Chapter 27
Lunch time
December 18, 1998
"Cerise, shh." I held her. She didn't like the Crownie's (like their McDonald's) highchair. It was too different.
"Nooo!" She yelled.
"Look, apple sauce." I tried. She didn't look.
"Moma!" She grabbed for her mom. Red rocked her and she calmed down a bit.
We finished our meal and took Cerise's home with us. She wanted her food after her nap and then it was her bath time. She splashed and played with her toys. I dried her and we went to see how Red was doing. She was reading until Ceris' decided it was Mommy's turn to hold her. I made us dinner and we went to bed after Cerise.
"Today was fun." My wife told me.
"Yeah, expect when she spit her food out." That was not nice.
"She's still a baby." Red yawned.
"I know." I said, grabbing her closer.
