I am so sorry for not updating in time. I've been really busy with my other story but now is the time for this story lol. Now that the battle at Trost is finished, we can get into where Eren is imprisoned and all of that crap lol. I need you guys to review the story! My Blue Exorcist story that I just started already had more reviews than this one. That's ridiculous guys. It doesn't take that much to review for a story! So do it but I do like 5,000 views. Lol. I really hope I can get this chapter out fast because its 6 at night and it usually takes me a long time to make a chapter lol And here is the chapter!

Ch. 16

I walked all the way to headquarters but didn't see Eren there. Where ever Mikasa and Armin were, Eren had to be somewhere close so I decided to look for them too. I searched the whole compound and finally saw Armin's blond head of hair. I ran up to him and he looked at me with his crystal blue eyes.

"Armin. Thank goodness I found you. Where's Eren? Is he okay?"

I asked. Armin was a about to answer but looked down at the ground instead. I tilted my head at him and asked him again.

"Armin? Where's Eren?"

He looked up slowly and gave a sigh.

"Well….Right after you left, we helped him to HQ. But as soon as we got here, we were stopped by Levi of the survey corps."

Levi? I thought he was helping the wounded soldiers. I crossed my arms and leaned on one leg.

"Well then what did he say?"

I asked.

"He said that they would have to take Eren to an underground jail cell until further notice. They still don't trust him and believe that he will kill them."

My eyes widened at his words.

"An underground jail cell!? Why the hell would they even think of doing that!? I told Levi that he was safe and could be trusted!"

Armin backed away from me and took ahold of his shoulder sleeve.

"Sorry, I'm just pissed."

I said. Armin nodded and sighed.

"He said that you told him that. But the Commander of the survey corps, Erwin Smith, still doesn't trust anybody without interrogation. Levi said he had no choice and just snatched him from us. Mikasa tried to stop him but all he had to do was glare at her."

I shook my head and looked down. This is fucking ridiculous. Mikasa and I do all we can to protect Eren and now the survey corps has their hands on him. I need to find him and convince them to set him free. If I don't, they'll probably just think he's a threat and kill him. I lifted my head at Armin and asked him a question.

"Armin, do you know where the Underground cell is?"

He thought for a moment before shaking his head. My face fell and a headache formed in my brain. He flipped his hair to the right of us to show Mikasa sitting on a bench.

"I don't know. But Mikasa might. She was always good with locations."

He said. I sighed and nodded.

"Thanks anyways, Armin. Make sure Mikasa doesn't do anything crazy."

I said with a smile. He smiled back as I made my way to the Asian girl. She was clutching the bench tightly with her fingers and gritting her teeth. I walked up to her slowly and sat next to her. She turned to me and gasped. She grabbed my arm and shook it.

"Robina! Levi took Eren! I tried to stop him but-"

I put my finger in front of her mouth and quieted her down. She was shaking slightly and I rubbed the side of her arm.

"Mikasa calm down, I'm pissed too. And I know they took him. But I don't know where the jail cell is, do you?"

I asked, hoping she actually did know where Eren was. She started to stutter in thought in then she snapped her fingers.

"I'm not really sure exactly but he's in the control of the military police. Levi told me that, probably knowing you would want to chase after them. But he's most likely there. I would go there myself but I'm still just a cadet."

She said with a growl. I nodded and stood up.

"Thank you for telling me. I'll do my best to get him okay?"

She sniffed and nodded.

"Kick their asses while you're at it."

She said as I began to walk out. My face turned into a smirk as I gave her a reply.

"Got it."

I left the building and covered my eyes from the revealing sun. Eren was in an underground jail cell that was underneath the military police's compound. Why didn't I think of that earlier? I looked to my right and started running. The building wasn't that far away so it came into view quickly. I stopped a block away and made sure I looked the part. I tightened my jacket and fixed my hair into a nice ponytail again. I couldn't believe it got so messy while I was killing those Titans. I gave a deep breath and walked forward.

"Here we go."

I mumbled as I walked to the entrance. It was guarded by two solders at all times and they stopped every single person that went through. They, of course, put their hand out to me and questioned me.

"Stop! Identify yourself and your reason for being here, Miss!"

I gave them a serious look and stood up straight.

"Commander Robina Shadis, sir! I have come to discuss an issue with Survey Corp Leader, Levi Ackerman!"

