Chapter 33 stocking up
-the third floor-
"Kaz and I will take the lead! Saeko, You take care of anything behind us!" Ross said. Saeko nodded at him as she took watch, Kaz and Ross ran upstairs as they stopped at the hallway.
"There aren't too many here" Kaz said as he held his sword tightly, Ross activated his red lightning.
"Fine with me!" He said as the two of them charged, "Lightning volt!" Ross said as he killed one of 'Them'. Kaz slashed down the other undead. The others followed shortly, Kaz saw something at the end of the hallway.
"There it is! The end of the hall! Quietly now" he said, They all made there way to the other end of the hallway. Saeko looked at Ross.
"Darling, The important thing is getting our hands on some weapons...right?" She said.
Ross locked his lips as he grinned.
"Right!" He said.
Saeko copied his actions as she licked her lips at him "In that case, We may find what we're looking for...".
That's when an undead wearing riot armor came out of the door, Ross and Saeko stabbed it in the head.
"Right here!" They both said with a dark smile on there faces, Everyone just looked at them. Kaz just sighed as a sweat drop came down his face.
"Like I said before...those two were made for each other" he mumbled, Kohta then ran inside the room as he saw all the weapons.
"Oh, Is this a rapid fire MPSSFK!? It's got a suppressor and everything! Three extra magazines, Too! And an M92 vertec handgun with two extra magazines!" He said in joy, Saeko just looked at him dumbfounded.
"Ughh...should we say something to him?" She asked Ross, Ross just smiled at her.
"Nah, It's fine. Let him have this" he said as he walked past her as he pinched her ass a bit getting a gasp out of her, Saeko quickly looked at Ross who winked at her making her blush madly. Shizuka and the other girls besides Asami and Alice quickly glared at her.
"Ross never grabs my ass..." Yuuki said with jealously, Shizuka just giggled "Maybe you should ask him sometime" she said. Yuuki looked at her as she was blushing.
"Hehe...m-maybe I should..." She said, Kohta then picked up a handgun and passed it over to Saeko.
"You should use this, Busujima" he said, Saeko took the handgun as she looked at it.
"I don't know how to use it though" she said.
"Ross, Kaz, And I can teach you latter...oh, You can keep it on your leg" he said, Takashi looked at the weapons that Kohta had.
"Oh, We'll be a lot better off with these, Won't we?" He said, Kaz then looked over the guns.
"They'll help, But a new SMG and handgun won't make us unstoppable. What we really need is ammo, And it's not like a suppressor gets rid of the sound entirely anyway, So we still won't be able to fire whenever we like" Kaz said. He then looked over at another door as he then glanced at Kohta who then pulled out the crank drill as the two smiled. After a few minutes the door was open, Everyone walked inside as they looked around.
"Where do we start?" Rei said.
"The police in this prefecture aren't that organized so let's just look in the affairs and anti firearms divisions, Those two both handle firearms control" Kaz said. Takashi then pulled out one of the cases as he opened it up.
"Ah yeah! An M1014 J.S.C.S...a Benelli M4 super 90!" Kaz said, "This is a combat shotgun that's used by the U.S marines and the British army! You should use this, Komuro!" Kohta added in.
Takashi nodded as he then picked up the weapon, But he was having difficulty with it.
"What the? It's heavier than the itchaca" he said.
"Maybe so" Kaz said "But it's more suitable for combat", Kohta added into the conversation "It's gas operated so it should be a snap to use! All you need to do is put the shells in by pulling the the bolt handle back like with the Itchaca. It's got a door breacher on it so you should be able to use it like a polearm too!" He said.
Yuuki then looked at the other weapons that were on the table.
"What about all these other guns?" She said, Asami looked at the guns "Our current equipment is better, But we can use the ammo" she said. Kaz then took off his bag and unzipped it.
"Well, I'll still bring these with us just in case" he said, That's when he felt something tap his shoulder.
"Kaz!" Alice said.
Kaz turned to Alice.
"What's up?".
That's when Alice held the flashlight up to her face.
"I can use thiiiiis" she said in a spooky tone, Kaz jumped a bit but started laughing.
"Hahaha! Good one Alice" he said, Alice smiled at him brightly. Takashi looked confused.
"Huh? How is that working?" He said.
"Oh, I get it!" Saya said "How can I be such a genius and be so stupid at the same time!?". Ross walked over to her "What are you talking about Hun?" He asked her.
"We should have looked for electric stuff that didn't have any electronic parts in them when we were at the mall! Why didn't I realize that dry cell batteries would still work!? Dammit! I'm losing my edge here Ross! I'm turning stupid!" She said, Ross just crossed his arms.
"Saya" he said. Saya looked at him "What is it Hikatori?" She said, Ross smirked at her "Don't be so hard on yourself. Nobody's perfect so none of us are expecting you to think of everything" he said.
Saya just looked at him.
"B-but...I'm your little genius! What good am I to hold that title if I don't come up with anything!?" She said, Ross then wrapped his arms around her waist and held her close to his chest.
"Look Saya, It doesn't matter. You'll always be my little genius, You don't have to proof anything to anyone. Humans can't always be perfect, But they can always try there best. So just relax" he said. Saya didn't know what to say, She just placed her hands on his back as she held him tightly.
"F-fine..." She said, Ross then broke out of the hug as he leaned to her face.
"That's my little genius" he said with a smile, He then kissed her deeply on the lips. Saya returned his kiss as she held his face, The two finished kissing as they both had huge blushes on there faces.
Kaz then zipped up his bag and placed it on his back "Alright, That should be it everyone" he said, "Why are you taking so many guns? Won't it be hard to carry all those?" Asami asked him.
Kaz looked at the ground.
"I want us to be able to control our own fates" he said.
Asami understood what he meant by that.
"I see..." She said.
Kaz then smiled at her as he activated his dead space helmet as it covered his face as the visors glowed blue.
"But that's for latter" he said, He then looked over to see Saeko showing off her gun strap that was around her leg, As well as her skirt showing more of her thigh. Everyone except for Ross just had huge sweat drops on there faces. Ross smiled at her.
"You never cease to disappoint me with how beautiful you look" he said, Saeko smiled at Ross.
"And you never cease to disappoint me with how sexy you look" she said.
Takashi then snapped his fingers "We can settle down latter" he said, Everyone nodded as they walked out of the room. Takashi stopped as he then placed his itchaca shotgun on the side of the table, He then looked at it one last time. Kaz then walked over to him.
"Saying goodbye to it?" He asked him, Takashi nodded.
"Yeah...".
Kaz then walked over to the table and pulled out his handgun.
"Well, I'm sure it will want some company" he said as he laid his handgun on the table, He then walked over to Takashi as they both gave there old weapons a salute.
"We'll miss you guys" They both said as they walked out the room.
