Hey guys! I told you that if I got reviews, I would write another chapter for attack on titan and I am! I got like 3 or 4 chapters in the last 12 hours that I wrote the last chapter. That's pretty good :D There was this one time where I asked people to review and I would give them a SAO sequel and I got 15 reviews in twenty minutes lol so you know that's gonna be a sequel. Anyway, thanks for reviewing but please review more and I will write more. And you know I have a twitter so that's that. Finally, thanks for reading this so far and enjoy the chapter.

Ch. 30

I landed next to the two on the forest floor and glared furiously at the back of the Female Titan's back as she ran away. I was going to get Eren back whether she liked it or not. I would cut every last piece of flesh she had until I got him out of there. I turned to Levi and Mikasa and noticed that he was wincing slightly.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

He said as he pointed towards his ankle with his head. I nodded slightly and got on one knee to examine it. It didn't look broken or anything; maybe a little sprained if anything. I stood back up and shook my head; meaning that he was fine. Mikasa just stood there and glared at the Titan's running form, just like I had done before. I put my hand on her shoulder and gave her a stern look. She knew exactly how I was feeling and I knew exactly how she was feeling. To put it short, we were fucking pissed.

"Come on…"

I said as I turned around.

"…Let's get this bitch once and for all!"

I screamed as I started to sprint. Mikasa broke herself from Levi's confining grip and ran behind me. You could practically hear Levi curse under his breath but he followed us anyway. He was the first one to shoot the wire from his gear and Mikasa and I followed suit. The Titan hadn't gotten far by the time we got there. It turned and looked at us with a shocked and fearful face as it tried to run faster but she should've known not to mess with us. With combination of taking my love, Levi's love, and Mikasa's brother, this fucking bitch was going to burn in hell if we had anything to do with it.

"I'll get her body! You two try to aim for her mouth. She might not have swallowed him yet."

Levi yelled at us. I was sure she swallowed him but maybe I was wrong. Levi swung his blade at her and his blinding speed was shown once again. Mikasa swung to the right side and I swung to the left side; her on the upper part and me on the lower part of the mouth. The Female Titan was defenseless as she had never taken on such skill before. We weren't some normal soldiers that she could kill, we were skilled scouts that would stop at nothing to get Eren back.

"Go!"

I screamed as I zipped past Mikasa and cut the Titan's mouth. Mikasa did the same on her part as she flew to the opposite side of me. I turned to see if it had worked and it did. Her mouth uncontrollably fell open and you could barely see Eren's head in the back of her throat. I turned to Mikasa and jumped to her mouth.

"I see him! Help me get him out before she heals!"

"Right!"

She yelled as she landed next to me and looked inside the mouth. Eren was covered in the Female Titan's saliva but he seemed to be in one piece other than a few cuts that would surely heal up. I gripped his shoulders and Mikasa grabbed my back.

"Okay, pull!"

I screamed as we pulled and Eren's body came out of her mouth. I wrapped my hands around the sliminess of his body and jumped quickly to the branch above. Mikasa stayed with to make sure Eren was okay.

"Check his heartbeat."

I said as I watched Levi continue his rampage of slashes. Mikasa leaned against his chest and listened for a second before gasping.

"There's a heartbeat."

She said. I couldn't help but smile at the news she had given me and I gave her a hug and then Eren. I hadn't noticed that Levi landed next to us to see what was up. I turned to him with widened eyes as I noticed he had left the Titan alone.

"Levi, the Titan…."

I said. He shook his head at me.

"Don't worry. She's not going anywhere for a while."

He said as he pointed at her. She was sitting next to a tree trunk and her whole body looked like a pair of ripped bandages. I smirked in vengeance and watched as Levi Put Eren on his back.

"Alright let's go!"

He said as we started our way back to the Commander. I turned back one last time to see the Female Titan's face scream at us. Tears flowed from her eyes as she knew we had won. She was crying? I turned back and shook my head from the images I had just seen; all of the bloodshed that had crossed my past today. Mikasa gave me a concerned look and I took a deep breath.

"It's okay….I'm okay…."

I said as my breathing got faster. What was going on? Was I having a panic attack? That wouldn't make sense; we saved Eren….Or maybe I had been holding in this breath ever since she took him in her mouth. I put a hand on my chest and started to breath calmer. I turned to Levi and ask him a question.

"So, her objective was just to capture Eren?"

"Seems that way, we still don't know the details though."

He replied to me. Mikasa gritted her teeth and looked back.

"I would've killed her if you hadn't stopped me."

Levi turned to her and shook his head.

