Yuki spoke, her voice ringing across the field.

"This is your only warning. Do not push me. Walk away, and leave the world alone," she spoke, letting her hands fall, and stared straight into the older Uchiha's eyes. She shrugged off his pitiful attempts at genjutsu, and felt her rage peak as she continued to glare at him.

"You wish to dance?" he asked.

Yuki didn't move, even as Sasuke landed before her, blade aimed to kill.

"It's over!" Sasuke yelled, thrusting his sword straight through her chest. Her eyes watched as the blade dug through skin, bone and muscle alike. She winced slightly as he twisted the tool in her chest to increase the pain she would feel. Blood dripped from the wound, as Sasuke leaned on his weapon.

"Sasuke Uchiha. I am sorry that I rejected you. You are strong,"she whispered, puckering her lips.

Her body shivered as electricity arced through her muscles intending to stop her cold. Instead, she pulled him in, and let her mouth taste his. Warmth flooded her, as she stole a little of his strength to sustain her own technique before she licked his lips opening his mouth to her own. As he permitted her access, her tongue licked his once, laced with Sasuke's worst fears. Yuki ignored the small tremor of fear that spread through her as the emotion rippled between them via their touch. Just as sudden as the touch was initiated, it was over. Yuki pushed him away, and teleported him to a separate area within her dream world, her chakra fading slightly. As he vanished, her wounds healed on an accord of their own. The blade fell to the ground with a small 'clang', stolen from its master. Letting her hand reach behind her, she removed a single mint, and popped it into her mouth. The ensuing fight would take time to resolve and she needed a moment to compose herself. She shivered at the thought of what might happen if she lost control during this fight. Madara was formidable, and if the young Jounin let go she would eventually destroy everything. Even the world itself.

They stood separated by several hundred meters, staring each other down, and awaiting one or the other to make a move.

"NOW!" the Uchiha declared, slamming his hands together. She watched as Obito shivered, unable to resist his senior's control. The once black hair that surrounded Kakashi's old comrade turned whiter than snow as he performed Rinne Tensei rebirth. As the last of Obito's life force left his body, Madara shouted his delight.

"YES! FINALLY! I CAN FEEL THE FIGHT! I HAVE RETURNED!"

Yuki let him have his moment, her eyes wandering to the Juubi. Although Madara was strong, he didn't have the power to keep the beast tamed alone. So if he decided to ignore it, and focus on her, there was a chance she would be incapable of avoiding the incoming damage.

"Madara-sama. I have retrieved the Rinnegan from Obito's hiding place, and his skull. I have searched it for any discernable tampering and there was none." As soon as the okay was given, both eyes were returned to the empty sockets of the Uchiha.

Her attention returned to the man atop the hulking demon, and his companion. She couldn't discern his capabilities at their current distance but her mouth filled with an ashy taste momentarily, letting her know that this mystery shinobi was ancient. Even older than Madara.

Interesting. I will have to keep my eyes open for him.

"Good. Where is the Nine Tails?" the older male asked, reaching for his trademark fan.

"It appears that this kunoichi has stolen it from Obito. I watched the fight from a distance, but even I cannot explain what she is capable of. Every attack she did appeared to be standard ninjutsu, and yet something was completely off," the man said.

"Is that right? Very well. Let's see this power in action," Madara declared, bending his knees.

Yuki shifted her right foot back, and raised a single hand.

"Katsu!" she cried out, smiling as Madara's left Rinnegan erupted into flames. The older ninja winced in pain, yanking the offending organ from his face and throwing it to the ground. His teeth ground against each other, and the young kunoichi sensed the rage coming from him.

"You! To be able to plant a jutsu, that even I couldn't detect...that is very impressive," Madara stated, through a grimace.

"Obito was defeated by a shadow clone, who did not have access to all of my power. This is your final warning. Do- NOT-push me. I'm willing to fight to protect what I must, but if you push me, then you will lose," she replied, pulling out three kunai.

"Hmph. I will not underestimate you, but the results will be the same as before."

And with that he launched himself at her.

Yuki watched, her eyes widening as she was flanked by someone who she couldn't see but could sense. Ducking down, she countered with a kick, sending her invisible opponent away. Her senses remained aware, even as Madara appeared right in front of her, only an instant later.

"You let your-"

His taunt died in his throat as Yuki's strike missed it by an inch, driving him backwards. He raised his fan, swinging hard. The younger shinobi inhaled once, expelling a solid stream of fire,

watching as her technique missed her intended mark. She ducked as Madara reappeared behind her, thrusting his foot forward.

Close quarters combat? Is he feeling me out?

Her eyes scanned around, as she weaved in and out of punches and kicks, countering to the best of her ability, trying to conserve her strength for much later.

