Getting close to one of my favorite part! The Next chapter will be very short, but it can be like the end of part one (Even though it's just one fan fictional book).

Letting you know, there will be a Viscount Druitt, but changing some appearances since I am making him the real Viscount's great, great, great (Great x whatever) Grandson.

So at first I thought about using the title of the chapter "First Day of Training," but then I watched someone make a MMD spoof of "The Road to El Dorado " with Spain and Romano, including the song "It's tough to be a God," So I thought this title matches the chapter, enjoy!

It's Tough to be a Demon!

My jaw dropped when I got to the table, filled with a mini buffet of breakfast food. Bacon, sausages, toast, even chocolate chip pancakes!

I slowly look at Sebastian with the same reaction, then he hold my chin, gently closing my mouth. "You shall be careful when opening your mouth, bugs can fly in." I blushed and nodded, "O-Ok."

I served myself some food, but then I realized one small confusion, I am part demon...but will I eat this?

I thought there was one way to find out as I sat in a chair. I slowly cut a slice of my pancake, then pick it up with a silver fork. I closed my eyes and slowly took a bite of it.

My eyes shot out when I realized how delicious it was! I kept eating, but I don't understand that how come I can still eat food instead of souls or blood?

I looked up at Sebastian, about to ask the same question I thought of, but he answered too early, "You might be wondering that since you are half demon, how come you are still eating human food, have you not? Well, I know in my own darken heart that you are too scared to eat a live soul, so I kept your tongue and digestive system human. Will you like that?"

I nodded and he smiled with his eyes closed in a pleasing matter, "Once you're finished, I will send in your training clothes and guide you to your training room, alright?" I nodded again and continue eating until I felt like my stomach will burst.

After I hiccupped, I thank Sebastian, "That was yummy! Thanks!" "You're welcome, I already send in your clothes, they are waiting in your room now," Sebastian spoke, "Will you like me to help change you?"

My eyes widen and I covered my breasts, blushing, "N-No! I'm fine on my own, but thanks.."

After he chuckle, I got up and walk to my new bedroom, I can tell wear it was due to the cart and some of Undertaker's clothing. I stare at the coat, sash, ring, beads, and hat then decided to pick them up.

What's odd is that the only thing that vanished with him besides the boots and cloak was his lockets...

As I got in my bedroom, I saw some folded black and white clothes all folded in order, even a tie's folded.

I placed the clothes on the bed, wipe my hands on my shirt since I have no clue if they're washed or not, then change into the outfit.

The outfit is like Sebastian's, but instead of the pants and shoes, just a skirt and heels. When I walked into the bathroom after five minutes of searching, I noticed he must have brought my brush and tooth-brush, so I brush my hair and teeth, then left to find Sebastian.

I checked the dining room, seeing that he and the food and dishes weren't there, so I kept looking. Sadly, though, this place is like a giant maze, a labyrinth! I accidentally got into different dead ends and back to the way I was!

I started to panic, I have nowhere to find out where he is, I was walking for three hours and almost lunch time. I lean on the hall, crouching down, about to cry.

As I tear, I heard a voice, Concentrate...Focus on who you are finding...

I gasp and looked around, seeing no one near, like a ghost. I gulped and spoke nervously, "H-Hello-"

Close your eyes, Miss...focus on him...

I gulped, but I have to do what it says, so I closed my eyes and concentrate on Sebastian. At first I only saw darkness, but as I concentrate more, I noticed a soft glow. It gets bright and brighter until I see a black and white version of a hall and a red mist, looking like a small red path.

I took a few steps with my eyes closed, and I moved, just like night vision goggles. It's very amazing, so I kept walking and walking, following the red misty path.

When I got to what it looks like the main entrance, I saw Sebastian in a red color. I opened my eyes to see the regular colors and I noticed he turned to me and grinned, "You passed the first test."

I tilted my head as I walk down the steps, "Huh? What do you mean?" "Your first step is Demon Sense," he explained, "I made the hallway longer and rather confusing to help make the test more complicated."

My eyes widen for since training is that easy, and he made the halls like that on purpose, making me lost!

"Your next test is outside, come." He smirked as he opened the door. My eyes widen as I saw that the entire yard's filled with targets, practice dummies, tall swings, a large pool, and two poles with plat forms, far from each other, meaning of jumping from one platform to another.

My eyes widen that the training place is like target practices in movies, except I noticed that below the two poles was a hole filled with fire and the pool's filled with eels. I gulped, thinking that I stand corrected about how easy the training is.

"Follow me." Sebastian spoke as he walked down a path and I nervously followed it. He took me to a table that had a practice dummy in a chair and the table's filled with table-cloth and glasses, plates, and silver ware.

"Your next test is serving a guest like a regular servant." He spoke. "Wait...what is this have to do with demon training?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "Skill and concentration. We have a guest coming this afternoon, so I thought of it as a test, now this is practice. I found out about the guest when he noticed the manor."

"O-Oh...I see..." I spoke quietly. "These note cards will help you understand like a noble maid or a female steward." he spoke as he gave me the cards. The words were written nicely, but I am too scared to say these lines since I was bad at public speaking.

I hesitated, but decide to work hard at it, so I spoke quietly, but in a nervous flat tone, "W-W-Welcome to the M-Manor, I am M-Madison, and I-" "Really, Miss, put a little more heart into it." Sebastian glared. "S-Sorry!" I gulped.

