing up. *sweat drop*