"AH!" she screamed, as vines wrapped around her leg from underfoot. Her eyes reflexively looked downwards, only to realize her mistake too late. Before she could recover, Madara's fan rent her in half, killing her instantly.

"You're not the real-"

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

Yuki pulled herself free of the hole she had created, after using his technique to hide herself. She shifted her weight onto the balls of her feet, and closed the gap, watching as Susano'o rose and fully sustained itself in an instant. She slid to stop, sidestepping as the behemoth slammed his sword down in an attempt to destroy her.

So powerful! If this keeps up I'm going to get hurt. And then...I will have no choice but to go full force.

She blocked another sword, with a kunai, shivering under the weight of the tool. She kicked it aside, vanishing and reappearing inside right behind Madara. Yuki launched two kunai, and closed the distance. As he brought his weapon around to slam into her left side, she jumped lightly, twising above the weapon. She flipped overhead, launching him out of his jutsu and towards the earth. As he rebounded, she was there, her own jutsu an inch from hitting him.

"Shinra-" he shouted, raising a single hand.

No choice!

Exerting her influence, ignoring the steady drain, she removed his ability to perform the technique at that exact moment. As he exerted his chakra on his eye, the jutsu failed, and her Raikiri continued uninhibited. The thrust tore through his arm, and was diverted away from his heart. As she started to retreat, her adversary held her in place preventing retreat, as Susano'o's fingers swallowed her into darkness.

"Now die!"

Yuki winced before teleporting once again out of harm's way, her eyes steady on her opponent.

Back and forth. Back and forth. If it continues like this I might be out of strength before he is.

Crossing her index and middle fingers of both hands to form a T, she summoned the light that resided in her heart into a fresh Clone body.

"I need you to go, and focus on replenishing our chakra. I'll need anything extra you can give. Return when I need you most. Will Kazuyo be okay?"

"I know what you must have thought, but she's strong. She'll live."

The clone smiled and peace signed before warping somewhere safe, thousands of miles away.

The resilient kunoichi's eyes hadn't left the battlefield, and she could sense that Madara was attempting to discern or understand what had happened. When she had returned, it was surprisingly hard to control her kekki genkai. Still, she now understood exactly how it worked, and why it could have made their clan something to be feared.

To be able to pull others into my own dream world and affect them, their abilities, is something very dangerous. If I could do this to a single shinobi, then imagine what I could do to an entire nation, given enough chakra? Still, I just want one thing. He stands in the way of it and for that he will pay!

Yuki stared at Madara who smirked smug, and content to stand where he was. Something didn't feel quite right. Her eyes stared at him, attempting to discern what might be the cause of it, and yet she couldn't.

OH NO!

Her eyes drifted upwards, her kekki genkai warning her of the impending peril. As her eyes drifted up, vines wrapped themselves around her arms and legs, binding her in place. She ignored the bindings, considering the least cost effective way of dealing with the meteor.

I'll have to time it just right.

She waited patiently until it was over her forehead, about an inch from touching her. Screaming in agony, she released a small burst of chakra, and phased, leaving a fake body behind her. Teleporting quickly she landed alight the second massive rock, which followed behind the first. Concentrating, the young Jounin vanished into her dream world, causing her chakra to seemingly be extinguished to nothing.

Her ability to watch the scene in front of her, would guarantee her next strike would finish the fight.

Time slowed, as the old man approached her dead flesh, kicking it several times.

"Is it over?" Zetsu asked, reappearing a moment later.

"No."

He knows. Hmph.

"It seems she is far more crafty than we anticipated," the plant replied, his head looking about.

"I can't even sense the spores that should have appeared on her by now."

Yuki smiled, her hands holding said item in her hand. Focusing they burnt to a crisp and she released them, an inch from Zetsu's head.

"She's here...watching us," Madara stated, his eyes following the ash which floated in front of his face.

"Come out! Your plan failed, so there is no reason to hide any longer."

Yuki exhaled bated breath, before materializing several feet away. Her eyes glanced to the fake body, letting the chakra between her and it fade to nothing.

Boom.

VSSHHHHHHHHWOOOOOOM!

The explosion that rocked the earth, stopped several inches from reaching her. It tore earth asunder, and the heat dried the very air, making it almost impossible to breathe. As the wave faded to nothing, Yuki sighed. Inside the blast wave stood an unharmed Uchiha, safe inside his Susano'o. She smiled, as the explosion had spread a very corrosive agent onto the behemoth.

"Hmph. Child's play!" Madara declared.

Her eyes shifted right, wincing as a foot slammed into her face, breaking her nose, and sending her sliding through the ground.