"Trust me, that would've been impossible. Her hardened skin is like nothing I've ever seen before. Just….stop talking about it…"

He said slowly. He must've still been in shock to see that Petra was dead. Mikasa didn't know that yet so she couldn't have known how he was feeling. The four of us finally manage to get out of the forest and see Commander Erwin waiting for us with his unit. Everyone was being called back so we were the last ones to get out.

"Alright, he's going to be right here."

Levi said as he rested Eren on one of the carriages. Mikasa and I nodded as we stayed by his side. The Commander sighed in relief and signaled the scouts to move towards the city again.

"I'm glad to see that you made it out alive."

He said in his deep tone of voice. I just nodded while Mikasa kept her eyes on Eren. I turned to her and leaned closer to see her face. I decided not to talk to her because she seemed like she was in a daze but to my surprise, she spoke to me.

"I guess were even then."

I titled my head at her.

"What do you mean?"

"You know how they said me and him murdered these three kidnappers in self-defense?"

She asked me. I simply nodded and continued to listen to her.

"Well…I would've been in prostitution if it weren't for him. He came to the room they held me in acting like an innocent child but killed two of them when they didn't recognize it. But the third one grabbed his neck and started to choke him and that's when it happened…"

She said. I stared at her for a second.

"When what happened?"

"When I got my will to fight; to live on. I stabbed the third one in the back until he was dead. So that day, Eren saved my life….And today….I guess we saved his….."

She said sadly as she looked at his unconscious form. I hummed in response and moved some hair that he had gotten in his eyes. I looked up at her and sighed.

"What?"

She asked me. I sighed again before telling her.

"Eren and I…kind of…"

I felt the need to tell her that we made love but the words wouldn't come out. She sat there for a minute before her eyes went wide for a second. But instead of be angry at me, she smiled.

"You're not angry that we had sex?"

I asked her innocently. She shook her head with the same smile.

"No. I'm just glad he's finally got his manhood."

She said. I gave a sigh of relief and thanked her for understanding.

"So-"

I started to say but stopped when I hear a voice in the distance. Mikasa and I turned our heads and saw that it was soldier running away from a Titan. He had a corpse in his arms and I cursed under his breath.

"Idiot, he's going to get us all killed. We have enough corpses here."

I said as I looked at the corpses in the wagon behind me; including Petra's. The soldier screamed and his friend behind him gets eaten by the Titan that had been chasing him. I looked at Levi and he took a deep breath before ordering,

"Dump them!"

The soldier next to him gave him a confused look.

"Sir!?"

"Dump them! Dump them all! We'll never make it if we don't."

He says. The soldiers hesitated at first but then started to dump all of the corpses off the wagon. I could feel my eyes tear up as I saw Petra's fall to the hard ground and roll away. I looked at Levi and he was looking at the ground with a grim face. The soldier who had caused all of this managed to make it back to us and I wanted to shoot him right there. Now that the bodies were off, we gained more speed and were able to get away from the oncoming Titan. It was about twenty more minutes until the Commander made us stop again for a break.

"Alright, let's take a break and figure out the route."

He said. I hung my legs over the carriage's edge and took a sip of my water. The soldier that had caused us trouble seemed to be guilty of his action and he had every right to be. But then I saw Levi walk up to him. I couldn't hear what they said but I saw Levi give him a Survey Corps emblem. I gasped when I realized that that was Petra's. He had gotten it off when we got her corpse back then. They stopped talking and the soldier started sobbing. I walked over to Levi and crossed my arms.

"Levi, you didn't have to that."

I said. He looked at me and then at the sky.

"I didn't have to, but I felt I needed to…."

Was all he said before walking away from me. I stared at him for a long minute before the Commander ordered us to keep moving again.

"Damn it, I'm going to have to talk to him about this."

I murmured to myself; talking about Levi. Luckily, the whole scouting unit made it back to the city safely. I felt my heart relief itself as soon as we made it back. I was looking at the buildings ahead until I hear a gasp below me. I looked down to see Eren's eyes open and I couldn't help but instantly embrace him in a hug.

"Eren….."

I said softly as I hugged him. He wrapped his arms around me but didn't tighten his grip. He was probably too weak to even do that. His voice was slow from exhaustion but I could understand him.

"What happened….Where's the Female Titan…..What happened with the expedition….?"

He asked Mikasa and me. Mikasa sighed and shook her head.

"The expedition failed Eren…."