The soldiers nodded and smiled slightly.

"Do you have your I.D.?"

I nodded and showed them the I.D. They blushed at my picture; probably because they were too horny to function…The soldier wiped his nose and got serious again.

"Request approved! You may pass!"

I smiled and walked past them and into the Military Police compound. I could feel them turn around and stare at my ass as I walked inside. Perverts….I walked inside and saw the familiar staircase and training ground in the back. The walls were nice marbled and the walls, crafted.

"Now, where would the underground entrance be….?"

I whispered to myself as I roamed the halls. A few policemen stopped and saluted me before going on with their business. I saluted back and stopped one of them.

"Excuse me. Could you please direct me to the underground jail cells? I have a matter to attend to."

The girl nodded and put a hand on her hip.

"I can show you but we are having a major prisoner down there right now. They say he can turn into a Titan. What a load of crap, am I right?"

She said as we walked down the hall. I rolled my eyes at her,

"Yeah, real load of shit alright. Is this the entrance?"

I said as we stopped. She nodded and saluted me before walking away. I watched her leave and looked in front of me. It was a dark room that led to a stairway. I huffed and begin my journey through the dark path. I always hated these kinds of places. The walls were lit with torches and the stairs were pure concrete. Some steps had blood stains on them which made me hope they weren't Eren's. I reached the bottom to find two paths. One right and one left. I closed my eyes and listened for any noise…

"Do you think he'll kill us?"

I heard one of the soldiers ask from the right. Bingo. I made my way to the right and walked past the chatting soldiers. The cells leading up to Eren's were empty and silent. They must've moved the prisoners somewhere else. I stopped and cleared my throat as soon as Levi came into my vision. He sighed and walked over to me.

"What are you doing here, Robina?"

He asked. I scoffed at him.

"You knew I was coming. Mikasa told me what you told her. Now tell me what's going on."

I whispered. He leaned on the wall and crossed his arms.

"Well if she told you, then I don't have too. Commander Smith ordered Eren to be put in the cell for questioning. So all I did was follow orders. Got a problem with that?"

He said. I tightened my fist and gritted my teeth.

"Yes. Yes I do. What the fuck is he thinking!? Doesn't he know that Eren basically saved the Trost District and the people in it!?"

Levi closed his eyes and sighed again.

"You're getting mad aren't you? That was always your horrible habit, wasn't it?"

I calmed down and looked away.

"That has nothing to do with my question. Just answer it, damn it."

I said.

"Well, if you must know, Commander Smith is doing what is best for everyone. He simply doesn't believe that Eren is who you say he is. And frankly, I don't either…"

I gasped and looked at him. I was about to yell but he cut me off by putting his hand on my mouth.

"Now, before you kill me, I need to tell you something. They've decided that Eren should be put on trial for his actions. I don't really support that idea but I thought I let you know."

My eyes widened as I removed his hand from my mouth. I looked at the ground.

"Trial? Eren…?"

My eyes begin to water and Levi noticed. He took out a tissue and handed it to me. He may have been a serious douche at times but he was still like a brother to me.

"B-but….They'll eat him alive…."

I whimpered. Levi nodded and looked around before talking.

"We know. Which is why this is going to happen. The survey corps wants Eren on our side as an ally. The military police wants him dead. So I'm trying to come up with a plan to keep him alive and be our ally. You see, Eren is the only person who has the ability to turn into a Titan. He is also the son of Doctor Jaeger, which means that they may have a connection."

I tilted my head at him.

"What do you mean by 'connection'?"

I asked him.

"I mean that his Father may have found a way to kill the Titans, or at least something like that. If we can win the trial and gain control of Eren fully, we can travel to his home in Shiganshina and investigate."

I closed my eyes in thought.

"The survey corps does know that that's such a high risk, right? It could be invested with Titans."

I said. Levi smirked.

"Exactly. If Eren can take out as many Titans as he did today, then he could guide the way to his home. Sure it may be destroyed, but his Father's research should still be there."

I nodded in understanding.

"You said you had a plan for the trial, right? What do you have in mind?"

I asked him. He stood up straight and looked at me.

"I can't tell you now because I haven't completely thought of it yet. But it will think of one. And when I do, I want you to do something. When I start my plan, I'm going to give you a 'look.'"

I stared at him for a second.

"A look?"

He nodded and gave me a death glare. My body went cold and I backed away.

