A/N: This one is for AnimeBestie. I originally thought of this idea for the list when I was listening to Carrie Underwood's song Before He Cheats and thought… yah, you could do that with a shinai. It might not cause as much damage, but it would give you the same relief. This story isn't based on that song, just wanted to give you the premise behind the number. Enjoy!

#49… Dent a car/sledge hammer when you want to get revenge – you will break your shinai, but you will damage the car with dents and scratches in the process.

Sometimes people pissed you off and you could walk away from it as if nothing could ever affect you. You turn the other cheek and move forward… and then there were those times that no matter what you did to try and get over the situation, it festered inside of you until you couldn't stand it and it was either act or you would physically explode (not that I or the hosts condone seeking revenge… or at least physically harming another… unless your Hunny and the Ootori private police force is trying to attack your friends).

Then again, sometimes revenge was totally worth it.

A new student had started school at Ouran Private Academy during Haruhi and the twins third year. A late transfer student that had decided to drive himself to school, and apparently he didn't give much heed to the rules of the road. Speeding? The limits were set too low for him. Pedestrians in the road? It was his road and they needed to move out of the way or get hit. Other cars in front of him? After blaring his horn, he would cut to the side and speed around them. Sometimes even driving into the grass. In other words, he didn't care about anyone or anything and students had to dive out of the way in order to preserve their own lives.

The hosts had tried to be polite and reason with Ken Wakashi, a student in class 2A with Chika and Satoshi, but he didn't want to listen. In fact, he didn't think they should talk to him at all because they were beneath him (gasp! And before you ask dear reader, yes, he thought that of the Shadow King as well). According to Kyoya's research, Ken was basically new money who thought he was better than everyone else. Apparently his family only recently made their fortune in foreign trade and liked to flaunt it.

Well since reasoning did not seem to work, they tried other means. Kyoya tried to frighten him with the Ootori Black Onion Squad and Ken laughed (yes dear reader, you read that right… laughed) in the cool host's face (you probably should know that his parents stock took a small plunge after that, but I'm not saying it was Kyoya). Tamaki tried to talk sense into him and invited him to be part of the Host Club believing Ken was the way he was because he didn't have friends or close family. Ken rejected the invitation and said that he could get any girl he wanted without being part of the Host Club and even threatened to open his own… not that he could because only one of each type of club allowed on campus during the school year. So the hosts were safe from competition (even though none of them actually saw Ken as competition dear reader). However, it irked all of the hosts when he tried to ask Haruhi out, and when she told him she was already engaged, he laughed and said he was better than her current fiancé. The female host scoffed and walked off. He wasn't worth her time and ignored all attempts at convince her (throwing away flowers, ripping up notes without reading them, giving away chocolates, etc.). Chika had blown his stack and challenged him to a sparring match during karate club. Ken told him that only beasts sweated for sport (and yes dear reader, this made Chika want to attack the new student even more). Haruhi and his brother had to convince him that Ken was not worth being suspended over (actually they had to do that to Satoshi and Mori as well… if Mori wasn't going to let Tamaki have her, he sure as hell wasn't going to let some upstart have her, although he was probably more calm than the others and had not actually said or done anything… yet). Nothing was working, and then the icing on the cake happened.

Entering the school grounds, Haruhi was almost to the school building when she heard a loud honking sound coming from behind her. As she looked over her shoulder, her eyes widened and she stood frozen in fear. A car was coming directly towards her, barreling down on her. One minute she was standing there staring at the car with a deer in the headlights expression, and the next she was on the ground with her mouth full of grass. Still that was better than being hit with a car. She still had dreams and plans to fulfill and that included walking down the aisle to the one man she loved, Mori.

Groaning, she lay there for another moment before she felt someone lifting her to her feet and heard the grumbling beside her. Haruhi looked to her side and found her future brother-in-law glaring daggers at the student driven car. "Thanks for saving me," she muttered softly. She wished there was something she could say to calm him, but she knew it would be a lost cause.

"Are you alright?" Satoshi asked without removing his eyes from the disappearing vehicle.

"Yah, you got there just in time. My dress has seen better days, but I'm physically fine."

"Do you still have a spare in the music room?"

"No, I wore it home last week when the twins decided to bring their paintball guns to school. I kept forgetting to bring a spare for emergency situations."

"If you want to go home, I can call for…"

"Don't bother. A few grass stains never hurt anyone."

He finally looked down at the short brunette and smiled, "Alright, then let Yasuchika and I walk you to class."

"Fine, but can I ask a favor?"

"Sure."

"Don't tell Takashi."

Satoshi stood there for a moment and weighed his options and finally nodded, "I promise I won't tell Taka-bro."

And he kept his promise too because he didn't tell Mori. It wasn't his fault that all of the hosts with the exception of Haruhi happened to be present when he and Chika told Hunny what happened.

"He almost ran Haru-Chan over?" Hunny yelled, his dark aura flowing out of his body.

At the same time, Tamaki cried shrilly, "MY BABY! MOMMY WE NEED TO PUNISH THE MEAN BOY FOR ALMOST KILLING OUR BABY!"

Mori's hands were in fists as he said, "He needs to be taught a lesson. Haruhi cannot be placed in danger like that. Ouran is supposed to be safe."

"I agree Mori-senpai, and I believe I know just how to do it," Kyoya smirked and pushed up his glasses.

The next day at school, no one seemed to notice a crew of men attaching a car to a tow truck, or the fact that a certain car had been towed and driven to a certain grassy hill and left there. No one also noticed what happened next.

Eight men gathered around the car, pulled out shinais, and started to beat the car. When their shinai broke, they got another from the large pile to their side (dear reader, I honestly think there were 100 shinais in the pile). They beat the car and let out all of their frustrations, even stabbing the tires with the sharp splinters (unfortunately dear reader, Mori was the only one that got a tire to pop like this). The windows were broken, the windshield shattered, the entire body was scratched and the original paint barely recognizable, dents could be seen everywhere and resembled very large hail damage, and they even attacked engine. It was no longer drivable and their angst had been released (plus they got a good workout in dear reader).

The left the car on that hill with smiles on their faces and hidden cameras in and around the car waiting for the reaction of its owner. They wanted to see it all, and they would.

After school, Ken went to the parking garage where his car was parked and found an empty spot. And then he heard whispers of other students about a car on the hill. He didn't even think. He ran to the grassy hill and dropped to his knees. His car. His beautiful car was ruined. Screaming in anguish, he crawled to his car and cried at the damage his poor car had incurred. Who had done this? Surely someone saw something? The security tapes had so show the crime! Alas, the security footage was blank and there were no eye witnesses. In fact there were no fingerprints or any evidence to go by. The only thing the police could find were bamboo shards (of course dear reader, the officers were closely associated to the Ootori police force… coincidence?). The culprit was never caught and he was too afraid to drive his own car to school after that. The students were safe.

And then a couple days later, a YouTube video of his reaction surface and got over a million hits. People were passing it around on Facebook and twitter. It turns out he might have actually been right, he might actually be more popular than the hosts.