His eyes went wide and he looked at me for reassurance. I nodded in agreement and he was speechless. I sighed and looked at where we were. We were coming into town and, of course, people were standing on both sides to see us. I kept my head low as the village people start talking about us. It was so typical that it didn't even hurt. Eren tried to get up and maybe, I don't know, beat their asses; but Mikasa and I told him to bear with it. He nodded and sighed in annoyance again. Eren looked past me for a second and his face went to horror. I gave him a confused look until I saw what he was looking at. It was two kids that looked at us in awe. You could hear them praising us for our bravery and hard work. I smiled at them and gave a small wave to satisfy their thoughts. They looked at each other excitedly and waved back.

"The Commander is a complete dumbass…."

"What the fuck was the expedition about anyways?"

I turned my head to see the village people talking about us again and I felt something wet fall on my hands. I looked down to see Eren crying non-stop. I gasp and wipe his tears away but they just keep coming. Mikasa sat there with a depressed face as she watched him. All I could do was wrap my arms around him and wait until this day was over….

It was the next day and I was still feeling a little shaken up from yesterday. The day ended with the military police demanding that the Commander be sent to the capital for the expedition and the possession of Eren. That made me almost kill one of the guards and Mikasa had to hold me back. They gave us a deadline to give him back so we had to figure out what to do before that happened. But first thing's first, I had to talk to Levi about Petra. There's no fucking way that he wasn't grieving right now and no one was ever there to comfort him so I was going to do it.

"Levi."

I said as I saw him looking out the window in front of the rooms. I walked down the hallway to him and he gave me the same look he had since I met him. I pointed to the door of the bedroom behind him and raised my voice.

"In the room, now!"

I said sternly. His eyes widened for a second at my seriousness but he complied with what I said. He opened the door and walked in with me behind him. I walked in the room and slammed the door behind me. I turned t him and put my hands on my hips.

"We need to talk."

He gave me a look that said he didn't know what I was talking about but I knew he did.

"You know what I'm talking about. You know better."

He looked away and murmured,

"I don't want to talk about it…"

I got closer to him and shook my head.

"You may not want to, but we're going to. You can't just keep your feelings bottled up all of the time."

I told him. He didn't say anything as he stared at me.

"I looked at him for a second before sighing and sitting on the bed. I patted the spot next to me and he sat on the bed.

"Levi…..You do know she's gone right?"

"She's not gone…."

He said.

"Yes she is, Levi."

He raised his voice slightly in response.

"No she isn't."

I took his hand in mine and looked into his blank eyes.

"Levi….Petra, your lover, is gone. She's not coming back. Don't you see that?"

I said in a softer voice. He stared at me for a second before nodding slightly. His blank face took a quick breath for a second and his face turned into sadness.

"I…..I….just want to see her again…..Feel her warm touch….."

He suddenly murmured to me. I nodded in understanding and continued to listen.

"We…..were just about to get married Robina…..Her father just gave me permission….But I…..couldn't…I couldn't…"

My eyes went wide as I saw tear from in his eyes and fall to the sheets of the bed.

"I couldn't tell him that I just left her! That I just left her to die! I'm such a worthless bastard! How could I be so heartless!? She trusted me and I failed her!"

He sobbed as he laid his head in my shoulder. I rubbed his back slowly as he showed me the most emotion he had ever given anyone.

"I couldn't even save her body for a proper burial. I can't visit her every day and talk to her at her grave. She's the only person I ever loved….And now she's gone….She's…..She's….."

He said and I hugged him tighter.

"Levi….She may be gone from reality…..but she will always be with you in your heart…..She will protect you because she still loves you…..She doesn't care about anything other than you. Just…..don't you ever forget about her…."

I said softly. His tears hit my jacket repeatedly but I didn't care.

"I will never forget you…..My love…..My Petra…"

He whispered to himself. The only other thing I could say to him was….

"I know…I know…"

Over and over again. He repeated himself again and again. We sat there like that until the sun came back down.

He never silenced his words in memory of his fallen beloved Petra…

And that is the end of the chapter. Sad wasn't it….Poor Levi. But he finally showed his emotion but only to her. He's scarred over his guilt that he left her. DO NOT SAY YOU FELT IT WASN'T HIS CHARACTER BECAUSE ITS A FANFIC. YOU WOULD ONLY THINK THAT BECAUSE IN THE ANIME IT DOESN'T SHOW HIM DOING ANYTHING REMOTELY EMOTIONAL. SO PLZ DON'T GIVE ME SHIT ABOUT IT. But please review the story today and make me happy :D I hope I did this chapter right, I'm not good with sad stuff but I tried. Tell me what you think and maybe what I should've added and then I could update it.
