The two charged at each other as there swords clashed making sparks fly from different directions. Tsumetai was quickly getting the upper hand over Ross as she was pushing him back with little effort. Ross was trying to counter attack but Tsumetai kept pushing him back with her own counter attack.

'Damn, She's really skilled with that sword' he thought as he blocked another one of her strikes 'But I have to find some way to get past her, But what?'. That's when Ross remembered the attack that he had used on Reikokuna to slice him in two, Ross smirked as he backed up as far as he could as he placed his katana back into it's sheathe. Tsumetai stopped herself as she held her nodachi backhanded.

"Giving up already? Your a bigger failure than I thought" she said mockingly, Ross just smirked even more as he got into a ready stance.

"Oh trust me I'm no failure" he said as he then coated his weapon in lightning and dashed past his mother as he held his sword horizontally. Ross stood up as he slowly turned to his mother.

"Lightning quicksilver-what!?" Ross said, In front of him was Tsumetai as she was unharmed by his attack, In fact she didn't show any signs of a scratch anywhere. Tsumetai then turned her head at her son as she had a wide grin on her face.

"You were saying?" She said, Ross was still in disbelief.

"That should have killed you! How are you still standing!?" He said as he then used his lightning dash to run towards her, Tsumetai sighed as she then quickly moved right in front of Ross at blinding speeds that were even faster than his as she punched him in the gut sending him flying all the way to end of the wall making a huge impact. Ross felt like he had been hit by a giant fist as he held his chest in agonizing pain as he threw up his blood.

"W-what, Just what was that just now!?" He said in a panicked state, Tsumetai then walked over to him as she tightened her fist.

"Wonderful isn't it Ross?" She said as she then dashed right at him and slammed his face into the metal floor "You didn't think that I wouldn't have not used myself for my own serum now would you?". She then kicked Ross in the chest as he was gasping for air, Tsumetai then placed her foot on his left hand and proceed to crush it.

Ross screamed in pain only for Tsumetai to hold him by the arm.

"Stop whining! Take it like a Hikatori! Show me some pride!" She said as she broke Ross's left arm twice, Ross gritted his teeth as he felt the pain in his broken left arm. Tsumetai then leaned to his ear "What I wield is a special type to serum, One that has no flaws or weaknesses. A little something called Titanium!", She then dragged Ross on the floor as she then threw him into the wall.

"This is a special form of Titanium! One that gives me enhanced strength, Speed, Immunity to both physical and elemental attacks, Rapid healing, And quick access to my power Titanium skin!". Ross held onto his left arm with his wounded right arm as he panted.

"So in other...words, You're invincible..." He said, Tsumetai then clapped her hands "Bravo! You got that right!" She said "But the answer is yes! I am invincible! No, I'm unbreakable! No force in the world can stop me!". Ross then sent volts and volts of lighting into his body as his right eye then turned bright yellow.

"Not if I can help it!" He said as he ran at her, Tsumetai just shook her head at him "You will try" she said as she quickly ran at Ross knocking him to his feet. She then picked him up and sent a rapid flurry of kicks and punches to him she sent a hard kick sending him flying into the Air, Tsumetai chased after him as she jumped high into the air and grabbed him.

Ross tried to get a hold on her but she grabbed his good arm and twisted it behind his back, She then held his head as they were plummeting to the metal floor at an alarming speed. They then crashed down crating a massive crater.

Tsumetai walked out of the crater unharmed as she turned around to see about Ross, Ross was badly injured as he couldn't feel a thing in his body at all. He tried to move but it was no use.

"Aw come on, That was nothing. Get up!" Tsumetai said as she looked at Ross with anger in her eyes. "I said get up!" She said again quickly losing her temper, Tsumetai then picked up Ross by the neck and chocked him to death making her grip tighter and tighter.

"Get your ass up and fight me!".

Ross then grabbed Tsumetai's arm as he sent a volt of lightning down her arm, Tsumetai's body however was coated in titanium as Ross's attack didn't effect her. She then broke his wrist as she threw him to the ground.

Ross was on his last leg, He didn't have any fight left in him to keep going. Tsumetai stood over Ross as she then grabbed her nodachi as she held it over Ross's body.

