Goro was confused. Why would Daisuke climb all the way up to Hell to demand something from a demon? Was he out of his mind? If Goro recalled Daisuke was the one who invited the demon Bianchi to their home in the first place. For the smartest person Goro ever known he was being stupid. And Ichigo was saying...
" I thought demons were supposed to be scary...why is his hair so red?"
The demon Lucifer smiled coyly direct in Daisuke's eyes. " I perceive you are half a demon, Daisuke. But that doesn't mean you are half of what we are. When did you find out abut your rich demon heritage?"
" When I was four years old, in preschool. I was already superior than those other kids and the teacher. While everyone was singing children songs I wrote songs even Mozart would enjoy. I could draw, run, read, and I knew things better than those other children. The other boys tried to teach me a lesson. The crimson in my eyes changed. They all wanted to suck on the teat that was my powers."
" Is it me or does Daisuke sound a little off today?" Goro asked.
" He's nuts," Ichigo said. " If he gets this from his father...I'll stick with one night stands."
Goro and Ichigo wanted to see Daisuke lay waste to the red haired demon Lucifer; were they going to fight? Goro and Ichigo watched five minutes watch by and Daisuke and Lucifer said nothing. All this standing around, sweating, doing nothing, and Goro developed an itch under his armpit. Suddenly, Daisuke's hand glow red and Lucifer's hand glow gold.
" Now that we are together, let's see what you can do without those two fools."
" He can't be talking about us—"
Ichigo never got the chance to finish his sentence, Lucifer hurtled his yellow orb in the air and it fell towards Goro and Ichigo. Goro and Ichigo tried to run away, but they were sucked inside the yellow orb. Daisuke had no sentiments for those two idiots.
" That wasn't very paragon," Daisuke said nonchalantly. "Where did you send them?"
" To their worst nightmares," Lucifer replied mischievously. " You truly are a demon protégé. A god of demon knowledge if I might add except your cells will never be as clean as mine."
Maybe it would've been better if you left those cretins here."
" Why?"
" Because there's nothing stopping me from using my full power."
Daisuke's body irradiated with red energy and his black hair swept eyes. Lucifer's body irradiated with golden energy. Wing appendages grew. Daisuke's hands turned from soft pink into black fur. His talons extended into long claws and his teeth became feral.
Daisuke unleashed his ear piercing roar for Lucifer to hear. Lucifer chuckled and fluttered before descending.
" You're an idealistic man, Daisuke, but you're too hotheaded," Lucifer said.
" And you are just annoying," an unearthly Daisuke said.
Lucifer and Daisuke charged together. Daisuke cleaved his sharp talons for Lucifer's neck. Lucifer used his speed, dodged Daisuke's swipe and disappeared somewhere. Daisuke thought he saw Lucifer running around him, but even though he could see him they weren't him. Daisuke was caught off guard and Lucifer landed a direct blow to his back.
The feral Daisuke spun his claws through Lucifer's cheek. Lucifer covered his cheek and moved from Daisuke's path. Daisuke looked at Lucifer. The unfazed Lucifer removed his hand revealing his face. Daisuke failed to scratch him.
" Sorry."
" For what?"
" This."
Two shadowy fireballs erupted from Lucifer's hands. He flew above Daisuke. Lucifer had one big laugh before he hurtled the shadow balls towards Daisuke. Daisuke rolled to the right; he felt something tear through his legs. Like a knife it felt a vertical cut in him and blood flushed out of his leg. The wound left Daisuke immobilized.
Daisuke couldn't dodge Lucifer's attack. The ground erupted with black fire the flying angel unleashed. Daisuke would burn like barbecue. As much as Lucifer hated to see a dumb animal suffer—and Daisuke was the dumbest animal he ever seen—his teeth flashed and his fangs were dancing like swords.
Daisuke Urashima was dead.

Kaeda was spray painting an old table. The paint made them look much prettier than that old ugly desk. Kaeda was up until one o' clock helping Ian. His wound was clear, but had to stay warm in bed. Kaeda could've taken Ian to a hospital. She was just weird, living in harsh training before of her insidious mother, and if she sheathed her sword Ian wouldn't be having this problem.
Sometimes Kaeda wondered if her vendetta came from not tasting the teat of her mother's breasts. Speaking of breasts Kaeda still hadn't grown a pair. Sometimes Kaeda remembered how beautiful her mother was. She was brave, dependant, and caring to females. What differed from her and her mother was she liked men and her mother developed hatred for them.
Kaeda took a bucket to the well for water. She remembered when her sensei made her carry rocks with her to make fetching water harder. Carrying the water was boring. It was a job she wish someone else would do.
" If I had a daughter maybe…"
Kaeda tried not thinking about having children. She didn't want to have a bastard baby like her mother and father. Before she could think of having children—which she wanted eight or nine to be precise—she had to find an ideal man who would stay by her.
" Suddenly, walking to the well she was cut by something fast and sharp. A tiny red trickle dripped from her wound. Kaeda covered the wound with her right hand; holding the bucket with her left. She knew she was being followed but by whom was the mystery.
She turned. A man wearing a brown coat covering his face appeared before Kaeda. In his belt she glanced at two knife sheaths. Who was he? An assassin or a spy, he already snatched her katana sheath and showing it to her.
Kaeda was unguarded.