It was very hard, but after an hour, I managed to finish it, but I started to feel hungry. "Excellent work, your next test of skill and concentration is cooking." I sigh, speaking, "Yay...I'm starving!"

However, when he took me to the kitchen, it isn't him that is cooking, it's me. "You will be cooking roast beef and a poached salmon with a side of tomato soup, mint salad, and mashed potatoes. And for a dessert, an Italian cream cake." He spoke as he give me a recipe.

A lot of the ingredients are very hard to use since I cook less and I am too scared of using fire and burns. I felt like the Crow Demon's trying to kill me...

I nearly gotten burned, cut, covered with raw meat juice, and I nearly threw up or faint from cutting a head of a fish, but after countless hours, I finally did it! A good meal! But after that practice, Sebastian ordered me to balance on pouring wine, drizzle sauce lightly, balance many dishes, including on my head without breaking them, and even how to cut food properly from the same measurements.

Whenever I got it wrong, Sebastian use a long whip to hit my hands. I never knew that even a demon or a half end up getting injured! I never been so hungry, injured, or tired, I want to go home!

Later in the evening, I was getting ready for my test once the guest comes. I sigh heavily as I bandaged my hands, wishing there's a trick to heal myself.

As I walk downstairs, getting my gloves on, I saw Sebastian opening the door. "Welcome to the manor, Viscount."

I have no clue what a Viscount is, but as he stepped in, all I thought of is that he's a rich man!

He is around my age with short reddish hair with bangs combed to the right, violet eyes, and was wearing a fancy white outfit. He smiled as he saw me, walked to me, and grabbed my hand, kissing it.

My eyes widen, staring at him, and he said in a French accent, "My Sweet Sparrow, your beauty entrances me at first sight. Was it love that took over my mind and heart?" "M-Makyo..." I gulped, sweating a little. It doesn't mean love for me, it means freaking out. The speaking part of the test, is ruined!

"Alright, let's move to the dining room, Madison, you may cook him a special dinner." Sebastian interrupted. "R-Right!" I squeaked, then ran to the kitchen.

I was pretty scared that I end up failing this because of some guy having a crush on me! Wait, is this a reason Sebastian let him come!?

I was too scared to cry, but then I heard the voice again.

Stay Calm...You must stay calm and focus...

I still don't know whose voice it is, it nearly sounded familiar, but I took a deep breath and I started working with out even breaking a sweat.

I cooked until I am finished, then I set the table like how I practice, only better. I closed my eyes to concentrate on the Viscount. I followed his blue path until I got to where he and Sebastian were, in the parlor room.

I walked to the boys, speaking with a curtsy, "Pardon the intrusion, but dinner's served." "Ah, Wonderful! I bet the loving Sparrow is a good cook." The Viscount spoke as he hold my chin close to me, then walk to the dining room, followed by Sebastian who smiled at me.

I sigh with relief, meaning I am doing good, but the big part of this test is yet to come. I saw how the Viscount complementing the way I set the dining table, it makes me feel better, but I believe the food will be the scariest part. I taste-tested and everything, but I don't know if he will like it.

"The meal for today is Asian chicken with a side of chopped vegetables and brown rice with a scrambled egg to mix in." I spoke. I saw him taking a bite of the rice, then he yelled dramatically, "A-Ahhhnnn! The young sparrow is a chef! A sparrow who's raised by an eagle with its speed and skill! What a wonderful servant this is!"

I smiled a little, saying, "Th-Thank you very much.."

As the Viscount left, I walk to the table to clean the dishes, but my jaw dropped when I saw some more food on the table. "You did a fine job, Miss Madison."

I turned, seeing Sebastian smiling, "I reward you with a good meal." My eyes widen and my tummy rumbles, I hug Sebastian, saying, "Oh thank you! I never been so hungry in my life!" I didn't feel his arms wrapped around me, but he spoke, "Y-You're very welcome..." I nearly have a feeling that he hasn't been hugged before, but I let go and started eating.

Afterwords, it was time for me to head to bed, so I went upstairs, seeing a white Victorian night-gown on the bed, folded up.

What is odd is that Undertaker's clothing vanished...I shrugged since he could have pick them up, then change into the nightgown.

I sat in my seat of the vanity, brushing my hair. As I wince in pain from my tangled hair, I noticed my demonic eyes glowed like Sebastian's. It does freak me out, but I sigh, thinking that maybe after I defeat who killed my family alive, I can turn back and head home.

I never knew how hard it is to be a demon, especially with Sebastian's help, I just want to end this, I want to go home, all I wanted is to just-

I started to smell something sweet in the air. At first, I thought Sebastian's cooking something, but it's too impossible since it's late and it's suffocating me. I blinked, seeing violet fog all around my room. That's when I realized it's sleeping gas!

I look around to know where it's coming from, but I heard a familiar voice.

"No need...to be afraid..."

My eyes widen when I realized it's the Viscount!

I have to get out of there, but my vision grew foggy, so I tried yelling out Sebastian's name while getting up, "S-Sebastian! Sebas...tian...Hel..."

It was too late, I fell out of my chair, landed on the floor with my eyelids growing heavy. I saw the door opening, seeing the Viscount's shoes walking to me. He knelt to me, picking up my chin, "So beautiful...even when trying to sleep...at last, I found you, my darling sparrow...now rest dear one..."

I am scared, I am confused, I want to go home...but I can't move around, I can't open my eyes...What am I going to do?