"This is the look I'm going to give you, okay. So keep a close eye on what I am doing. Got it?"

He asked. My body went warm again as he gave me a slight reassuring smile.

"Yeah, I got it. But is there anything you want me to do?"

He let out a breath and nodded.

"I was hoping you would ask me that. Here's what I want you do….I need you to be the most serious you can be, even when your around Eren."

I gasped and looked at him.

"B-but…"

"I know it'll be hard because you care about him, but you have to do it. If you do, people won't suspect anything from you. If you showed emotion, they could put you on trial too."

I looked away as he said this. Act serious even with Eren? This means I can't even give him a hug or anything or comfort him. All I can do is look at him and treat him like a regular prisoner, which I really don't want to do. But Levi's right. The jury is merciless when it comes to these kinds of things. They don't care who you are. Levi waited patiently for my answer as I thought. I looked at him and nodded.

"O-okay…..But I still want to see him."

"Right. But remember, act cool. You can do this."

Levi said as he put his hand on the small of my back and led me to Eren's cell. A couple of soldiers stood guard while Commander Smith sat in a chair. He looked at me and I looked at him. There was one thing for sure; he knew exactly what I was thinking.

"Nice to see you again, Robina."

He said. I nodded in reply.

"Likewise, sir."

I said as I stood beside him. Levi stood on the other side of him and crossed his arms. Smith turned to me and nodded.

"He should be waking up soon."

I crossed my arms too and leaned on the wall. I looked up to see Eren in his cell, asleep. I furrowed my eyebrows and sighed slightly. Levi looked at me and mentally told me that it was okay. At that moment, Eren opened his eyes and looked at us with a shocked face. Commander Smith spoke up from his chair.

"Any questions?"

Eren just stared at him, then Levi, then me. I averted my eyes to right as he gazed at me. His voice came out scared and soft.

"I…I uhh….Where am I?"

He asked. Smith's face never showed emotion as he answered.

"I think it's obvious. Let's just call it a dungeon. You're currently in the custody of the military. We were granted to see you just now."

I looked at Levi and gave him a questioning look. I thought he said Smith ordered Eren to the cell, not the police….Smith glanced at me and held up a golden key. Eren gasped as the key shined.

"Where'd you get that?"

Eren asked.

"Off of you. Don't worry, you'll get it back. Let's talk home, specifically the good doctor's cellar in Shiganshina. Pretty big secret in that, right? About the Titans?"

"Yeah I think so. That's what Dad said anyway."

Eren replied. I turned my head as Levi began to speak.

"Must suck having your Dad and your memory MIA at the same time, unless of course, that's just a cover story."

I growled a little at him. What the fuck did he think he was doing? Commander Smith glanced at him.

"Enough. We've been over this already. We know he has no reason to lie. And that's all we know. How about you shed a little light on things by telling us your intentions?"

Eren gave us a confused expression.

"My what…? What do you mean…?"

Commander Ervin Smith told him what Levi told me. Why the survey corps needed Eren or at least what would be convenient for them.

"Which is why I ask your intentions. They could be the key that would turn the tides forever. You can save us."

Eren looked down and shook his head.

"I don't know what I am…."

He said as he was in thought. Levi spoke up again.

"Come on, it's an easy question so answer it. What the hell is it you want to do?"

I gave Eren and expecting glance and he smirked.

"I want to become a member of the scouts and slaughter every Titan that crosses my path."

I smirked and grinned.

"There ya go."

I whispered. Levi tilted his head.

"Hmm….Well played. Alright then, Robina and I will take responsibility for him. Let the higher-ups know what's going on. Not that I initially trust you, of course. It's more a matter of trusting Robina and I to deal with him. Kill him if we have to."

I frowned but then smirked. We were definitely not killing him. But Levi was such a good actor. It almost seems like he isn't acting. I decided to show my serious attitude. Sorry Eren but I have to.

"Good news, Jaeger. You're now officially a member of the scouts."

I said. Eren gasped as he stared at me. There was no telling what he was thinking inside that tiny dark cell.

And that is the end of the chapter! I actually only took two hours to type this up. It was quite easy too actually. I will try to update this story more often but it would really help if you guys reviewed too. I get at least three reviews for every blue exorcist chapter so I write a chapter for that story almost every day! If you guys do that, then I'll do that to this story lol.