That jutsu again.

As she regained her balance, the real body flanked her right side his hand outstretched.

"Shinra Tensei! (Almighty Push!)"

Yuki's focus shifted to the ground, and she concentrated her chakra stopping herself mid attack. Before she could react, another fist slammed into her chest, cracking her ribs. Her eyes widened in shock, gasping as she was sent flying through the earth. She recovered swiftly, dodging the next attack and healing her wounds in the same movement. Her breath came in a rush as her lungs expanded in relief.

The jounin blocked several mid level strikes, countering his kick with a stab of a senbon into the sensitive nerves of his shin. Their fists collided with each other one after another, each blow sending shivers down her arm. As she threw one more attack, her kekki genkai alerted the kunoichi of another impending hidden attack. Her eyes found him out, and she parried it with an attack of her own, which destroyed the jutsu. She landed firm, and pushed away, watching as Madara inhaled deeply

"Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku(Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation)!"

The technique engulfed her, blocking her vision. Her senses embraced the attack, letting it singe her skin lightly. As the jutsu died, she inhaled, preparing her own unique fire jutsu.

"Katon: Jigoku no Jutsu(Fire Release: Inferno)!"

Her flames were small, compared to the technique that had just hit her, but the power that was contained within her lips was explosive. The kunoichi waited until he was within range, before unleashing the full power of the jutsu. As the last of her flames died down, she noticed he had absorbed her jutsu.

"Tch," she swore, backing up a little.

"You're power isn't too hard to figure out, Hazukashii. You can manifest things from inside that head of yours onto the battlefield. Which is why I lost control of my Rinnegan, and all of your attacks are simple. Now all I need to do is finish you, before forcing you to give me the Nine tails."

Yuki scoffed at his brashness. He was strong and she knew that defeating him would not be an easy task. Yet his arrogance, was blinding him to the truth. Her eyes stared at him, her anger a simmering pool of lava that sat in her chest. All it would take is-

Her inactivity left her wide open for his next attack which opened a huge gash in her head, destroying muscle and bone alike. The pain was slight and sent her skidding backwards. The younger ninja recovered her balance, swearing at letting her guard down.

"Hmph. If you hadn't moved at the last instant that should have ended you."

Yuki stared at him, as blood poured from a new wound on her head, and into her eyes.

I...I can't control it. NO!

The scream she unleashed was truly haunting to be sure. Yuki's chakra exploded in a rush, her emotions fueling the energy in her body. Steam hissed, as each of her wounds mysteriously vanished altogether.

The field of her influence expanded immensely, capturing Madara and the Ten Tails. Before either could move or resist her powers, chains erupted underfoot pinning the demon to the ground, restricting all movement.

Her body acted automatically, warping around Madara, who tried to seek her out. Her arm touched his only momentarily, destroying the flesh with the single point of contact. He jumped away, and she pursued him. Before Limbo could even act to stop her attack, she sealed it with a simple glance.

Her strength was drained faster than she could discern, but the young shinobi didn't care. Yuki's only concern was the man who stood in front of her.

"Shinr-"

Yuki felt a burst of strength erupt in her throat, before letting out a fiendish howl, that blasted Madara into the ground. She quickly gave chase, her newly formed Raikiri slamming into the earth where he had been only a moment ago.

As she dashed forward, vines wrapped her from head to toe in a cocoon, stopping her cold.

"Enough. Die!"

Thousands of spikes punctured all of her body, which bled profusely. Darkness filled the area, and she felt her extremities start to go numb. Her senses faded to nothing, her mind sinking into a greater state of confusion.

Peace…

Just…

Go….

to sleep.

"NOOOOOOO MOREEEEE!" she screamed, her chakra reducing her cocoon to ash.

Her body healed instantly, and the earth shook as her chakra evaporated off her, in giant streams. Her anger manifested itself as her hair grew shaper, along with her canines and teeth. Blood red eyes fixed the male shinobi with a wrath filled stare.

"This is new," Madara stated, raising a hand, taunting her.

NAGISA POV

With steady hands, her daughter had toiled over the barely alive Kazuyo. It seems that the blood line was stronger in her offspring than it had ever been in the clan. It had only taken the other side of Yuki two minutes to determine the exact seals and chakra direction in order to reverse the seal on her sister's body. To watch the two siblings alive, and fighting was a dream she had had since she was a little girl, and now that it was coming true, her heart soared with pride. Footsteps echoed beside her, and she turned to notice Kakashi had placed himself beside her.

"So if she is alive, and fighting Madara alone, what are the odds that things might end with her loss?"

