You know who edited this chapter. I just wanted to say that I was going to try to make a new story because I have a tick that tells me to post a chapter a day. It was going to be High School DxD but then I decided it would be better if I saved that story for later. Please read and review.

Kaetaru

Age: Somewhere in his twenties to thirties

Gender: Male

Not much is known about Kaetaru's past. According to Tamura he was the strongest boy he ever faced. Kaetaru is evil, cunning, and ruthless. He has shown to have a sadistic nature. Kaetaru likes using people to do his bidding under the pretense of being part of a gang. His favorite things to do is punch and kick people and make sure they don't get up. He doesn't like it when people look at his eyes and then turn away.

Tamura was suppose to go with the group however Tamura was able to break free of the group (don't ask how that occurred) and headed to the construction site. He didn't like such underhanded tactics but this was something he needed to do alone, like a lone wolf trying to prove his worth to the tribe.

Narrowing his eyes at the site, Tamura cracked his knuckles. " Okay, Kaetaru should be inside this building. I don't care if he attacks me with goons or has some bogus trap set up for me."

Taking a step forward Tamura was about to go rushing in until...

"Tamura!" A boyish voice cried!

Tamura couldn't help but groan, he could have sworn they wouldn't find him this fast?

"Go home Taichi." Was all Tamura replied back with a growl.

Taichi appeared out of breath with Akagi checking on him, Gero, who rode his skateboard and Sankarea with her cheery smile that made it seem like she was about to enter a cheerleading competition and see who could "bring it on" the best.

Shaking his head Taichi responded with earnest. "Tamura please, won't you listen to me for two minutes?"

Tamura rolled his eyes at the dog and pony show but decided to humor the heir. "You have one hundred seconds starting now."

The ponytailed white haired teen eyes widened at that, he didn't think Tamura would say that. He quickly started talking. "I know you want me to go home but I can't. You and Erina...you mean so much to me." Taichi confessed as if he was on the phone talking to a crush.

Gero face palmed his head, Sankarea looked amused and Akagi looked on the verge of tears out of pride.

Tamura unfortunately thought something else. "Dude, I'm not gay for you!" He exclaimed.

"That's not what I meant!" Taichi yelled blushing! "Erina is my girlfriend and we come from two completely different worlds. We started out as friends but in time it developed to something more and I for one don't want someone to take her away from me! We want-"

" It's been one hundred seconds." Tamura added with a drawl not wanting to hear the speech of friendship and love.

"Give me another minute!" Taichi exclaimed!

Looking on the verge of saying something to end this Akagi and the two gave Tamura a stare which could be translated as "Just give him this time!" Tamura agreed.

"We want to be together-that's more what I want in all honesty. What Erina wants is to have a happy life and know her brother is safe. She won't become the sister you remember until you become the brother she needs." He concluded with a smile.

Tamura was impressed but soon said, "Nice speech and all but that was over a minute."

Taichi looked on the verge of crying and Akagi was ready to pounce like a tigress until Tamrura added something.

"Do you still want to come inside with me?" He asked.

Taichi smiled brightly and he went with Tamura while Gero, Akagi and Sankarea stood on standby.

"Erina!" Both Taichi and Tamura yelled in the building.

They reached the top floor and soon saw the dastardly boss who caused all this to happen, with Erina tied up on a chair! She looked frightened but internally relieved that someone came for her. A cocky smile escaped the leader's lips as Kaetaru greeted him.

"Hello Tamura, how are you my old friend?" He asked.

Tamura immedietly snapped at him. "We are not friends, Kaetaru!"

A laugh echoed in the room. "I wouldn't say all that. Wasn't our friendship the best until you started gaining that annoying thing….oh what's that word, ah yes a conscience?"

He soon saw Taichi next to him. "Who's the little nuisance that looks on the verge of crying?"

The heir spoke up giving an angry glare. "My name is Taichi-"

"Wait. I no longer care." Kaetaru responded holding up a hand because he didn't give a damn.

Erina cried out her lover's name. "Taichi!"

As she yelled Tamura and Taichi didn't suspect that some gang members were on this floor and one grabbed the silver haired teen by the shoulder and held up a bat with a nail at the end. Taichi tried struggling but soon lost his breath thanks to a blow to his stomach by another gang member.

Tamura took some steps back in shock as it looked like they wouldn't attack him as Erina sobbed for Taichi.
"How long do you think it will take before his head cracks open like an almond Tamura? It's too bad he's not an almond; they don't have memories worth losing." Kaetaru gloated.

"Tell your boys to stop this, Kaetaru!" Tamura yelled.

A chuckle. "Okay…"

WAK!

"OMPH!" Taichi tried crying out due to a member striking another fist blow to his stomach. He couldn't yell due to a hand being over his mouth.

"Now that I have your attention how about we play a game?" Kaetaru stated as Tamura glared hatefully at him. "You see I did a rather bad thing to a yakuza family once. I won't go into any of the gory details that ensured but they called my house saying that they were going to kill me."

The boss actually sounded wounded saying that. "The only way to put a stop to it is giving one of my members foot as compensation…and that's where this little drama gets interesting."

Tamura didn't need to be a genius to see what he wanted. "You want to give them my foot as the bargaining chip?" He answered with a disgusted face.

"Bingo, I knew you were intelligent. That's what I like about you." He maneuvered to Erina who continued sobbing and ran a hand through her black hair. "The problem is it would be unfair to just make you cut off your own foot. Instead we're going to fight for it, like one of those fighting competitions in some anime. If you win I'll cut my own foot off and let Erina go."

Kaetaru casted a sharp glance at Tamura. "However if I win you have to cut off your own foot, but because I feel sorry for you I'll let your beloved sister go. Either way Erina goes free."

He smiled at Tamura. "So do we have a deal?"

Tamura looked at his sobbing sister and then to Taichi. He didn't need to hesitate.

"We have a deal you bastard! Get prepared to see what happens when you push me too far!" Tamura yelled and came charging at Kaetaru.