"To think that our reunion had to end like this, It's a shame really" she said as she then stabbed Ross in the chest, "Maybe I should have gone with plan b and cloned you from your brother's cells. Then you would have degraded over the years", Ross was fighting back the pain that Tsumetai was giving him. As he glanced up at her he quickly noticed that she didn't have her titanium skin on her body. Ross knew that he had to take this one shot.

"You know, You're right" he said catching Tsumetai's attention.

"Hm? What do you mean?".

"I guess that my years of living in the outside world has made me weak, To the point that I am regarded as a failure from my own mother" Tsumetai just looked at him "What are you saying?" She asked him.

Ross sighed as he coughed a bit of his blood up "W-what I'm saying is, I...I surrender Tsumetai. I can't beat you, And I want you to re fix me into your perfect son. Please, Help me become the successor that you always wanted to have".

Tsumetai quickly pulled her sword out of her son as she then lifted him up as she held his shoulders and wiped some of the blood away from his mouth.

"You mean it?" She said with a smile "You'll surrender yourself to me, You won't fight against me anymore?", Ross nodded at her as he smiled a bit.

"Of course, I mean every word".

Tsumetai then hugged her son as Ross returned her hug. The two then stopped as they smiled at each other.

"You don't know how proud I am to hear say that Ross!" She said as she hugged her son again, Ross patted her on the back.

"Yeah, You don't know how proud I am, To see you be so gullible this easily" he whispered, Tsumetai then opened her eyes in shock but felt a huge jolt of pain in her back. She glanced down to see that Ross had created his lightning blade as it went right through her left breast.

"You little bastered!" She said as she threw Ross from her and grabbed her sword, Ross stopped himself as he regained his ground as he grabbed his sword and ran after her as well. He was able to see the lightning blade that was still in her breast as he then sent a bit of lightning to his wrist as he created a lightning volt.

The two kept charging at each other as they held out there swords, They then dashed at each other with blinding speed.

"WE'RE DONE HERE!" They shouted as they both impaled each other in the left breast. Ross felt Tsumetai's sword go right into his heart as he dropped his katana in his left hand as it hit the ground, Tsumetai smiled as she coated her whole body in titanium. However that's when she felt a pain in her chest, She looked down to see that Ross had impaled his hand right into her chest. Tsumetai just glanced at Ross as a smile formed across her face.

"Well I'll be...you got me to fall for that, I-I must give you some credit there...you caught me off guard" she said "Well done Ross...".

Ross just squeezed his grip on Tsumetai's heart as tight as he could.

"Your dream dies with you..." He said, Tsumetai just kept smiling as she held onto her son for support "Ah...not really".

"What do you mean?".

"You've managed to protect this world from itself, For a while at least, Humans will then be the cause of downfall once again in the future. They'll find new mistakes, New conflict will arise, New hatred will be born. And then...then you'll have saved the world for nothing. As long as there are people there will always be war...".

"Then we'll make sure to help as many people as possible, So that we don't repeat the same mistake again".

"You can't, In the end no matter what you do. Darkness will always find a way into the hearts of humans, And then...a cycle will be born".

"What cycle?".

"A cycle of history repeating itself, Just because you killed me. There will be someone else to take my place, There will always be another Tsumetai, Another Reikokuna, Another...you...".

"No! You're wrong!...we'll learn from our mistakes!".

Tsumetai just laughed.

"Hehehe...keep telling yourself that, But in the end you know that I'm right...and nothing will ever change that...", Ross then leaned to her face.

"Even if your words come to truth, Someone will break your cycle, And that...is what I believe" he then ripped Tsumetai's heart from her chest as she then fell to the floor, Ross kept staring at her still beating heart that was connected to her still by her veins as he then crushed it as hard as he could. Tsumetai groaned as she smiled one last time.

"Hehe...deep inside we're two kindred spirits...you...and I...".

Ross just looked at his mother as he then fell to his knees.

"You and I are...n-nothing...a like..." He said as he fell to his side and passed out. As he was closing his eyes, He then saw some figures in the distance as well as voices.

"There he is! Ross! Ross!".

"He's badly hurt, We have to get him out of here!".

"Let's get him on the boat that we found!".

"Wait! Where's the cure!?".

"He's got it, It's in his pocket! Come on let's go!".