The question burned in her mind for a second, as she stared at her younger daughter. She was facing something far more sinister than she had ever imagined, and the thought brought her back to when she was a child. For as long as she had lived, she had faced the Uchiha. In a time when she was far more foolish than wise…

FLASHBACK-TWENTY SEVEN YEARS AGO.

Nagisa sighed, stretching as her teacher brought class to a close. Yawning, she got up, and grabbed her backpack intent on going straight to the training field for a good sparring session with Mom. She always made time to train, and was far more talented than she gave her credit for. As she opened the door, she was stunned to see a single man standing there, his menacing gaze fixated on her. Red eyes stared into her own, devoid of empathy or happiness.

"Hmmm? Is this one of your children? Perhaps, listening to me won't get your attention. Should I make an example out of this younger one, so that we can come to terms. You will follow the Leaf Village's rules or we will destroy you one by one."

Cold sweats filled her chest and she stared at Madara, as he leaned towards her. Her eyes gazed past him, before her jaw fell open in shock. True terror grasped her, as she noticed twenty shinobi on the ground, either bleeding profusely from missing limbs, or unconcious. She backed away scared for her life, as he advanced.

"What's your name little one?" he asked, his hand touching a single strand of her hair. Unable to respond, her body trembled with fear, as he withdrew a single kunai.

"MADARA! Face me you coward. Leave my daughter alone!"

Fear was dispelled with happiness as her mother rose up against this man. Unable to stop herself, she started forward, sidestepping Madara as she raced towards safety.

"Good-bye."

Her eyes widened as the voice spoke a mere inch from her left ear. She turned, eyes widening as a single kunai was thrust with such speed towards her heart. Genjutsu took hold of her, holding her down and in place. All around her black rose petals fell in a circle. She wandered the fields, unable to help how happy she felt. As Nagisa started to reach out and touch one of the flowers, it vanished, only to be replaced with reality. She lay on the ground, alongside her mother who was breathing heavily and in pain. Blood poured from an open wound in her stomach.

"Very impressive save, but now I think I will finish you off."

Nagisa rushed to her Mother's side, concern taking deep root. All thoughts of fleeing or saving herself were abandoned with a single desire. She turned as Madara walked towards her.

"You leave her alone. Enough!" she cried out, tears pouring down her face.

His eyes stared into her own, and again she found herself in genjutsu, except this time...the petals faded away replaced with darkness, as she slept in real life. Her kekki genkai awoke itself from slumber, as she faced her opponent. Her mother had often spoke of their unique bloodline and now the young Hazukashii got to experience for the first time in her life. Her mind instantly reacted, blocking Madara's slash with a kunai by replacing the tool with a teddy bear. As the item hit her, she smiled countering with a stab at his own stomach, missing as he countered with a kick. She avoided his next attack, her imagination going wild as she considered what she could do to him. As he dashed forward, a banana peel materialized below his food, sending him downward, several blades materializing from the earth. She watched her opponent barely recover, his arm being pierced by one blade. As he stood up, she released a torrent of water from her mouth, which he avoided, only for a single thundercloud to appear above, sending him directly into the water. As the jutsu evaporated, Nagisa fell to her knees. She had only landed one successful blow, and even then it hadn't been a fatal one. Sweat poured from her face, and yet she had to keep fighting or Mother would.

"Wow. I am impressed. Even I couldn't have forseen the attacks you landed just now."

Nagisa stared at the Uchiha as he rose up to strike her down.

"Please. Why? Just go away! Leave Mommy alone!" she shouted, her body starting to shiver as her chakra reached its limit. She watched in horror as he closed the distance between them. Step by decisive step. Unable to do anything simply awaited death. As he placed a hand to her tender skin, she watched a single kunai unsheath itself in his hand.

"Die!"

"NO!" she screamed. His eyes widened, as Nagisa let loose a deafening howl, which forced him backwards. The sound created an intangible barrier that sent him reeling in pain. As he threw his kunai, it was deflected. He stood defiant again, even as Nagisa fell face first back into the dirt.

"Now its-hmmm?"

She stared at him watching as he clutched his eyes and head, falling to his knees. Her final gambit had proven to be successful. She released her kekki genkai, watching as the poor man attempted to counteract the effects of her technique. She had done one thing: stopped him. From moving. From attacking. From seeing. Her attack had been intended as a sound vibration. It resonated within his ears, throwing off his balance, and his abilities to see, hear and smell. She watched him struggle, before finally making a strategic retreat.

"I did it Mom," she whispered, before passing out from exhaustion.

FLASHBACK ENDS

"Yuki will win. Of that there is no doubt. Her chances of failing are too low to count," the older woman replied. Her daughter's abilities had only begun to materialize. Of that, Nagisa Hazukashii was sure.
